Cheap and delicious! Great way to start my morning. My order was taken quickly despite the line, my food and drinks came out very quick. Everything was just how I ordered it and it was delicious! Great experience at this location.

Had visited one location and they didn't have the drink I wanted so came here. Got Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and it was pretty good. Also got Avocado Toast, but it was not quite what I expected; the avocado didn't taste like fresh avocado. Service was fast and friendly. Fine experience here.

Bro who ever made my drink I’m going to kiss them on their hot mouth. My drink was so good it was made by a beautiful woman I feel it deep in my soul.

If I could give no stars, I would. Bacon was burned on the sandwich. Sandwich was burned. Hair in my food and when asked to be re-made, the second one came out nearly black in top as well as black on the sides. The coffee beans were sitting too long and had a burnt taste as well in the iced coffee. The only bright side is the donuts were okay. Filling in the donuts were hardly there but they are the normal Dunkin recipe. Wish the food was better. Might have came back since its next to my job.

I had a coupon for a free coffee and donut. The cashier initially gave me a large cup but after she scanned the coupon she asked me to give back the cup and she poured it into medium size cup and dumped the remaining in the sink. Very unprofessional and disgusting

Very bad service from Paola!! Rude didn't take my order correctly. Had to go back to let her know she forgot half of my order.. she snatched the bag away from me .and grabbed any donut threw me the bad and said idgaf. So I told her if u dnt want to work just stay home or fix ur attitude. So she says what ever!!!!

No inside seating policy due to pandemic. November 2022. Should remove Dine-in as option from location. Service fast, friendly.

ABSOLUTE BEST Dunkin’ you can go to , honestly I love their hazelnut iced coffee , taste to perfection every time & yes I will occasionally drive out from Katy to this location to treat myself

I always come here before or during work, ive yet to get an order wrong so these people deserve a raise since ive been coming here for almost 2 years now and thats definitely a deserved praise, coffee always comes out good, so if you need a new coffee spot and quick too then come here to get some of the fastest and best service dunkin can offer.

I walked in everything was good, I ask the lady please let me get 12 donut holes blueberry, she gives me mixed!!! So I tell her I wanted blueberry she then proceeded and gave me 10, I asked for a chicken wrap 3 times because they didn’t know what I was talking about! Until this place gets employees that know what they are doing I’ll return I was super excited to come here since I hadn’t gone a DD since 2014 and it went left omg !!!

Cashier was very friend. The young lady giving our coffees was not . At lease to us. She did not call our drinks out , we ask which was which and she just looked at us. She still did not say anything. We were not rude to no one in Dunkin, but she did speak to the customer before us and after us reading there drinks out.

They should put a large sign that Says " Senior Citizens and Handicap Not Welcome. You wait in line there are table and chairs inside but you may not use them; even if you are a Handicap Senior. I had ordered and paid for my coffee and be breakfast sandwich, my Parkinson's had left me exhausted I asked if I may sit while my friend waited for our order. I was ordered outside to sit in our first Cold front in December. I will not darken their doors again.

Dunkin only has a few locations that make their donuts in-store, the rest get them made in advance and ship them in chilled, which basically taste like several days-old. The positive side, they still has fantastic coffees with that unique taste Dunkin fans know all too well!

Breakfast sandwiches are not very good....not to mention I got 6 hashbrowns total and it doesn't come together in a meal .....all items are seperate....

The products are very good but, however, the experience can be terrible for those fine out on the patio. As anyone know we only rent the coffee we drink with the donuts,....no longer are you allowed to use the restroom. Neither can seniors or anyone allowed to sit inside anyone, which void the opportunity to sit inside with the kids. The patio is nice but uncomfortable on chilly, hot and rainy days. Therefore it is not the donut shop it has the potential of being. The place is clean and the employees are very courteous.

I usually get the same thing every time A muffin with butter , they put a very small amount of butter so I sometimes ask for ONE butter PACKET on the side I’ve only done this about 2 times today Saturday at 11:45am I ask for a extra butter and the cook says its 25cent I say okay and then she gives me 2 for free . The moral of the story is don’t be spiteful to people and think everyone is trying to get over on you .The cashier was also very bland quite no hello good morning nothing , I’m a loyal perks Customer. This location has fast service but they really need to work on there attitudes/Energy
