Unfortunately my pizza came and looked like it had been either carried sideways or dropped, it was missing toppings ( they were out but didn't bother calling to tell us or make a substitution) the dough was half raw, absolutely not edible. When we called to complain and tell them what happened all that was offered was they could try harder to re make my order, then proceeded to read back my order and it wasn't correct either. They also forgot to deliver with the pop we had ordered and even though we had included the tip option in their online portal, handed my wife the debit machine ready for tip option, this economy can be tough but setting someone up for a double tip and horrible product isn't right........ I have put in several calls for a manager or owner to respond and it has now been 5 days without a response and complete refusal to refund any of my money. It has now been over 5 Months and still not even a phone call or response about how terrible this service was and what an utter lack care toward their customer base, Stick to Basile's 2 for 1, always great service and always good pizza. I will continue to update this review so it stays as most recent until you have resolved this with me. Still waiting on Resolution

I just ordered a pick up order for a pizza with mush, onion, Donaire meat, chicken and banana peppers. it is probably one of the worst pizzas I have ever seen made. it looks like there isn't even cheese on it 🤣 dough tastes rancid like it's been sitting in the fridge for days before this pizza was even made.

Excellent customer service and many different meal options. We get this meal several times a month from work at amazon. It is always a pleasure to eat and enjoy.

Best pizza in town. And the only place that has my pepperoni, bacon and green olives. One of the only pizzas that keeps its good taste after a few days of reheating as well. Decent menu options and the price was right for me. The place doesn't have much of a dine in area but you could eat there if you chose to. Honestly though, such a great pepperoni pizza and my favorite toppings listed above. I will be trying other ones in the near future.

I'm in love in one of pizza over there Chicken bacon ranch. Driving from Edmonton just for that one pizza, unfortunately pizza start be a little bit different (still ok) less remind me one from year ago. Place is nice cozy and clean. I be still coming one a while till my pizza will taste like before.

Unfortunately, this pizza was not very good. Wings were not very flavourful. Dry and tasteless crust. Not enough toppings. $65 dollars- 2 medium pizzas and wings and we couldn’t even eat it all. Most went into he Compost. I agree With other bad reviews. Delivery was fast but definitely not worth it.

Ordered a bunch of pizzas for Christmas party in December for the kids. Well the adults got into them and absolutely raved about the pizza. We ordered some veggie with paneer pizza and cheese pizzas. Pizza was incredible!

Donair Pizza, friendly staff. This place is great. Even the atmosphere is pleasant. We ordered the Bubble tea and it is delicious. I must say, this is a rare gem to find.

We ordered paneer tikka pizza and it was really delicious. Staff is really polite and especially Ishaan had a marvellous customer service. Five star service

I ordered pizzas today for the get together. They have amazing deals. Their donair pizza and veggie box special wad hit with friends and family. The pizzas were delivered hot and fresh and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend them.

Very nice place and amazing menu. I always enjoy fresh hot pizza and yummy chicken wings. The best part is the wings are baked and not fried so yay health friendly. I will highly recommend.

The shahi paneer pizza was delicious and they followed through on the order instructions for it. It was with the other menu items and the service that there were problems. We paid 5$ to receive 2 two bite brownies, one of which was hard. Afterwards, we ordered mozza sticks for a decent price although the marinara sauce was fermented and smelled/tasted bitter like alcohol. It took a good 5-10 minutes to receive the pizza I ordered for takeout even though it wasn't busy. I came on time and the pizza was just sitting on the opposite side of the counter waiting for me to come pick it up. That being said, it seemed they were working out technical issues in the back so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for the slower service; it would have been appreciated if staff members were to communicate with me in that instance.
