Hello, I appreciate the good management that pays attention to the smallest details and I am sure that such management will make the Crowne Plaza Hotel one of the best hotels in Lebanon. Good luck .

The room is very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Had a nice room with balcony. The team members are very friendly, helpful and exceptional. The breakfast team does an amazing job. Located in a very nice area.

I’m writing this in August 2021 in the middle of the electricity and generator fuel crisis. The hotel is functioning perfectly with 24 AC and electricity. I’m a long term customer having stayed here at least 20 times. Good service and nice breakfast and great location. I am a fan!

Loved it but the room was a bit off. I should say writing this 5 years later that this trip to Beruit was fantastic. The people, including the hotel staff, were warm and friendly. I pray daily for the people of this proud city and country. ISA they will have unity, peace, and happiness. I can't wait for my next visit.

Might not be the best hotel in town by far... But the location is unbeatable. No need to drive anywhere, everything within walking distance. Their pool is open again. I suggest staying here if you want to be close to the food, nightlife and AUB.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The amenities, from the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, were top-notch. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful and memorable stay. Can't wait to visit again!

Very bad as 5 stars hotel, I would rate as 4 or 3 stars only, money paid is not comparable to the service or value offered. I have booked for half board, expecting open buffet or reasonable dinner, unfortunately the dinner offered as attached photo, or you may get a burger sandwiche.

The hotel is well located. Conference room is well served and equipped. Electric power is challenge there. Breakfast is good , coffee is great and Fresh manakeesh is top :) If you have a car, it would be a challenge to find a parking spot I went there in 2018 - so menu might be changed and power supply hopefully get better

Great hospitality and service! Loved their breakfast and the restaurant staff were exceptional. Great location in the middle of Beirut-Hamra Street. Beautiful city view, but a little outdated. If you have a car, parking fee is not included in the room rate.

So far soooo good! The staff at the reception were so helpful and welcoming. Our suite was beyond our expectations and room service was few minutes ahead of us. Couldn’t ask for more.

A little outdated but very clean and with super comfortable beds. The views over the Mediterranean are very good. Breakfast buffet standard but the food served at dinner is definitely poor, both in quality and selection. Staff are extremely friendly and definitely make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. Location is excellent, right in the commercial centre of the city.

Good stay for a night. The location is in the middle of Hamra street close to many rest. & shops. The rooms are clean but a bit old decoration. The breakfast was very good and the reception staff were very helpful.

The cleanliness of the room are not great, and rooms are a bit old, however I must say the service of the hotel is beyond amazing that it makes u disregard cleanliness and room conditions

When in hamra then there is only one place to park, stay, doing business or just enjoy doing sports in the fitness zone

The location is a famous busy street where every thing is within a walking distance, the hotel parking is easily accessible and not expensive, breakfast was basic but fine rooms are of good size and beds are comfortable, Staff are friendly and want to help in any way possible 6 - The area has turned in recent months into chaos beggars every where and asking for money in a way that bothers you and sometimes does not make you feel very safe

Stayed here for a weekend whilst visiting Lebanon for the first time. I usually book global branded hotels in countries I've never visited before, as you generally know what you will get. As an IHG Member I was greeted and allowed to check in a few hours early (due to my flight arriving in the morning), and was also upgraded to a large suite on the 16th floor. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Unlike a lot of other hotels currently using coronavirus as an excuse to cut down on cleaning rooms, housekeeping was performed every day. Unfortunately due to restrictions the restaurant and club lounge are currently closed, and I didn't get change to visit the swimming pool. Given the current climate in Lebanon, the hotel felt very safe with security at the main entrance 24/7. As with most places in Lebanon, the power did cut out a number of times on my visit, however emergency lighting within the room always stayed on, and the blackouts were limited to a few minutes maximum as a result of backup generators. I used the room service for an evening meal which was delivered quickly, large portions and reasonably priced. All staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting Beiruit.

Really it was shocked when we joined the hotel , shortcut and straight to the point , this not reflecting IHG group ,must change it or deleted from their directory. Everything beyond by far the expectations. Even the furniture it is enough old and need throw away. Only thing for 3 stars given due to location and the staff they tried to support us during our stay nothing else deserve to say . Visit done but sure will not repeated .

We stayed for 1 week at the crown plaza in an executive suite. The room was average but we loved the attitude of every single employee. They took very good care of us and were super friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient as it’s in the middle of Hamra street.

Old world luxury THis might not be a plush or fancy Crowne plaza that you typically find in this region and around. But it certainly makes up for the lack of character and luxury with the warm hospitality and amenities it provides. OVerall for the price we paid, and the luxury we got this was an absolutely value for money LOCATION: Located in the heart of Hamra district you can get to feel the vibrant heart of old world Beirut. DINE + DRINK: WE didnt eat breakfast or try the bar here So cannot comment. But there are a ton of wonderful cafes, bakeries and restaurants around the hotel which might be a better option than hotel food ROOM: We stayed in 1808, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the Cityscape and the sea at a distance; SIZE: Very spacious SUITE that had a good living room and bedroom; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics FACILITIES: THis, in my opinion, is the highlight of this hotel stay. They dont have a gym on site but give you access to one of hte fanciest Fitness center chains in town (FITNESS ZONE)that is located in the same complex. working out here was a delight and gives you a great way to soak in local culture more SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

An excellent hotel in a privileged location, friendly staff, good manners in dealing and cooperation, and more than wonderful. The breakfast is good and varied, and the service is excellent. I advise those who intend to travel to live in it ... Greetings.
