Let me start by saying wow! I'm completely satisfied with my stay here! The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom was amazing, there was a huge tug, a walk-in shower, and a mini safe as well. We enjoyed the rooftop pool w/ a full bar 🍸. 10 min from the biggest mall I have ever seen. The airport is also about 13 min away, which was just perfect. The parking lot is under the hotel, which is the only downside to this place. There is a huge downhill drop to the lot, and when you leave, it's a pretty huge uphill, especially with a manual transmission car. It's not a deal breaker for me, tho because I can drive. Check out my photos and videos! Enjoy 😉

Breakfast was great! The bed was very big and comfortable. The refrigerator (mini bar) was quiet - not a given in hotels. The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The roof looks nice but unfortunately we arrived on a rainy day. The location is quiet and pleasant and also central for our needs. The sliding door of the shower/toilet wasn't convenient, mainly because it didn't have a lock. The children's pool seemed a bit unsafe, at least for toddlers. We didn't check it mainly because the weather wasn't suitable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful hotel, but even more so...what incredible people that work there!! We just spent an amazing week here for a work conference. With 100 attendees and a detailed agenda around many logistics. Jupiter Lisboa was simply a lovely hotel. We were close to the airport and although maybe a little further away from the city center, it was quite easy to get to. The food was delicious with a variety of buffet options which made it an easy and great option for all the participants with different food restrictions at the event. All the staff at the hotel was so helpful and paid attention to all the details to keep our participants happy. Everyone in the event department ensured that we have a successful event and were consistently checking up on our group to make sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you to Fatima and her whole team who was not only a pleasure to work with but allowed our event to be beautiful and effortless. Carla, the guest manager is so kind and always ensuring that all the guests are having a wonderful stay....they pay attention to all the little details...she has an incredible team working the reception. I can't say enough kind things about this hotel but more so about the people that work there. Be sure to book your stay or your next conference there, you wont regret it!

This hotel is on a main route coming out of the centre of Lisbon. It's not really in the middle of any exciting area but there is a bullring and a few associated restaurants nearby. There are also some nice smaller places in the streets near to the hotel. The service in the hotel is very friendly, helpful and quick. The concierge staff are very kind and generous with their advice about the room and the local area too. A couple of things in the room you don't see mentioned: you get a nice complimentary bottle of water (but the minibar comes with more and isn't too expensive), the TV audio can be connected to the room speakers (although it didn't seem to work in my room) and there are plugs to connect your own audio (possibly video too, there is a three colour connector) if you have the cables (standard audio/video cables), you also get nice shower and hand gels etc and a box of tissues for the room. Staff will also hold your luggage if the room is not ready and bring it straight up to the room when you return. The rooftop bar is lovely, staff are nice and the pool is small but nice on the warm days. I didn't use the gym but it's good to have the option. There's also a bar downstairs, it didn't seem to have some things you'd expect like diet/zero coke in stock but for most things it would be fine. On the whole a nice, clean and well-kept hotel and I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Lisbon with a little bit of luxury.

My partner and I loved our stay here, the staff are kind and let us leave our luggage hours before check-in. Our room was decorated for our anniversary at no extra cost. The room itself was nice, clean, just not the best view. We had the buffet breakfast twice, both times were good, and we used the pool a few times which was also nice, not too busy. Only downside is location but its closer to the airport which is convenient.

We were deceived by pretty pictures of the hotel on Booking and good reviews, which I do not know why they have at all! First of all the room reeks of moisture and mold, the carpets smell of dust. We came to the room in the evening after a walk around Lisbon and when we uncovered the bed there were two bugs and a huge red stain inside of a bed. The hotel itself, apart from rooms is also extremely dirty.

This is a brilliant hotel - right from the location to the service to the rooms. There are 2 metro stations within short walking distance to the hotel, making it a very convenient location. There is also an Auchan grocery store on the opposite road. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The service is excellent - very professional and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and the AC and showers work very well and feature all basic amenities like a mini-fridge, TV, and hair dryer. And now, coming to the breakfast - absolutely incredible! The breakfast selection was huge, with lots of vegetarian options. The porridge especially was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel when in Lisbon.

