Nice place. Owned my a Saudi man, so they offer dates & Arabic coffee as a welcome, as well as Bokhour upon leaving. There’s a playing area in the basement for kids. Service is fast. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants offering same quality of food, mainly sea food.

As a local guide on google and reviewer + verified zomato expert , someone suggest karamna as two persons, I went there for a birthday and i ordered mezzah and mix grilled plate as u see, at the end ( by them self ).... they brought me a small piece of fondant dessert with a candle and happy birthday song , and normal plate size of mixed summer fruits as ((complimentary)) " suppose to be as all restaurants serveing it after lunch meal ". At least they should asked before serving it, because it's not free. Karamna have Friendly staff, nice decorations, clean objects, good taste of food, a bit over priced, my complain is they charged us the cake 12000L.L ( No problem),.. and the fruit plate that was a shocking moment honestly with 26000L.L. I didn't complain on the spot, cause i won't to hear excuses or apologies, and want to write what happened here and wait for their reply..

I was at the restaurant today (2nd day of ramadan) arrived 1 hour before “the adan” ( the time where people can eat after fasting in ramadan) the place was very clean and everything was well until i ordered and told them that i will eat now and will not wait adan…they gave me the weirdest looks while i was eating as if i was committing a crime..i felt so uncomfortable. After finishing and asking for the check the waiter didn’t even look at me while giving me the check..they were so busy dealing with a very important high class table as if i am not a customer too! I paid in dollars and they returned me the rest in LL in an amount totally less than what i should have!so i insisted to take the rest in dollars. It was very disappointing experience for such a luxurious restaurant!

Generally speaking, Lebanon (Beirut) was really expensive in terms of food and beverages. Karamna was really nice with a vast seaview. Staff was professional and many of them spoke fluent English. Food was delicious. When food was combined with the view, I had a spectacular experience. Alcoholic beverages are serviced upon request. Nice place, it is recommended.

We had a wonderful meal at Karamna. First the place is spotless, whether inside, outside or the toilets (kids area could use some attention). Also the view is excellent. Now the food: we only tried the Lebanese menu (mezza and grill) and it’s one of the best restaurants you could have such cuisine at. The sho2af literally melts in your mouth, hands down one of the best we’ve ever tried. They are definitely using the finest meats in their dishes. The staff couldn’t do enough, yet they weren’t intrusive so another 10/10. And finally the service in general was excellent, and the fruits on the house at the end was definitely a nice gesture. All in all, it’s probably the best restaurant on Beirut’s seaside for the price (it’s definitely on the higher end), way better than Rouche restaurants where there you pay for the view with mediocre food and service at best. At least here you get what you pay for; we will definitely be back whenever in Lebanon. Well done Karamna staff and management.
