5/5 Scriptnetics I. 7 years ago on Google
The
chef
here
is
from
France
and
it
shows.
I
had
veal
cutlets
with
risotto
and
some
spring
vegetables.
The
veal
was
sautéed
perfect
with
a
sauce
that
was
refreshingly
not
over-powering,
as
is
common
with
lesser
confident
chefs.
Risotto
is
often
cooked
by
the
kitchen
help
with
disastrous
results,
but
I
must
say
I
was
totally
surprised,
perfect
el
dente
with
silky,
creamy
texture.
Vegetables
were
a
perfect
texture
and
just
the
right
seasoning.
My
companion
had
a
duck
entre
which
advertised
as
roasted
but
was
likely
seared,
could
be
a
French
translation
thing
because
it
was
perfect.
My
desert
was
Crème
Brule,
prepared
by
the
assistant,
the
custard
was
too
sweet
but
it
was
prepared
well.
The
decor
is
"hippy
sheek,"
the
service
excellent,
the
coffee
OK.
Needs
a
better
alcohol
selection
(only
had
a
mediocre
Scotch
while
I
wanted
a
Crowne
Royal
whiskey.)
We
did
not
order
wine,
no
choice
of
sparkling
waters.
For
the
food
this
place
should
be
on
your
list.
