I had a really good time with my family there. We went on Tuesday for the Bottomless pizza deal and it was amazing. We've got a variety of unlimited pizzas to eat from veg to non-veg. The pizzas are very well garnished and served hot. However, it can get very crowded and I recommend to reach there before 18 00 so as to have a table in the restaurant and avoid long queues.

This place is always full specially in the weekend. Located at Bagatelle Shopping Mall. The service is ok but can improve. The food is otherwise excellent.

Great pizza as always, the dine in experience you expect from a pizza place. Friendly staff, not long waiting times and most importantly cheesy tasty pizza! Will definitely visit again!

Very good and value for money! They open at 11.30 for lunch. However, during peak hours, staffs are really busy, and they dont really have time to check on you. Some mocktails are not really worth it. But the pizzas and pasta are really good

Service is a bit slow but has greatly improved since our previous visits. Their baked mushroom and mozzarella starter is delicious. Several tablets are also available to keep your kids entertained. The place is kept clean but be cautious with their cutleries as ours were slightly dirty. Avoid sitting outside if it's raining as you will most certainly feel a drizzle. You won't encounter this issue once they put the outside cover back up. Overall, the atmosphere and food are very enjoyable and the staff are very friendly and understanding.

Best Pizza I've ever eaten. Was a Domino's fan before but after tasting Bagatelle's panarotti, I've decided to shift. However not all Panarottis taste the same. Ordered at Curepipe and taste was mediocre. I feel there is a difference when you dine in v/s Take out in terms of quality and taste of the pizza. But the Bagatelle one is best of all. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service, they barely take care of customers & the staffs doesn't provide the service required. Not to mention the bottomless pizzas being just a rob, having to wait for almost 2 hours to get a table just for them to delay the service even more before getting a barely minimum of food served...

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service. First of all we got our food after 45min.. secondly order department really bad really need to improve your service

Cosy atmosphere and good customer service 💯🔥

Very bad service!!! Waited for more 45 minutes for our command but our command got cancelled. Everytime we asked, they told us to wait 5 more minutes. The manager Deepak was rude and didn’t excuse himself. They just returned back our money and acted like they didn’t care at all. Big disappointment and not recommended at all!

Delicious, but took 30min before we get our pizza.

I was there, along with my wife, son and in-laws, celebrating their anniversary. We were all pampered by the team, when they got to know that my in-laws have been together for 43 years. Food is great. Ambience awesome. They have such nice starters. Even though we are vegetarian!!! Keep it up

At first everything was pretty fine with the staffs but it took them like 30 minutes to make 3 milkshakes. So just make sure to be more professional in the future and not ignore people when they are busy

This place was once a top pizza outlets Definitely not the case anymore,was much disappointed . Definitely no value for the price charged.

Food was okay. Took monsterito pizza - half classic half gourmet and twists. But service was terrible. There was a lady with rude behaviour and bad attitude. We were a group of students, we understand that everyone has good days and bad days but the lady was so unprofessional.

Disappointed Food took too long and Service cant comment as they dont care about their customers.

Hello Panarotti bagatelle We dont get green chilli anymore for takeways. Any reason for that? Please note that people come to panarotti for the addons provided and now there is no green chilli with takeways but some usual chilli sauce. Please review this since the pizza doesnt taste the same with the usual chilli. Thanks for your comprehension.

In a country like Mauritius where everyone follows different religion, these place do not believe in it. They slice Chicken and Beef with the same knife. If you are pure vegetarian, avoid this place as you will find piece of Chicken in your pizza. They were caught red handed doing it and they did not bother to apologise. They just did not care.

Panarottis has always been my favorite place. However very disappointed this time. We waited more than 30min between the starter and pizza. When the pizza arrives, it was cold - their excuse was that we have starters 🙄 Poor service i would say compared to the past. Weird enough to eat a little and keep waiting. It was my favorite place hope service will improve

Been there around 2 weeks back. Ordered an individual pizza and waited for around 45 mins when i came to know that my order was still not ready when i saw the lady asking for my order to her colleagues several times. I was still asked to wait but i preferred to walk out. Though i had good image of Panarottis, i think that effective communication among staffs would be a great way to give better customer service!

Nice pizzas. Slightly expensive imho but tasty. Especially loved the chicken mayo.

😡😡Very bad experience. Being a regular customer at Panarottis, I did not expect to have such a treatment. The officer in charge is an ill-mannered person. When talking to him about an issue, instead of handling the situation, he categorically refuted. One of the waiter also don't have manners and etiquette to treat a customer. They behaved so bad that the made my evening a nightmare. These kind of people should follow training on customer service. I had a foreigner with me and made feel so bad. I would appreciate that a person in the management contact me for assistance on this matter. 😡😡

Very poor customer service at Panarottis Bagatelle. Reserved a seat there when we came back they changed our place. Secondly we had to wait for lot of time. The worst is that they don't listen.we had to call out 5 times in order to be properly served with with adds on such as ketchup garlic etc that the Pizzas had the time to chill.

Everytime I call you guys to place an order its always a hassle! Your employees never answer the phone and when they do its always like i'm bothering them. Seriously for Panarottis bagatelle just stop paying for a phone cause they never answer!
