I love this place because sushi is my favourite food but I can’t afford to buy enough sushi to feed myself normally so this works much better. You can choose from different kinda of rice and vegetables and sauces and it’s all customized to whatever you want in it. The fish and vegetables have been fresh every time I have been there When I had the spicy salmon it was really good but if you are wanting it to be spicy, mine was not. I couldn’t tell the difference from the regular kind so it might be best to use sauces if you want it spicy Highly recommend

Made my first visit to Poke A Bowl today with a friend of mine (today's photographer) and I'm extremely happy that I did. Poke A Bowl came recommended from the boyfriend of one of her coworkers and I can see why; the bowls are DELICIOUS. I ordered the Rainbow Bowl with a sushi rice base while she chose the 'Build Your Own Bowl option, also with a sushi rice base. The Rainbow Bowl was fantastic; spicy, savory and with enough Wasabi mayo to have me breathing clearly through both nostrils despite it being -20°C, right now. Her build-your-own featured shrimp, spicy salmon and mango chunks among other ingredients and was a sweeter, smoother bowl than my spicy/crunchy one. The person working the counter was very pleasant and assembled our bowls quickly. The restaurant has seating for 15-16 people, though I think most of their business is probably take-out, so you should be able to get a seat. Will absolutely be returning for another visit. Next time I think I'll be trying the octopus! 🐙

The restaurant itself is probably better classified as a take-out establishment, however dining-in is an option. Ordering through the website was a straightforward and efficient way to get your meal quickly! The bowls are literally packed full of colourful, fresh, crisp, flavourful ingredients. You can make your own creation or choose one of their signature bowls. Either way, you won't be disappointed. Very filling, very satisfying, very highly recommended. 🍣

Delicious food I added sweet potatoes as the base, it made everything clump together. Otherwise it was delicious. Friendly services Small and cozy place Free parking is available but tricky to park since it is right next to road.

Very very delicious. The bowl had a perfect ratio of veggies, salmon, rice, other toppings and sauce so there was a bit of everything in each bite until the end, and the sauce was flavorful as can be with a nice spice. Fair price, fair portions, I'm surprised we hadn't tried this sooner. We'll be back for sure.

We tried Poke a Bowl at my wife's request, and despite it not being my pick, I was pleasantly surprised. Walking distance from our hotel. Ample parking. We chose take out. The quality and taste were exceptional, and I actually preferred my wife's selection of ingredients. The portion size was generous and satisfying.

Found this spot when looking for food between Toronto and Montreal. It is good that we have something other than fast food. The food served are fresh and tasteful

Loved the food!!! We had three different bowls (all custom - salmon, spicy salmon, spicy chicken) and they were all so delicious!!! Also a generous amount of food. Online ordering was easy and efficient. Service was great - the woman behind the counter was very friendly and kind. Veggies we’re so fresh. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying different bowl combinations. Parking can be tricky, there are more spots in behind the restaurant. We got takeout.
