They act like it was closing time. There was one way in and one way out. Meaning one door was open for entry and exit. Cashiers were standing around registers talking, but only one light was on. As I walked towards it, the guy looks right at me and turns off his light. No one else was in line. I had to use self checkout. It was 7:30. They close at 10.

You guys need to get self check out for the instacart shopper with 20 items or less together . It’s not fair to us nor the customer where shopping for having to stand in the main extra long line because self check out doesn’t take the instacart shopping cards. Get it together.

I want to say well done, Noah. He helped me to get my credit card so I could get my family groceries. He deserves a raise or some sort of recognition. A schnucks card. He helped me to bring food home and gave me grocery bags to assist my wife. I'm thankful and grateful.

Produce and products are amazing. One of the most frustrating self check out systems i have used, I would suggest you go through the cashiers. Also the people supervising the self checkout are often rude. However cashiers are always friendly.

The lady in seafood has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE today, I'm going to Fairview for my fish from here on out.

At least I know that when I go in I can get the few things I want. I thought the oranges were a bit pricey but I need them so it doesn't matter- they were $5.99 for 3lbs & $8.99 for 5lbs, I bought 2-5lbs bags, so I'll have them n won't run out. As to ordering from Walmart plus -Belleville store on my membership n it stated chicken breasts & oranges were unavailable!

This is the closest grocery store to my home. The prices are still rising and I wouldn't trust any part of any meat that you can't see through the packaging, but I guess that's the price we pay for convenience.

Love Schnucks they don't require you to self checkout!!!! Prices are not to bad and many are lower than wally world, the self checkout capitol!

This is my go-to store for all my needs. I've been shopping here for many, many years. The employees there are always very friendly and helpful. I love that CVS is also located inside, plus a drive-thru if you just want to get your prescription only. They always offer to help take my groceries to the car if needed.

Been going here 17+ years and always great place to shop!! They have expanded their Gluten Free items immensely, which makes my wife very happy since she has Celiacs. The people are always friendly and some of the freshest produce in the area!!

Very nice store. Store is clean and the workers are nice. Make sure you grab a shopping cart before you come inside. I believe they're short on grocery carts for some reason.

The check out lines at this particular location are incredibly long and become impossible to shop around the end capsules for nearly over half of the store. To save time, I would recommend shopping at other locations for a better experience.

This place is amazing the problem is is that their prices are a little high but they're freshness makes up for it all in all this place is really clean neat organized and well maintained with staff and anyone to help you with your needs,

Im glad schnucks is near my home so it’s convenient, but just lije sooo many pkaces these days, NO ONE answers the phone. You are either listening to it ring forever, or it just magically hangs up. Customer service everywhere needs to be kicked up a few notches.

I placed an online order for curbside pick up. When I got there I waited for five minutes, which is fine I have no problem with a long wait time. But then I saw my order was marked as “complete” when I hadn’t received it. I called the store and asked what happened. They said an employee was coming out now. So I hung up. Waited another three minutes and watched the employee go to another car that came into a curbside spot and then go back inside. So I called the store again to say I still hadn’t gotten my order even though it was marked as completed. The lady on the phone was so rude and snappy and said two employees came out looking for me but couldn’t find me. I finally saw an employee come out with my order and I waved and she gave me my order finally. Why did they even mark it as completed if it clearly wasn’t completed? Horrible customer service.

This Schnucks has to be the busiest Schnucks I've seen. The staff works with a fast, friendly efficiency that is rare today in the grocery store business. Keep up the good work guys I appreciate you. I wish they would bring the branch of the US Bank back

Half our purchases were of schnucks brand products kept our bill down quite a bit. Also one of the few locations to have 12 packs of peach twisted tea a favorite of my adult son and Friends.

I went here and had a wonderful Customer service experience the young lady helped me after I realize I left my card at home she took her time to show me how to set my card up on Apple Pay on my phone🤗 her name was Kaylan very nice young lady and was very patient with me.

Store was good, pharmacy not. Rude, impolite, and not helpful. 1 prescription they had 2 days prior and were holding. 2 pharmacists and 3 techs no one in line waiting except me.

We have been shopping at schnucks in West Belleville for 50 years...always referred to it as MY SCHNUCKS..LOVED IT..then...corporate got greedy. Moved the older employees with seniority and a good contract to different stores to get them to quit or retire so they could replace them with part time help that doesn't care about the shoppers..used to feel like employees were friends and now that has all changed. Sadly No longer feel this is MY SCHNUCKS

I can say it is still a clean, well stocked for the norm in today's standards. Times have changed and stock in stores have gotten smaller n pricey. I can still count on Schnucks to have some products I need.

I love this store for it's variety, organization, and cleanliness. The meat department always looks good. And they have a great pharmacy staff as well!

Overall it's a good place to shop. However when it came to checking out, not our cashier but the one in front of her was making my girlfriend feel like she was trying to steal. She had 4, 12 pack cases of soda which she told our cashier already she had 4 of so it would just be easier to scan the same case 4 times like most people do. The cashier in front told my gf that she had 3 more at the bottom of the cart my gf said, I know I already told our cashier then proceeds to tell our cashier the same thing that she already told her and that she already told OUR cashier. My girlfriend is grabbing stuff out of the cart then starts telling her what about this. My gf finally had enough and said, Excuse me, I'm not done grabbing stuff out of my own cart I'll put it up there when I get to it. The store is a great place but that cashier was very annoying and very self assuming and really made my girlfriend feel like she thought that she was trying to steal for absolutely no reason. We may just find a different store to shop at.

Only 2 lanes open and the line was way back to the milk. You want a business and you don't hire enough people to check your customers out. I have always liked Schnucks but we moved out of state for a few years and we just moved back and I have 2nd thoughts about going back.

Prices are super-high. Heavy Whipping cream over $8 here. Found at Fresh Thyme for $5.

The statement of employees cleaning carts could not more false. The don't even have hand wipes for the handles out anymore. Hand sanitizer is always empty. The store is using the covid to mask the elimination good help. They want to close departments early ,overcharge and overload deli and meats and bakery items. I am very unhappy with the quality of this pre-wrapped food at the schnucks lately . I've had many times of still items or food turning bad when I get home for an expensive price. Customer is last priority at the schnucks I am not happy about this. I feel as if I am treated like "this is what you got so deal with it " No schnucks because there is other stores to shop at. I probably won't come into this schnucks for a while . My cost up and quality is down.

One of my favorite Schnucks stores! Newly remolded with all the features of a larger metro Schnucks. The produce section is always fresh, and the meat and fish counter had ready to go meals.

John is the best butcher in town. Super friendly checkout staff up front. Love our bakery and the deli staff too. Place can be tough to navigate when it gets real busy, but overall probably my favorite place to get groceries.
