👍 Visited on a Wednesday evening and was pretty crowded despite the earlier wet weather. Views of marina bay were gorgeous at sunset! The tostadas and tacos were good. The cauliflower was too salty and wet for my liking. Definitely give the churros a pass too. Dark chocolate sauce tasted weirdly fruit... I love this place! 🥰 food, atmosphere, service staff, views + vibes all 100%! I came here to celebrate my birthday and realized 4 other friend groups were doing the same thing 🤣 really popular place for special occasions. They also gave us a complimentary shot to get feedback on a local drink they were experimenting with. Dope place. Coming back right after CB 2.0 !!

Had dinner on a weekend night. Do book ahead as they mostly are fully booked on weekends. Fusion Mexican food and most of the food were well executed. The fried fish and the octopus wrap are my standouts from the meal. The hot and spicy drumlets are also nice if not similar to Korean chicken in terms of taste. Portions do run small so I think 2-4 items per person is expected. The frozen magheritas are nice so do give them a try if you’re into slushy cocktails.

Got a good seat from inside the restaurant, where to get to have a good view as well. Seats were mainly full on a Friday night. We booked 8pm but had to wait for customers to leave. Only get to sit 15min after our reserved timing. Ordered platter, tacos and drinks. Didn't know filtered water was chargeable but we ordered quite a bit as 5pax in total so I guess the bill is "justified" to a certain extent since we had alcohol. Alcohol was decent. Sangria was good. Tacos were also good. recommend about 3-4 per pax. plus alcohol you should be good for the night (assuming you had limited stomach capacity like me) Staff were nice and we felt well served. Would come again for special occasions!

There is a Mexican food outlet called Super Loco located at Robertson Quay, which is situated right beside the river. The indoor interior is decorated with colourful hues that represent the vibrant aspects of Mexican cuisine. This place is highly recommended if you are a fan of Mexican food. One of their popular dishes is the Super Cheesy Corn Fritters, which is a delicious blend of sweet corn, jalapeño, coriander, sour cream, and avocado. Another must-try dish is the Tostadas de Pez (two pieces) which come in a pair. One of them features achiote-grilled barramundi, guacamole, pickled red onion, and smoked salt, while the other contains cured fish, agave, onion, cucumber, pomegranate, and lots of lime. It offers a refreshing environment, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and though the food can be pricey. 70 Collyer Quay, Customs House, #01-04, Singapore 049323

Absolutely delicious and satisfying Mexican fare in a chill, laid-back setting by the Bay. No complaints and would definitely return! The chips and dips are a must-order!! Dropped in just before last call for orders at 9pm on a weekend, but the staff were friendly and helpful even though we were latecomers. We ordered a selection of tacos, tostados, the nacho chips and a salad - everything was served very quickly, tasted fresh, balanced, overall just really delicious. The nacho chips with the range of dips was probably the star of the night. It’s usually a starter that I take for granted but the sauces here pack a punch - so so good and deceivingly simple-looking. I may not be a regular diner at Mexican restaurants but I’d imagine that it would be hard to top this off. Can’t wait to go back!

If you are from the US or Mexico, don’t expect this cuisine to taste anything like what you are used to. That being said, the food is delicious. The views at sunset and at night are spell ubounding.

Don’t be surprised by my 5 STAR ratings🤣 I’m pretty sure it’s not because of my birthday🌝 So I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and it was on a Saturday😊 I love went to other restaurant before but not this location. The VIEW is superb even at 6pm(before sunset) I ordered Chefs Recommendation $48/6 dishes.. I would say the portion is not too much and just nice for my appetite… So, as I put in the reservation remark column, they gave me a hat that night with a complimentary citrusy shots🤣 Ok, it’s a bonus drink, what do you expect? A glass of beer or wine? 🤣 So.. If you like to enjoy beautiful view with nice Mexican food, you should consider here and make your reservation early at least a week before your selected date😉

Still one of my to-go when I am craving Mexican food. Other than Tacos and Quesadillas, they have meaty mains alongside burrito bowls, hearty burgers, and those divine margaritas. On Tuesday, go for their DIY Taco Platter (from $48) that comes with 6 corn tortillas cotija cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled red onion, jalapeños and cabbage. Pick your meat and build your tacos the way you like it! P.S: get a front-row seat to the amazing Marina Bay view. Just remember to reserve 1-2 months in advance