Nice hotel but they are asking for a schedule for the breakfast and then letting many people into the hall STAYING WITHOUT mask. Incoherent. Also, they need to be a little bit faster in the desk management.

The hotel was everything I expected it to be (and even more). The care and friendliness of the staff was heartwarming. I felt welcome from the start of our stay until the end. The quality of the room was great. It gave us the perfect place to come back to after a day of discovering Lisbon. Every morning we enjoyed a rich breakfast with enough choices. The (food)quality of the breakfast was also good. Due to the weather we unfortunately didn't use the rooftop bar or swimming pool.

Fantastic hotel in a great location! The hotel is just a few metres from the metro and bus stops (236) or you can get a taxi for just €8 all into the main square and seafront. Where you can also access the famous trams to experience! The hotel was lovely, with a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome. It seems popular over a weekend for groups of friends, stag or hen parties staying but never felt crowded or rowdy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a modern decor and a fantastic bathroom! We had a great sleep on very comfortable beds. The rooftop area was fabulous for sunbathing on the loungers, enjoying the infinity pool and drinks from the bar. There's a smaller paddling pool for the kids too with plenty of seating. The reception bar was handy for meeting up or literally chilling in the air con. Breakfast was fabulous, with a vast array of continental cooked meats, local speciality pastries and a take on the English cooked preferences. I Would highly recommend and definitely go back.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, and only a few steps from a metro station, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly, easily, and inexpensively. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best that I have ever had, with a wide selection of fresh, tasty choices. We will definitely be staying here again, the next time we are in Lisbon.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The communication I had prior to our stay was prompt and professional. They arranged a transfer for me from the airport as I was arriving very late, the hotel is sleek yet comfortable, our room was large, with a great shower and a king sized bed. The bed was a bit firm, but I liked it. Linens were great. Air conditioning was excellent when needed. We did go to the roof top once. Beautiful view!, drink prices expensive..but..can you put a price on the view you get with the drinks. The front desk was always ready to answer any questions. We felt welcomed there. We liked staying in this area as it is quieter than the many other areas of Lisbon. Glad we chose the Jupiter.

It's a quite decent but fairly average hotel. There is also a pretty good gym and underground pool and spa. I appreciate that spa treatments should be at an additional cost, but I didn't appreciate having to pay to use the pool as a hotel guest, or it being required to wear a shower cap. It doesn't feel very restful to be swimming with a tight, uncomfortable blue condom on your head because they presumably don't want to pay to have the filters cleaned (if I'm paying to use the pool.) There is a quite decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a nice rooftop pool and bar that's worth visiting. The beds I found wildly uncomfortable, with thin, cheap sheets. I didn't sleep well here at all. Rooms are average with basic amenities. The decor is a bit corporate, it was bringing Holiday Inn. Overall fine for a short break with friendly staff.

Staffs were extremely friendly. They were always willing to help if you have any problems. Spacious room, good location close to metro and bus stops. The only problem was the quilt was too thin, l'd prefer a thick and comfortable one.

Modern and clean hotel, perfect for a trip to Lisbon. Its a little away from the city centre but all locations are easy to reach by metro, bus, taxi or Bolt. From check-in over housekeeping to breakfast and bar-personal -- the team in the hotel is doing such a great job! Thanks to everybody! Nice rooftop, big breakfast buffett with all you need. Snacks in the bar during daytime and evening. We enjoyed all days there with no problems.

Good hotel to spend some days in Lisbon. It's not downtown, but has a metro station next to it. The installations are modern and the breakfast was varied and good.

The rooms at Jupiter Lisbon Hotel are excellent, offering a comfortable stay. However, the TV in the room is very small and not a smart TV, which may be a drawback for some guests. The waitress at the rooftop bar does not seem very happy with her job and could improve on customer service. On the positive side, the breakfast at the hotel is fabulous, and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are efficient and professional, providing a smooth check-in experience. The hotel's location is convenient for the airport but a bit far from the historic district. The spa staff are welcoming and friendly, but it is suggested that the spa should be adults-only to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. The presence of kids jumping around the pool can disrupt the tranquility of a spa environment. Overall, Jupiter Lisbon Hotel offers a mix of positives and areas for improvement. Guests can expect excellent rooms, friendly restaurant staff, and efficient front desk service. However, there are aspects such as the small non-smart TV, service at the rooftop bar, and the presence of children in the spa that could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel is lovely, rooms are very clean and lots of amenities. It’s next to the metro and also you can easily get an Uber from this location. The staff were all so lovely and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for making our stay so nice :)

