Too expensive for the conditions it offers. The price of access to the spa, only (without massage) is 50€ per person, with no time limit, but they only have a 1.25m pool with warm water (could be warmer), a mini cold water pool, 2 saunas (dry and wet) and that's it. No jacuzzi, no other type of baths. I repeat 50€ per person! They offer some snacks and water with lemon, but please nobody even likes that. I have been in spas with better conditions and cheaper. The spa is clean. The service is very good. I liked it a lot. But the spa leaves a lot to be desired. I don't recommend it to people coming from outside the hotel (since you have to pay for it). Regarding massages, I don't know.

I often frequent spas across Europe and this spa is very minimal, equipment like water jets are not working. For the price charged, it is far from worth it. It charges more than a spa in Zurich, with far, far better equipments and quality (Thermalbad Zurich). If you stay at the hotel, you can use for free but don't expect it to be more than a pool with haman and sauna, indoors, no views and relatively poorly maintained. Which is a pity since with a bit more minimal care, it could be something quite nice.

What a nice spa to spend your day there! For 50 euros you have access to an indoor pool with hydro massage m, sauna and hammam. Towel, bathrobe and flip flops are provided so you don’t have to worry about!

The spa was below expectations. There was no access to the rooftop pool, which was not announced in advance. In addition, the pool was cold, the hammam was too cold, the sauna was far too hot and the sensory showers only had cold water. Only the steam sauna and the massage were good. Unfortunately we were disappointed and wouldn't come back again for the price.

I really enjoyed this spa. I had the blovely treatment which included a body scrub and massage and then access to the rest of the spa for as long as you like. Overall it was really lovely but the downside was, there were no products in the bathroom except a body wash. I would have liked shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc to use after the treatment.

Nice pool but the common spa areas were a bit dirty and quite messy. Used towels all over the place but clean ones no where to be found. Not exactly what we were expecting.

I’m pretty disappointed with this spa. I had come once before and the sauna wasn’t working. Hoping they would have worked this out, we decided to give this spa a second chance. When arriving, I asked the spa receptionist if all amenities were working to which he answered yes. Surprise came when the main steam room was not working, and neither was the smaller pool, that was cold. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a recurrent problem. 50€ for only 3 out of 5 amenities working seems excessive to me.

The SPA space needs improvements in terms of facilities (several broken equipment - in the pool and in the showers belonging to the water circuit; ceiling with patches and equipment under maintenance with loose wires in the pool space; the changing rooms were poorly maintained with customer towels and robes that had not been placed in the baskets and/or collected by SPA employees). I think other precautions should be taken so that it can once again become a reference space.

Day use wasn't worth it, several things didn't work, the pool was cold, and there were children jumping in the pool and making noise, it looked more like a water park.

Wow the views were amazing

Great atmosphere, incredible massage and therapist and the benefit of also having access to the outdoor pool on the rooftop is the icing on the cake, making the experience even more memorable!
