I returned a pair of pants today that I had purchased less than 1 week ago. They were unworn, unwashed and within the 30 day time frame. I also had the original purchase receipt (total $62.14). The only issue was the tags were not on the pants, so the store would only allow an in-store credit. I would have preferred a refund but her Manager only allowed an in-store credit. What also concerned me was the cashier also told me had the item been on sale today, I would only have received a refund at the sale amount and not the original purchase amount. Seriously! Is this accurate?

I find this a great place for my partners clothes. Reasonably priced for mens casual wear. As with all these types of stores, finding help can be a bit of a challenge . When Old Navy have sales, they are amazing.

I've only ever been inside a few times but it was a good experience! The sales are absolutely amazing, it's really nice to have some high quality clothes and I'm able to get them through the sales. Cashiers are always kind and helpful. I was followed by 4 workers through the store one day because I think they suspected me of stealing. They're just doing their job, but I literally had my hands full with a drink, a belt I purchased before leaving and three sheer bags they could clearly see in. It felt very uncomfortable and I left sooner than I wanted to.

I visited today as I was looking for jeans with a certain fit. I was lucky enough to gather the help of Jenna who was amazing! She was so friendly and knowlegable - she went above and beyond in helping me look for a specific style. I hope she is able to receive the recognition she deserves. This store is always clean and inviting - love all of the colours :)

Great for a quick shop. Prices are very reasonable and styles of clothing are normally trending. Great for putting together outfits for family photos. Store itself is well maintained. There is always staff around but I never feel like they are pushing products at me. Kids like to get a bouncy ball from the machine in the store.

Always great sales at old navy.. buy one of their bags at check out and recieve 10% off. Also bring it with you when you shop and recieve 10% off

Old navy is awesome. I buy stuff for every member of my family here. They have something for everyone from babies to seniors and everyone in between. The prices are okay but they sales are fabulous. The staff is friendly and helpful. The change rooms are usually alway someone there to help you if you need.

I love Old navy can shop for the whole family. They carry jeans, sweaters, socks, makeup, summer dresses, kids clothes, men's clothes , work out clothing as well as everyday clothes. There sales are awesome. The prices are are fair and the selections are good, online buying is available. Gift certificates are available.
