While working hard to reach a much delayed, life goal of pursuing a career in law enforcement, I pushed myself to what some would have considered a breaking point. Scared to be rejected based on my age, I continued to run and work through an injury. When I could no longer perform, I reached out humbly for assistance. Thankfully the organization that I am an auxiliary with jumped into action and found me a physiotherapist. I will admit I was sceptical and worried that recovery was going to be a long road. To my surprise, after one week I was back to running. It was the first time I was able to run in 4 weeks. It was the first time in 6 weeks that I didn’t feel pain in my ankle and calve. Stephan is easy to talk to, his open mind and sense of humour allows you to be honest about how you’re really feeling and the pain level you’re experiencing. He is quick and honest about the road ahead, and you can tell he is personally invested in you’re goal and recovery. Tara is the breath of fresh air that will welcome you with a smile and encourage you along the way. It was her blatant honesty that caught the attention of the individual looking after my file. Thank you, two the both of you for your time and investment into a life goal.

I am very happy with the physio I've received. I recently had knee replacement surgery. Stephane refocused my therapy to 3 easy exercises that I needed to do as much as possible each day. What a turn-around! On my second visit, I had exceeded the goals he set and then some. He then gave me the confidence to walk without the walker! I am so grateful to be regaining my mobility.

I cannot say enough about this clinic. The entire staff is friendly and professional, very competent. I would highly recommend this clinic. I have been seeing Blair Johnston on and off for 10 years for neck issues and more recently I have seen Stephan for knee issues. Both are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They also provide you with information to do exercises at home to improve your health. Lois and Kim, the receptionists, are so friendly and excellent at their jobs. This whole team is concerned about your heath.

I have had foot pain, on and off, for about 3 years. I tried various other treatments elsewhere but nothing seemed to last, just periods of temporary relief. Finally, I decided to try booking an appointment with Christian, the clinic’s traditional Chinese acupuncturist. I definitely was not disappointed. Christian was great! Enjoyed the treatment and my pain has decreased quite a bit! It’s a work in progress but definitely would recommend and have mentioned to friends and clients to consider giving it a try. I was referred to Stephan by another health professional to address a back injury that has been going on for over a year. Stephan has always been very professional and understanding of the fact that my injury was considerably affecting me through pain and oftentimes an inability to function effectively. He helped ease my pain within a few visits and provided me with the information and steps necessary to rebuild my strength in the gym. He accompanied me through every steps and ensure that the goals set in treatment care were met. Stephan is a very passionate and resourceful physiotherapist. Stephan is excellent. I am currently suffering from terrible shoulder pain and Stephan is gradually working with me to bring it back to normal. He is very approachable and knows what he is doing. Answers all questions that I have and if he can't he will find someone who can! Also the desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. They work with your schedule. It is a relaxed and comfortable environment.
