We booked here as our regular new hotel in town was fully booked. Upon entry you can tell it was old. The breakfast area is basically right at the entrance, awkward. There is a lady who works the breakfast area who prowls over you as your getting your food, makes you feel that you shouldn’t take so much. Makes people feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. I guess her job is to keep area clean and replenished but we felt she crosses the line and makes it awkward. Customer Service was forced overall. We stayed for 2 days and unlike other customer oriented hotels that usually go out of their way to greet you not here. Won’t be visiting again.

When we checked in, we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of B***a*I*. He was the receptionist, personally, I found him to be lacking of warmth and his welcoming gestures is a lot to be desired of. When we entered our suite, we were surprised with awe because of its cleanliness, the bathtub was scrubbed shiny, the toiletries were displayed and fully stocked. There was also a coffee maker and coffee supplies readily available. The beds were comfy and a pull out sofa for another person to sleep on. It came with a free hot continental breakfast, the selections were adequate, the kitchen staff were very friendly and I'd like to special mention our server SIM, your service was excellent so as the rest of the crew. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and seems to be newly renovated. I enjoyed their offerings of bacon, eggs, freshly made waffles, good coffee, an array of juices from the dispenser, bagels, muffins and so on. The value of nightly rate was worth it. The location was smack in the middle of a shopping district and just a few minutes drive to their downtown. It's a plus that a Starbucks and a Mexican fast food is just a walking distance. There is also a pool and an exercise area. Overall, I am very happy with this hotel and I highly recommend it. I would like to commend the friendliness of the check out crew, it was very easy and they made up for my disappointing check in.

In general we have had good experiences in the Holiday Inn Express chain. This was no different. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Parking was ample, even for our two motorcycles. The area has all services, shopping and scenic areas. Nice place to stop after a long day's ride!

Had booked for one night and ended up staying 4 nights! We found so much to do in the area it was the perfect location for day tripping. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the breakfast in morning and the Starbucks beside the property. The staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

The standard room here is so wonderful, and much better than 9/10 hotels I’ve been to. The staff is so kind and helpful, and are really working to make your stay pleasurable. I really recommend staying here! And if you’re here, check out Mountain on the Lake near Picton, they have amazing cafes and restaurants in the area with super cool views. So many hidden gems in the region!!!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, excellent pillows! Good buffet breakfast too. Only thing is I wish they'd leave instructions as to using the air conditioning unit. It was a PAIN to figure out so the only option was COLD air when I just wanted the fan.

No single mom ever wants to deal with the stress I did before I stumbled upon the wonderful ladies and service at this hotel! I had my wallet stolen and Jerrica and Jessica handled everything with absolute ease and helped me calm down from the horrible experience I had had at another hotel in Belleville! I will definitely be back again and am so happy that I had a chance to meet the awesome staff at this beautiful hotel!!! Form me and my children, thank you all so much!!!

This hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and a grocery store. Ben at the front desk was quick and understanding when we needed to book a room because of the snow storm. The hotel is very clean and up to date. We used the pool and hot tub which was clean and the room was warm. We were pleasantly surprised with a mini fridge and microwave and how modern our room was. Breakfast was a bonus and staff were friendly and kept everything organized. I would highly recommend and would return.

You can’t really judge a 2 star hotel. I mean, what do you expect. The one thing is that this 2 star hotel is EXPENSIVE. Mainly for the fact it is the Prince Edward County alternative. Anyway. Rooms are ok. Standard hotel room nothing special. There are no toiletries as other hotels have. The stuff that is there is locked to the wall. It’s quiet and the bed is comfy. The pool was cloudy and dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. The breakfast was a typical hotel free breakfast. Like I said you can’t really judge the hotel because it is a 2 star. I just think for the cost it could go a little further to please.

Company put me up for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, room was spotless and you actually had solid hot water for a shower! Breakfast is your typical eggs, bacon and coffee. But the eggs weren’t over cooked like other places and coffee isn’t terrible. I’d say the staff are very friendly and accommodating, even in the breakfast area. If I ever had a reason to visit Belleville again this would be my FIRST choice. Thanks team!

Stayed overnight for work. Nicely clean room, great staff. perfect place to stay. Love the room layout and the fact there is soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Loved the fact that there is USB-A plugs everywhere. The blackout curtains are true blackout.

Recently renovated, and feels so modern! Great stay, with an awesome breakfast selection. Coffee & water is available all day too. Didn't get a chance to dip into the pool or gym, but looked well equipped.

Well rested! The front desk staff gave us a warm greeting upon entry which made us feel welcomed. I loved the added touch of fall décor throughout the lobby and breakfast area giving an ambiance of coziness. The pool was cold but the jacuzzi was hot, so they balanced each other out. However, I would have preferred the pool's temperature be a few degree warmer and the jacuzzi a few degree colder so that we could enjoy the pool longer. The complimentary breakfast was alright; pretty standard Holiday Inn breakfast. Our 2 Queen bed were comfortable!
