Unfortunately
my
pizza
came
and
looked
like
it
had
been
either
carried
sideways
or
dropped,
it
was
missing
toppings
(
they
were
out
but
didn't
bother
calling
to
tell
us
or
make
a
substitution)
the
dough
was
half
raw,
absolutely
not
edible.
When
we
called
to
complain
and
tell
them
what
happened
all
that
was
offered
was
they
could
try
harder
to
re
make
my
order,
then
proceeded
to
read
back
my
order
and
it
wasn't
correct
either.
They
also
forgot
to
deliver
with
the
pop
we
had
ordered
and
even
though
we
had
included
the
tip
option
in
their
online
portal,
handed
my
wife
the
debit
machine
ready
for
tip
option,
this
economy
can
be
tough
but
setting
someone
up
for
a
double
tip
and
horrible
product
isn't
right........
I
have
put
in
several
calls
for
a
manager
or
owner
to
respond
and
it
has
now
been
5
days
without
a
response
and
complete
refusal
to
refund
any
of
my
money.
It
has
now
been
over
5
Months
and
still
not
even
a
phone
call
or
response
about
how
terrible
this
service
was
and
what
an
utter
lack
care
toward
their
customer
base,
Stick
to
Basile's
2
for
1,
always
great
service
and
always
good
pizza.
I
will
continue
to
update
this
review
so
it
stays
as
most
recent
until
you
have
resolved
this
with
me.
