Great place to stay, staff are soo professional, attendant, the food as well is perfect, quality in every bite. Prices are among the best in the area. And the location is just ideal, you'll find everything nearby.

One of my favorite hotels in Beirut. If you are looking for ocean view, this is not the one. But it’s walking distance to the ocean. They give you access to their other beach resort. The staff are super friendly and not pushy. Electricity WiFi was good considering what the country is going thru. The hotel is next to a 24 hr mini market, barber, cafes, breakfast places and more. For the price and location, it’s great.

Don't even go there. Rooms are dirty. Motel 6 is better. Very bad customer service. At check out the manager asked how was our stay. I told him and showed him pictures he acted like he cares he was sorry about the bad experience. He gave me his business card and offered me a complementary stay on my next visit since this one was prepaid through Priceline. 3 weeks later I called him up to book a room he acted like he doesn't know me or remember what happened. Make sure not to go there and waste a penny at this place. At the same rate you will find a better and cleaner hotel.

Worst experience, since the first second nothing was as per the reputation of lancaster, starting from airport pickup which i had to wait the driver 25 min at the airport, ending with unclean and unprepared room and a piece of hair in the food from znoud el sett restaurant, I'm really disappointed....

Service is awful, they opened the room without knocking the door. Electricity went out in the room. Moreover in the breakfast they guy keep asking for the payment before serving.

We tried the restaurant at the 18th floor, the food was good but the service was very bad you have to call the waitress or the waiter every time you need them, but what is bad is the waitress had long nails that are not clean

although the location is great, upon entering the hotel it’s oddly hot in the lobby, bad service( we’ve been waiting 30 minutes in the hot lobby waiting for a room) the lady on the front desk is giving me a attitude and won’t give us the room even though it’s ready and we booked the day before. it’s a really nice hotel but, the service isn’t the best

This is my 5th day here and I think this is the best value for money place in Beirut. Their customer service is great and the place is clean and beautiful. If you are to book a nice apartment in Beirut, I highly recommend you go ahead with Lancaster suites

This hotel need new management that pay more attention on renewvation the rooms Everything is old and also the maintenance need huge attention The power sockets are loose or some not working, the door hinge is loose that could lead anyone inter your room while you're sleep The card key is very old and not working most of the time. Small TV screen with not working remote.

It is a good hotel for the money. I am not sure about the 4 star rating, I believe it should be more a 3 star hotel. The staff was relatively friendly, but the room on the non-smoking floor smelled like smoke plus the whatever spray hotels use to remove smell. It was clean though. Once again, for the price and the location, it was a good deal.

The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. The second room was full of gnats. The mildew smell and humidity in the air. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last hotel. I don’t even know how they got this rating. The staff were respectful but they are the reason for the poor hygiene of the rooms. I even walked pass a room that had old filthy mattresses stacked almost to the ceiling!

Very lovely staff members, always ready to answer questions and help you with everything you need, nice rooms and tasty food. We requested late checkout and they did not want to say no and leave it for another talk they cared about our experience in their hotel.
