It's not a matter of being half empty or run down but the willingness to let people in. I own a wedding decor company with photography and dj services and dresses. Been trying for almost 2 yrs to get in here and now the store I was interested in apparently there has been plans kn the mixed for a few years now. This doesn't help anyone let alone small business that requires a store front for consultations etc. I currently have 4 storage units I pay for every month and can't conduct business out of. A store would be great. As a wedding and Event specialist it could have brought a bunch of traffic to the mall.

I like this location..lots of parking around if you want to sit and relax with your coffee. Drive thru usually moves well. Couple different exits to choose from. My coffee is always great.

The mall is pretty dead. The only things keeping it afloat are the dollar store and food basics. It would be nice to have more option.

This is a nice place but it closes way too early and seems abandoned for the most part

Good to have in this end of town. Bank, fast food, Laundry mat, Dollarama ect.

Has been around for decades but has never been a popular spot. Very few stores and can be expensive. Stores they do have aren't very popular. It does have a dollar store and grocery store that are popular.

The Bayview mall is slowly getting better and I'm glad to see it! Everyone knows that stores never seem to "stick" there so it would be lovely to see it bustling and lively again 😀

The mall has been on the decline for years but I don't remember it being this empty! It needs better anchor staores as well as shopping stores.

Great hometown feel and lots of stock. Great gift ideas and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's actually coming back to life with a whole bunch of one of stores and 4 chain stores. It is really nice to see the resurgence of occupied stores and the general busyness of the mall.

No matter what you need in a pinch, finding them here is a cinch. This is the well stocked convenience hardware store with knowledgable and helpful employees. I'll add the following favourites at this mall: our local Lego Store called 2 Many Bricks, sweet tooths and salty tongues will enjoy Popcorn Concession Street for the treats and gaming, economical finds at Smardy's Liquidation and comics, DVDs, stuff animals and toys at Cool World and fast delicious food at OMG What a Hot Dog. For your health needs QMT offers registered massage therapists, physiotherapy and sports therapy. Also on location, Food Basics, Dollarama and Tim Hortons.

Need more stores in this place! Seems there are not as many as I remember from way back when I lived in Belleville over 20plus years ago, so moving back and going here is a shock! I do like the dollarama and food basics but that's really it.

Pathetic if this was a mall previously it's really gone to the dogs but Dollarama on the left of the front face and a food basics on the right.. the mall itself is emptying the exception of one or two small shops

Nice little store, friendly staff every time. I always drive true and they are fast.

This mall is very old school. There are some really neat stores though. Check out the collectables and Lego store.

The mall has a few good shops, however the washrooms are not fully accessible with anything bigger then a single stroller, my kids wagon at 33.5 inches could not fit, handicapped law is 34 inches

WINNERS Renovated this April 2023. Lots of merchandise. Nice and bright. Located in the Belleville Mall. Mall needs an update. Needs better stores to compete with other malls.