We had a stay here for 3 full days. The hotel is nicely located close to a metro entrance (which entrance is not always open later in the evening). The rooftop swimming pool is a nice addition, unfortunately it was too windy during our stay to be able to enjoy this. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious enough. On the first floor on the backside where we had our room there was not much of a view. The bathroom was fine, with an incredible rain shower. The room was cleaned every day, but one. Which is a shame since you are staying in a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of things too choose from. All in all in was a good stay. Recommend.

Excellent hotel.. They upgraded our room without asking and we had earlier check in at 12:00 which is 3 hours earlier, very nice of them... The room was big, clean and fully facilitatd. The breakfast was something else! Just brilliant.. The outdoor pool is very nice and the bar is very cheap.. Highly recommended hotel..

Very enjoyable hotel. Great venue, with the added gem of the rooftop pool. Some pros and cons (the few cons pulls is from a 5 star to a 4 star.) Pros: - Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff - Lovely rooms, nice beds and in general good amenities - Rooftop pool and bar is just 100% sublime. - Large breakfast buffet with great selections - Location close to downtown, and easy access to the airport through the subway. Cons: - The A/C in the room is loud, and we're talking really loud. Pulling down the fanspeed helps very slightly, but still very loud. - Due to covid the breakfast buffet was setup in an order that you could not take the food yourself, but had to be served everything. I understand the need for this, but the lines just became a tad bit too frustrating during rush around 830. - Beds were a bit too hard for my taste. - Elevators are slow and not that many, so lining up for elevators became common during my 2 day stay.

Everything was great from the room to the pool. I need to give a special mention to bartender Ines who kept me company, made excellent delicious drinks, and gave amazing recommendations on what to do during my stay in Lisbon. She was so welcoming and made my trip to the hotel bar so enjoyable. She is everything you could want in a bartender and is a credit to the hotel. All of the other staff were amazing and accommodating too. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was woken up by pipes in the bathroom every morning at 7am (which was a bit of a downer as we wanted to sleep in and relax, but if you are wanting to get up early and explore everyday it wouldn’t be a problem). Would definitely return to this hotel or in any Jupiter hotel location. Thank you for having us!

Picked this hotel for the roof top pool, unfortunately due to there being very few sunbeds and the pools are very small, we didn't get to use this at all because the beds and space got taken first thing and was impossible to get throughout the day. Because the pool wasn't usable we had to get a taxi to a beach 30 mins away, which is a Shame because we could have just stayed near a beach if we knew the pool and sun bed capacity was tiny. Breakfast - picked up a plate whilst waiting in the queue, only to get rudely told off by the server that the plate I had was to put bowels on, not food?! I apologised and explained I didn't know different plates had different purposes, she was less than impressed as if it was a massive deal...got served, went to the table, found a hair in the food, so stopped it the food anyways. The breakfast was definitely over priced for what it was, after the first day, we just went out to small cafes for breakfast which were much nicer.

Great place to spend a weekend, the facilities are really good, with a gym, outdoor pool and indoor spa, the only downside is the food and drink is abit pricey, paid 5e for a glass of orange juice but there are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby

Close to tube. Great breakfast selection with vegan options. Clean rooms. Excellent staff and service - we got a free upgrade too! (We got the room one up from the standard room and then got moved into the diplomatic suite)

Don't stay here if you want to be in central Lisbon but I loved it! Breakfast fantastic, staff helpful particularly Rueben. Roof top infinity pool well worth a visit especially at night.

Great stay at the hotel. Central location 25 min walk to centre & €6 uber, nice area lots of bars and restaurants &shops. Rooms were spacious. And I appreciate the bottle of comp water left in the room on arrival. Would have been nice to have a bath robe in the room. Rooftop bar & pool was great, all the staff on the rooftop bar were super welcoming and helpful. The front office team were also great but especially a young man who mapped out all the best locations to go and eat & visit around Lisbon. He really went the extra mile and patiently explained what each location was like and how to get there. I believe his name was Ruben. Overall I‘d really recommend this hotel for value, location, hygiene and staff. Great all round!

