Wow Wendy’s! You out did yourself today! Stopped into Wendy’s Belleville for some lunch as we were on the road. This location was amazing all around. I used the mobile app to order, easy and great deals. Selected dine in and our first impression is clean, bright, open. We picked a table and watched the order monitor (visible from the entire seated area) and waited for our order. Very organized. I made my way to the front after a couple mins and the employee let me know it was all ready for me. Very friendly, all the workers inside looked happy and working well together. Way to go to them and who ever is running this place. Our food was hot, delicious and the best part was the soda fountain machine was a time warp of selections. And I mean selections. So many options. I have to stop giving money to the other larger fast food chain out of convenience and go to Wendy’s more. The quality and price is far better then any other.

Super clean store. Nice to be able to see your food being prepared. Great prices on their value meals if you want a quick cheap fill! Also a great place for students and adult to work and learn the ropes.

1st visit to the new store. Very clean. Service wasn’t as I had expected though. There was no friendliness with any staff. They took forever to make 2 combos, seems that skip the dishes are far more important. And of course the order was wrong. Went to let staff know and I was basically given a big sigh and a role of the eyes. They did make the new burger fairly quickly though. No apologies or anything, staff member walked it to our table and slapped it down. Not impressed.

A nice delicious breakfast here in Belville ,Ontario on the way to Montreal ,Quebec.Enjoy!

Cant even fill the potato wedges box properly. Just over half full is pretty cheap. Too bad as food was good. Wont be back to this location it seems if they cant even fill the fries up EDIT the restaurant has reached out and wants to replace my combos. I will up my star rating based on them making a mistake right.

We stopped at Wendy's on our way to Ottawa. It's located conveniently close to the highway. The service was great and the restaurant was super clean

Perfect, tasty and good value burger. Store looks recently renovated: it has self-serve kiosks and the new Coca Cola freestyle soft drink machine. Used the self serve kiosk and it was quick to get food. Tables needed to be wiped/cleaned more frequently. Parking lot was a little small.

My experience at the Wendy's Belleville location was quite likely the most enjoyable dining experience ever had on the planet of earth. The server was polite and prompt, as I ordered my Dave's single combo with a small chocolate Frosty. The burger, given the name of Dave's single was delightful, and I'd love to give my compliments to the chef. The perfectly crunchy onions, the nicely melted cheese, and the beautifully juicy patty. While the public would have you believe Dave is the chef behind this creation, I have inside information that would suggest a man named Noah, is the artist behind this piece. All and all, I would definitely recommend this Wendy's establishment to a friend, and I would suggest Noah be offered a raise for his excellent performance.

The foods great but they say the scanner is down so you lose point you try and use and can't collect points because they are to lazy or cheap to fix it.

Love the look of this place, super clean, staff was nice. I was disappointed by the food :( I got the new "crispy nuggets" They were NOT crispy and they are like a 1/4 size smaller then what they were before! Nice that they are a bit cheaper but you have to buy twice as much to have a decent meal. I also got a baked potato "plain" and it was barely warm enough to melt the butter that was like a small rock!

The conversation my husband had trying to place the order with staff was ridiculous. It's like they weren't even listening. Watched them screw up the order; questioned them, they fixed it and then watched them screw up the second order ... they fixed that and just seemed to not care. It wasn't busy. The cashier and the cook could both hear/understand our order. How is it that neither cared to focus on being correct? It's lost on me ... Was the spicy chicken sandwich good? Yes, they always are. At least they're consistent.

Usually I have good experiences here, but today, after saying I want no mayo on my sandwich 4 times and confirming it with the cashier in the drivethru again afterwards, when I got home and opened my sandwich, there was EXTRA mayo on it. The lady I spoke to on the phone wasn't overly polite and seemed to just want to get me off the phone

Food is always great! The young lady at the cash was above and beyond friendly! Her customer service was on point! Her excitement and smiles were contagious! Love their fries with cheese sauce! Burgers are always hot and fresh !

The food is always great at this location. Fresh and well-made. Great management. The parking lot/entrance/exit still sucks, but everything else about the new building is an improvement.

I came here tonight for dinner, I ordered through the kiosk, and waited around for my meal, it was a pretty large order so I waited for a little bit. As I was there, I observed the woman at the front counter, pretty much running everything up there on her own.. She seemed a little flustered, but kept a good attitude the whole time. She was racing around, grabbing drinks, putting orders into bags, taking orders at the till, and serving customers, all while there were 4 people in the kitchen standing around talking to one another (they could have came and helped her instead, maybe).. I just want to say thank you and great job to the woman at Wendy’s storefront tonight around 7:30PM, keep up the great work. You’re doing amazing! ❤️ She deserves 5 stars, the others in the kitchen standing around talking not helping, don’t deserve any. Sad.

Great fast food restaurant! Choice food and attention to detail when ordering has no rival.

I find the service to be a bit slow, tried using the drive through but that didn't work out. So I went inside, very clean and nice on the inside but customer service needs a bit of work.

Very Polite and nice staff. I love wendy's Stuff. They are fresh and tasty. I love their frosty and Southwest Salad

Probably one of the top 5 fast food locations in Belleville, after A&W and the Mcdonalds on North Front street. Food here is served in a reasonably fast time, and is hot and pretty good quality. Docking a single star though because theor wifi is trash. Other than that the location is fairly clean and well lit. Atmosphere is good, seating is comfortable. Recommend it here

Early Aug 2022 weekday, supper. Staff are fast. The french fry is great. Grill chicken bun is tasty. But no internet.
