I was disappointed with my recent experience at Value Village. The price they were charging for a used plastic pumpkin was exorbitant at $59.99. Considering the uncertainty of whether it would even light up, it was a major letdown. I find it hard to believe that they receive their items for free through donations and still have the audacity to charge such high prices. Thrift stores are meant to be affordable options for people, but Value Village missed the mark entirely. Even the clothing prices were astonishingly high, with items priced at $18. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

Such a huge store, very clean, and always busy. Plenty of parking, and easy access. This is definitely our favorite value village. Every time we come here it's so packed, such a popular store! The turnover in this store is fantastic, we can visit daily and find new things!

I had been looking for a used VCR for a few weeks and decided to check out Value Village. The first 2 bought did not work. The 3rd one works great. My advice: Buyer beware. Electronic items may not work. However, this is a great place to pick up some neat items for some crazy low prices.

This visit proved that u as the customer need to test and check products thoroughly for item functionality ...a couple my items were broken in mechanisms so it's clear they don't truly "test" things and where in god do they still get off. Pricing stuff so high? Ex: plastic kitchen storage cont( like medium)$6.99- 4$ at dollar store : $15.99 for a used washed up gym - would retail for this had it been new? : Karaoke cd /dvd player whose control buttons on panel don't switch or function 35.00? : conTigo locking coffee -mug- untested( I found the cup l asked cause the lock wasn't actually working -$6.99 ( gave it back to them) : Two shirts the same size, brand, and style.- One is$ 5.79 the other 8.99? Wt??? : faded sweater 15.99 /longsleeve clearly outdated workout cover top ( spandex) 15.99 also??? ..this place has NO idea of helping anyone's budget except their own.( Offer more than 20 percent off coupons and make it for any amount not a fixed amount- not everybody spends 50$ in a visit!!! and for the love of every human get one or maybe two pricing people max to price fairly and will actually fully test the items. there's nothing like buying items that are thrown on a shelf that clearly demonstrate capitalization and greed at this rate.. DO better!!!!

Most of the time I do like this location. I do think there are too many self checkouts. My last visit the staff at the self checkout were pushy, and there was no one at the registers. You can't have it both ways.

Great selection and friendly staff. However, the prices seem to be increasing again on everything. The last couple of times I've been, I've walked out with nothing. I just can't get over the fact that some of the kids story books and kids chapter books are over $6.00 now per book. Broken toys or toys with missing pieces are being sold at ridiculously high prices and the kids clothing is insanely high. Please be more realistic when pricing your items!

The store was a total mess. It was overflowing with merchandise, and the aisles were so narrow, that it made me uncomfortable. This could be that they had a sale on and all the winter items were coming out. Prices were high and getting higher all the time. The best thing about my last visit was that EVELYN FINALLY FIXED the problem I was having at the self check out for months. She took the time with tons of patience to discover what was wrong with my Super Saver Club Card. Evelyn is a wonderful CSR and Value Village in Napanee is luck to have her. She deserves some recognition,