Just had a wonderful experience at this restaurant while treating my friend who's visiting Singapore. Although we were seated inside and missed the beautiful Marina Bay view, it didn't dampen our spirits. The food and service were fantastic, and my friend left happy and satisfied. A special shoutout to Elyn, our server, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire meal. The baja fish and wagyu tacos, chicken quesadillas, and king prawn were all absolutely yummy. And the margarita was the perfect finishing touch to a great dining experience! Highly recommend this place for excellent food and service! 🌮🍹😊

Loved the place. Loved the variety of vegetarian options they had to offer. The tofu taco was the show stopper. We also ordered sweet potato taco, which was good as well. Corn chips were great. In dessert, chocolava cake and churros were a delight to eat.

Super Loco is a decent option if you need Mexcian food in Singapore, but there are better options. The frozen margaritas were a bit watery, and the tacos were 'ok' but nothing special... and not 'double wrapped' as authentic street tacos should be. The fish tacos were the exception and the only ones I would reorder. The service could have been faster, and the wait staff forgot our nacho chip order... when it did come, the accompanying salsas were average. Overall, it was a forgettable experience (with the exception of the fish tacos).

Food is 3.5 and decor/staff at 4. Dips amongst the ALL IN are great, there are 2 refreshing ones that are tangy spicy and tangy sour sweet. Love them much more than usual salsa and guaca. The cauliflower dish is good delight, crunchy when mixed with base dressing. View if outdoors in fab chilled evening is always perfect but might be good time to up the furniture for more vibrancy!

Amazing view with amazing food! One of my first few experiences of Mexican food and I would say that this is the best I had! The best dish for me would be the Lamb which was the softest and most tender lamb I’ve eaten in all cuisines. Great service as well and will definitely be back!

Book a patio seating, and it has a really nice direct view of the MBS cityscape! From the time we arrived to orders and finally a birthday surprise, the staff were all very attentive. Shoutout to Izram & James for serving us and making my friend's birthday celebration a memorable one! As for the food, the guacamole dip, wagyu steak taco & octopus taco were superb!! The coconut mojito was really refreshing. While the price is a little steep, the ambience and service are worth the tag. ;)

Decent food with great views and service! We had the set menu - Head Honcho (8 dishes, $68 per pax before gst). The set consists of esquites, chips & salsa, totopos, taco, ceviche, steak, caesar salad, arroz and churros for deserts. Given the amount of food, it is super worth it as the portions were super generous! The food was pretty decent, but I wished there were less filler dishes (salad and rice) and more starters/small bites instead. If visiting again, I would opt to order from the a la carte menu~ We had passionfruit smashito ($19) and pineapple, cilantro and mint soda ($9) which were nice too. Overall, a nice place to visit for special occasion, but be sure to make a reservation as the restaurant is pretty popular~

Visit Date - 13 August 2023 It was a very pleasant experience at Super Loco @Customs House. On a Sunday it was quiet and we had booked a table outside overlooking the Marina. It is recommended to visit during sunset, there is a refreshing breeze and slowly the marina lights up all happy and colourful - a perfect way to gear up for the new week. We were served by Danial. He gave some unbiased suggestions highlighting what he likes and why and some other items why his colleagues like Based on that we ordered A Bottle of Pineapple and Calamani Margarita - It was light & refreshing Trotilla chips with salsa roja For the main course we had Wagyu Steak - juicy bite sized on a taco Beef Quesadilla - quite tasty This should have been enough for dinner but for us it was not complete without a dessert so we indulged in Chocolate Lava - as mentioned by Danial, the Mint ice cream and choco-lava cake made a super combo. Panna Cotta - personally I liked this the best. The tang of lemon sorbet balanced the sweet Oaxaca cheese topped with the crunch of pistachio crumble. This is an item to return for. Thanks Super Loco

First of all, the view and ambience here is amazing! It’s perfect for a relaxing and memorable date night or gathering with friends and family. The service here was also exceptional. The staff were extremely meticulous, almost as if they could read our minds. Lastly, the food was on-point as well. We got the 8 course set, where they served us everything from tacos to steak and churros. It was even better with the lime margarita (the best I’ve had thus far) Strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to have great food, an enjoyable time and a memorable experience!

