My friends gifted me with a day-spa package and it was heavenly! I spent the whole day there. I got to enjoy the sauna, the steam room, and massage chairs before any of my spa choices actually started. I had Becca for the day as my technician and she was incredible! She was so friendly and gentle during my facial and my pedicure. During my facial she also told me about my skin and products she would recommend on top of my current skin care routine. The lunch menu was great and super delicious! The facility is so clean and quiet! I will definitely be back for more services, they made for a great experience!

Fantastic service and wonderful products! I left with glowing skin and helpful product suggestions. I normally get facials to improve my skin but the quality of massage and relaxation was so excellent, I would come back for that. The staff were very friendly and I was particularly grateful for my aesthetician, Alanna!

I have been going to The Beauty Works Spa for a few years now and I am never disappointed. Whether it’s for something quick like an eyebrow wax or a manicure to a full spa day with different treatments and use of their wonderful spa amenities, it’s always a pleasure. I have been trying to book an appointment for tattoo removal here since April, but my emails keep getting ignored. I’ve been asked to send a photo of the tattoo which I’ve done twice now and still no response. Such a shame seeing as I’ve had tattoo removal done here previously and it was a good experience at the time.

This place is amazing. All the staff are very knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. Extremely clean and modern facilities. Can't ask for more from a day spa!!

I’ve been going to Beauty Works Day Spa for nearly 15 years because the staff are professional and offer the best services in town. Rhonda has done an excellent job leading a highly skilled team and it shows from the minute you’re welcomed at the front door. Love this place!!!

BeautyWorks is a wonderful spa with welcoming, knowledgeable staff who make everyone feel right at home. The services are excellent! I’ve recently done micro blading and laser hair removal. Not the most comfortable procedures, but these gals make it okay - and the results are amazing!!

Twice a year, I get my mother in law the mermaid half day package. She has had a great experience every time. The staff are very professional and nice to deal with.

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Rhonda and I LOVE them! Over time my eyebrows had started to disappear on my face. Now I have beautiful brows that accentuate my eyes. Thanks Beauty Works :-)

We had a phenomenal time with our full day package at Beauty Works. The technicians were fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and the amenities were a great addition to the package. We left refreshed and relaxed….so much so that we were ready for a nap! We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I came for a relax day and it was FANTASTIC!!!! We came for a choc wrap and a facial and they were both amazing!!! The staff are super friendly the facilities were very clean and relaxing. We 100% recommend to go there!!!

I had my first laser hair removal at Beauty Works over 10 years ago and have been so pleased with the results. Last year, I began another round of laser hair removal on another area and, after 5 out of 6 treatments, I can honestly say there is less than 5% of hair remaining!! Rhonda has been amazing from the first consultation…very professional, knowledgeable and understanding! I would 100% recommend Rhonda and her team at Beauty Works to take care of your hair removal needs!

Their online service needs work I tried to book, went to the checkout realized they had place the order twice, tried to delete 1 and ended up with 3 tried again and ended up with 4, then tried calling, got please leave a message. Serenity I think not complete waste of time. An update is needed Rhonda reached out to me Lmost immediately and I will say this mistakes happen,what seperates good companies from bad companies is how they respond and I was quite happy with the response.