Stayed in the hotel for a week. Hotel is located in the city. Breakfast is quite nice and the spread of buffet is good. Rooms are ok. Water in room is not replaced upon the room being refreshed daily. However the staff are very helpful. Victoria at the reception very informative. A bartender (Cant remember his name.. He was bald like me ). Very interactive and helpful as well. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you to all.

Great honeymoon stay !! Wonderful hotel, great staff, great food and amazing pool! Very conveniently close to the airport and easy to access the center by bus, walk or taxi. We slept so good, we didn't hear any sound at all for 4 nights despite being in the capital! So easy as well to go to Sintra since the train station is 4min walk away.. We will definitely come back :)

Loved everything about it. Great location on the metro line (like literally on the doorstep) easy to and from the airport. Lisbon itself is great. Good rooftop bar and breakfast. Went peak summer season ignore the lift&sunbed comments. It's a busy hotel, but still easy to get a lift or somewhere to sit. Maybe some people wanted the prime spot 24h by the pool or a private lift.

This hotel was great value and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely for cooling off from the heat and the team working there were friendly and generous. The only criticism is that the lunch we had at the hotel wasn't great, the pork sandwich was just plain roast pork in a bun. The location means you need to get a bus or train into town, but it was excellent value.

Modern and clean hotel with attentive and pleasant staff throughout. Great spa and a rooftop pool and bar to relax at the end of the day. Metro station adjacent for travel to city and the Bullring nearby for shopping and food. A few really nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet style. Rooms large and very clean.

After reading all the raving reviews on Google and TripAdvisor, I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was very spacious but old and run down. The public area comes off very dim and dirty. The rooftop pool tables weren't maintained properly. The best part of the stay were the amazing staff and the breakfast. Would not be returning here next time - it is not a 4 star hotel.

A great hotel! Me and my partner absolutely loved our stay at the Jupiter hotel in Lisbon. The room was amazing with an added touch for our arrival as it was our birthday/anniversary holiday. Bathroom was spacious, view was beautiful. Rooftop bar/pool was decent even for early March. Indoor reputation pool and gym very good. Food was nine but breakfast was amazing!! Great location with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Great access to the tube nextwork also, right outside the entrance. 10 min tube journey to central Lisbon. Overall a great trip and a great stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I was love to visit and stay here again. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Unfortunately, this was our last night in Portugal. Our spirits were down because we didn't want to leave, but we could not have been happier about the accommodations. From the front desk service to the room. Everything was crisp and fresh. Love the artwork and design choices. The rooms are much larger than a typical room in Europe. Lots of great food within walking distance and the food in the hotel was really good too.

Nice hotel to spend the night in Lisbon. Location is great, near the metro station and also nearby the airport. Plenty of food options around within walking distance. On site paid parking available. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at the check in counter.

It was lovely! At the end of a long day, the rooftop is the perfect place for a swim and a little cocktail. The staff up there was very kind and make sure you have a good time (definitely made the difference). The room was perfect, it all made you want to stay at the hotel the entire day! The breakfast was varied too :) definitely recommend staying here

Excellent room and facilities. All clean and feels very relaxing. Pool on the roof is fab for city break style pool. Staff have been lovely. Not in the most central part of town but it is a quick bus/metro/uber. We will be back and recommend to friends!

This is truly a 4 star hotel. Great location between 2 metro stops. Great amenities and outstanding HUGE breakfast. Best in Portugal. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good hot water showers. If you are looking for a nice hotel that is fairly reasonable too look no further!

I must be honest, I have been very impressed during my stay here. The staff are very polite and friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the food has been enjoyable. I can't recommend enough.

Hotel is in a great location with easy links into town & the airport (there is a metro right outside). Plus taxis are CHEAP!! But don’t forget you’ll be charged city tax on arrival. Rooms are beautiful with massive showers and fully functional AC (thank god)! Plus the beds are massive so plenty of wriggle room. Nice indoor spa pool but you have to pay extra for that 🙁 Only downside is the rooftop pool is full of kids so can get noisy and annoying but I guess that’s what you get when you don’t book adult only.