Came here for date night and absolutely loved the vibes here. The view of MBS was great, the staff were lovely and the food was good too. Ordered chips with guac and salsa, two tacos, mushroom tostada and a beef quesadilla. Chips were average but came with a platter of 3 salsas + 1 guac. The salsas were great and all had a unique flavour while not being too spicy. The pineapple one was great for sweet tooths like me haha A bit put off by the price but they were quite big tacos. Got the Baja fish and sweet potato taco. The fish was battered and fried to perfection. The fish was huge too, super worth it. The sweet potato taco was very refreshing and a good break from the greasier items. The mushroom tostada was also another winner. The mushrooms were so nice and chewy and had a great flavour. Would definitely order again. Lastly, the beef quesadilla was nice and crispy and filled with beef and cheese. Would definitely return!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here recently and had a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. We were greeted with 2 lime margaritas upon arrival and food service was amazingly fast. We ordered Oysters, Tacos and Quesadillas and they tasted phenomenal. Beyond the food however, the highlight of our evening was definitely the service. Staff were attentive and regularly checked in on us to ensure that our needs were attended to. In addition, we would like to thank our server Joey whose cheerful disposition really made us feel at home at the restaurant. With great views of Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Flyer, the Esplanade, and the financial district in the horizon, great food and exceptional service, I'd say this is a great place to celebrate any special occasion, or just to hang out with friends and loved ones.

Had a nice time out here with lovely Mexican fare. Really appreciated the service staff Ivy - she was warm and helpful, and even offered to walk us out to show us how to get out of the rain. When we were leaving, she took an umbrella for us and walked us to the nearby sheltered stand. Really sweet!

Been to this branch twice and to the Robertson Quay branch thrice, and I’m never eating any other Mexican food ever again. The standards that Super Loco set for me are sky high. We came for the Casamigos because few places carry all the tequilas in the collection and they are good (not just because it's by George Clooney) but also that the bar makes awesome chasers. We'll definitely be back for them and the tacos.

Great food, drinks, and service. Best tacos I’ve had travelling Asia! If you are looking for a Mexican fix this is the place. Also has amazing views of Marina Bay Sands and the water front.

A bright sunny spot for Mexican food. Pick an indoor seat if you want to avoid the mid-day sun. It’s also nice to sit outdoors to look out the waters on a breezy cooler day. The food was very flavourful and colourful. Good spot for a casual lunch with friends and you can walk off lunch by walking along the quay. The restaurant gets a bit noisy at times because it’s an open kitchen and some seats are right against their prep stations. Service could be a bit more attentive. It’s still a good idea to make a reservation ahead of time especially for outdoor tables in the evening.

  • 5/5 Esther G. 2 years ago on Google
very good experience and ambience. I went to super Loco for an after dinner drink. Initially seated indoor and the waitress make an extended service to change to outdoor for us. I love this kind of service. Making initiative! I have a headache and the birthday girl want me to continue the 2 round celebration with her. So I order a cocktail for myself. The look of the drink make me delight and the moment I forget I am in pain.

We got an outdoor seat beside the Bay Area with the backdrop Marina Bay Sands. The view was awesome, there were a lot of people gathering around the area just to take photos in the evening. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic, and the plating was colourful. The service was warm, friendly and attentive. It rained halfway and Solihin quickly relocated us indoor, and offered to leave the door open so we can enjoy the view, until the rain got heavier. Overall, it was a unique and warm five star experience!

Great experience at Superloco with the food and service by the the staff. Don, Daniel, Evelyn and the team was accommodating to ensure everything was in place for us (large group) despite the rain. If you're looking for cute place to celebrate your friends birthday I LOVE coming to super loco @ custom house. ▪️What We Ordered▪️
01 Baja Tacos — This is 1 of the best place I've had baja tacos, the fish is very nicely battered, crispy outside & silky soft on the inside.
02 Chicken Quesadillas — VERY SPICY, we could not finish the pieces cause it was so spicy, great flavours tho.
03 Oyster Oxaca Cheese — Not a fan of oysters already but this torched cheese version was quite questionable too.
04 Oyster Passionfruit Salsa — Not too bad, but overall I would recommend to skip the oysters!
05 Spicy Potatoes — A classic, cannot go wrong we loved it.
As for drinks we ordered:
01 Blue berry margarita — On the sweeter side, not a big fan of blueberry but my friend loved it.
02 Pineapple & Calamansi — LOVE LOVE if you're a big fan of sour this is the perfect quench thirsting drink. 🍍 Overall a lovely place to celebrate your friends birthday, remember to book a reservation and also specify which seating you want so you can face the river & MBS
