We waited way too long for someone to come take our order. 2 couples who came after us got service before us. The staff are very slow and not as professional as Nando's other branches. The servers would rather walk around and/or gossip among themselves instead of taking orders or doing their job. I'd understand the tardiness if the restaurant was completely/nearly full but there were only around 10 or so tables occupied. Needless to say we left. Edit: The espetada my wife ordered was raw and the chocolate fondant I ordered came with molten ice cream and cold cake with no fondant at all. The server Gavisha was no help at all. The manager, Kavish removed the espetada from the bill but offered only excuses for the chocolate fondant. It was a waste of time to argue with him. Maybe try hiring more competent cooks and staff for a change. Feeding people raw meat and badly made dessert with bad manners doesn't make a good impression as a restaurant.

One of the rare times dining at Nando's and I must say the food was really well cooked. Chicken was moist (as I would have hoped) and the flavours were incredible. Our servers were very kind and polite and we were served our food came out quite fast (granted the restaurant was not that busy). Judging by how long the queue normally is, I don't need to say that it's definitely recommended!

The atmosphere was really good, but unfortunately, due to highly crowded issues 😕, food was moderately to the expectation. Well, if you feel like going on a Saturday or Friday's evening, then maybe a reservation or call it is needed. Food coming to the table and serving time were impressive even though the huge number of orders.

Used to love going there but it's not the same. The waiters avoid eye contact whenever it's time to order. You are left waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for service. It's really disappointing.

I really enjoy the food and the service at Nando's cause you are rarely disappointed. As the resto doesn't take prior bookings for table, i would suggest you visit during the off peak time so that you don't waste much time in the queue!

Order a full platter for dinner. The full chicken had a burned flavour. Nandos used to be one of my fav place to eat. However quality has diminished.

The food was amazing. My family was well looked after by one of the most polite waiter (possbly Nepalese). Mojito, Chicken burger and butterfly chicken were succulent.

Very tasty and a great reminder of home! The rice here in the Mauritian Nando’s is basmati, so that was different but still good. Unfortunately they got our order wrong but quickly rectified it, which was awesome!

Had a late lunch there after long time and i must say, the first thing that impressed me was the staff. The service was impeccable. Nanou, our server was really attentive and has constantly been checking if everything is up to our liking (much to my surprise as it was crunch time. I was definitely not expecting such a great service!). The place is welcoming and the food is luscious! Definitely going back !!

Awful yet funny experience I have ever had! I was drooling to savor their “ roasted veggies wrap” with those couscous, feta cheese, grilled red onions, hummus and the spicy roasted veg dip. To my disappointment, I was instead served with a wrap of aged aubergine, lettuce( came from no-where )and some kind of sauce that I was made to believe was “lemon & herb” due to the sticker! 2 star for the packaging though.

After not hearing great things from the locals, I decided to give it a go as I’m a big Nando’s fan and used to go very often in the UK. Great service and the food was just perfect!

If there was an option to give no stars, I would have given it! Absolutely no consideration for customers. I was waiting to be seated and the server guided another couple who was waiting behind me. When I finally got seated, I was ignored and nobody came to take my order. Just got up and left after 15 minutes of waiting. If you're not interested in doing business, just close shop!

Very poor service today. Our party got our food late, cold, and of the wrong hotness. Drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and refill requests for bottomless drinks were not respected. Staff did not even apologise.

Hadn't had a Nando's for ages and was not disappointed. Classic chicken burger with cheese and peri peri chicken both delicious. Our waitress was efficient and friendly, Will definitely return and recommend, great food at good value. It was very busy but we didn't have to wait very long for a table, about 6 mins.

Not value for money 😕 poor portion size. Food is no more the same like it was years ago unfortunately whole menu changed over time and they keep increasing price and downgrading the service. Food is great as what you would expect from Nando's. Consistent quality. Overall the wait times are quick between meals, although extremely busy the waiters could be more attentive.

Our warmest thanks for the lovely and delicious lunch! I will definitely come back and bring my guests with me. We were served by Mr. McDonald, our greatest thanks to him for the extraordinarily good service.

First and foremost, each time we called for a waiter, they told us to wait, which we did for 20 minutes. The food came in tiny portions, was soggy and the waitress was very fussy and loud while taking our order. Customer service and food were overall less than mediocre. It's not worth it. Absolutely Unprofessional!

The chicken breast was too dry and too chewy. The leg was tender and juicy. Kiwi mojito too sweet, no kiwi taste. Recommended: Fiesta Fries.

Ordered Halloumi & Mushroom wrap. The food was cold and when I asked to exchange the food they simply said it will be microwaved. After insisting they made a fresh order. Could have been tastier. The fries were cold and service was slow although it was on a public holiday.

Really good pulled chicken wrap. Well marinated chicken and it goes really well with the mild sauces. The hotter sauces don't pair as well with Nandos chicken in my opinion. The salad in the wrap itself is akin to a coleslaw with a bit more mayonnaise sauce. Bit dissapointed that this is the second time I've been told that the sweet potato fries were not available. I had potato wedges instead and they were nicely seasoned. As for ambience, the decor and music was fine. Could have done with the air conditioning running cooler. It was very hot inside the restaurant

Great food, one of my favorite place to eat in Mauritius when looking for healthy food. I always go for 1\4 or half chicken with the various sides. This time I opted for a salad... It was fantastic and so good. As for the cocktails they are simply the bomb

Good place to eat as food is tasty Some waiters only speak English so it might be a problem for some Service is good but takes time to get the order. Some food items are dissapointing while some are very good and have great kick in them. I love the choose your spiceness level with the peri peri sauces. Depending on the time you go You might not get a table and have to wait some times. Avoid peak hours if possible. Veg burger is very dissapointing so avoid if you are a pure vegetarian. Service, hygiene and food quality could improve but it's a very good place to dine once in a while. Will visit again but not so soon.
