This would be the first time a KFC is a major disappointment. Every outlet are excellent except this particular one. Visited this outlet on a Saturday evening, 8pm. Counter staff says they have ran out of crispy thighs and will not be cooking any soon. Minimum wait 30-45mins. How can a KFC run out of chicken thighs on a Saturday evening? It’s not even closing time yet. Poor customer service and staff did not bother to do any form of service recovery. Will not return to this outlet anytime soon.

Went here on Tuesday at around 9pm and ordered the chicken sliders meal with a meal upgrade (mashed potato and Diet Coke). I received the mashed potato first, while the sliders were being prepared, and the entire mash was brown in colour and tasted rancid. I asked the staff who was really nice if she could replace it. There were other tubs of mashed potato at the serving area and she opened some of them and all of them were the rancid brown colour. She asked the back of house staff if they had any at the back (because the place was going to close soon so they weren’t gonna make any fresh). They gave me a tub that was hot (compared to the lukewarm ones sitting in the serving area) and the mashed potato was actually yellow this time. Although the colour was fine, the taste was still kind of rancid but since it didn’t seem like they had fresh ones, I just took this one. The box of sliders arrived soon and the buns were cold and had a texture that indicated that it might be stale, so I didn’t eat them at all. The chicken sliders were lukewarm so it was not a satisfying meal, and all the flavours and spices were kind of bland overall. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch at this hour as it seems that nothing is fresh or of decent quality.

Original Chicken shrink till finger size!! My spicy chicken aldo shrink half a size. Thigh meat barely have meat. All flour crust. Standard really drop big time. Staff on duty heard my complain and gave another chicken wing to compensate.

Slow service. Food is cold. There were only two customers dining in. We got our burgers only after asking for them - after half an hour. The burgers were already prepared waiting to be picked up in the kitchen from the staff. Screen was showing "preparing".The moment I asked for our order he went to the kitchen and had two prepared boxes ...

If you are ordering takeaway, double check your items. The staff here can give you something totally different from what you've ordered. Wanted original recipe, got crispy. Ask for french fries, got charged extra, still had whipped potato in the box.

Manager Danish has been very very helpful in kfc deliveries. I really appreciate his efficiency and his willingness to go the extra mile for the customers. Highly commendable service, thanks Danish and team!

Wonderful KFC outlet set in the midst of private residences, quiet environment and family friendly. A lot of parking spaces and safe pedestrian path.

Ive always stayed clear of this KFC due to bad reviews. But i decide to give it a try as I was left with not many food choices at 930pm. To my surprise, service personnel was polite and attentive despite near closing time. Food was fresh. Wasn't bad like what I read! Will definitely order more from this outlet again! :)
