Probably the biggest (and most impressive) gym in the area. Located at Block B L2 of ESR Biz Park, it houses a wide variety and availability of exercise equipment so there’s something for everyone. Changing area and washrooms are unisex (yes they have Dyson hairdryers). There’s no excuse to not have a good workout, lots of potential in this joint. There’s no parking space at this block so head over to Block A or E. Bryan is cool.

8 racks, 4 oly platforms, 2 deadlift platforms, 2 smith machines, 2 hip Thrusters. Sat is NOT a good day to come unless you like cameras everywhere and people walking across your space at any given time 😂

A fully equipped branch of AF that is spacious, clean and well maintained. I appreciate the many benches and racks available for use. It’s located on the 2nd floor of ESR BizPark near Harvey Norman.

Spacious & welcoming with friendly staff! The duos, Koji & Syakim are very helpful & never fail to smile. Great variety of equipments, including the most important equipment "the hairdryer".

Worst gym ever. The company just wanna earn money from customers. When going on the contract please be careful. They won’t verbally mentioned that it is auto renewal and cancellation notice period is 30 days. I thought my membership ended as I pay 2 months without going due to 12 months contract. But when I cancel they started saying there’s cancellation notice period. Plus still have like charges for not return the weights if accidentally forget. Not transparent and unethical. Will never ever sign up again or refer anyone.

My favourite AF by far, huge space and tons of power racks. The best pieces here are the Panatta Hack Squat, Precor Leg Press/Leg Extension and the Precor Jungle with lots of cable attachments. Been training here for over a year and it's really comfortable to go to early in the morning. Gym can get pretty crowded during peak hours (6pm onwards). Edit (2024): They've since added a Panatta pendulum squat and it feels amazing, less axial loading and very comfortable to get full ROM!

This place is for mindless muscle machines who are happy to work out while listening to profane music, and who do not mind exercising alongside hooligans who smash weights violently, yell at the top of their lungs, and intimidate ladies by staring at them in a threatening way which makes them feel unsafe. Not a gym for decent ladies who want a respectful gym environment with a management that sincerely cares for its users & takes valid concerns seriously. If you raise concerns - you will be dismissed at once and told to patronise other AF locations. What a pity Google requires at least 1 star to be awarded - I would have given zero!

One of the best Anytime Fitness in Singapore! Wide range of equipment that cater to all your fitness needs. Also, the staff are very friendly! Decided to refer my friend and was assisted by Ben, who was very helpful!
