👍👍 This place is excellent! The pastries, quiche, and coffee were all super tasty, on par with bakeries and cafes in much bigger cities. The building is a historic mansion and has so much charm. I was very impressed by this spot. Would definitely recommend a trip to Wheeling for this place.

😐 Do not go there to eat after 7 p.m. They do not want to refresh food past then because of being only 2 hours from close. You will waste your money on dried out food. If you ask for them to bring out fresh, then you will receive a lot of drama from the workers. Go for lunch and all is good.
