Good store for your pets needs. Staff seems very helpful and has some knowledge. Front cashier was a bit one sided being very loud. The store inside was clean. The outside alot of trash and very untidy, the garden area for dogs had alot of cigarette butter and garbage. With a little TLC outside it would be more appealing

Our other dog liked the nylon bones so much we had to make a second trip. The vet is impressed with the condition of our puppy. Excellent service, thank you Dave!

Very poor customer service. Stood over half hour waiting for fish man to service us, just walks by and services other customers that were not waiting for him. We even had another worker contact him over phone still no service. Very rude. Didn't even ask if we needed help with anything. Won't be getting my business again

The WORST Customer service experience with a young (not polite and ugly) 16 year old suggested I go to another store! When I said " I was expecting knowledge and service from PETSMART. Otherwise I would have gone to Canadian Tire. Thinking Belleville store clerks would have been nicer than Toronto. I would have fired the B... on the spot, if I had been the manager. Inwill write your Head Office as well! Unbelievable

The 1 stop pet shop, great place to find all your pet supplies. Prices are good, staff are very helpful, they carry a massive supply of pet food so you'll always be able to find the right food for your animal. I highly recommend if you don't already use pet smart for your fur babies.

Store is pet friendly. Buy my cat food and kitty litter here as it is normally on sale and you can get points you can use to get more money off your purchases. Store is always kept very clean. Staff has always been very helpful. PetSmart also has a training centre for dogs and grooming services as well. One stop shop for all your pet needs.

I was impressed how they handled my puppy but when grooming he still has lots of fur shedding. He smelled really good and his nails were nice and trimmed. Overall they did a good job

Would rate higher than 3 if I was able to call in to see if they carry specific fish, but their automated phone service always says they are too busy to check stock. It's poor service to deny stock checks, I'll take my business elsewhere

I’m giving this PetSmart a one star when talking about some of the people running the aquariums. I came in and asked a man to grab me a few fish. I have a 65 gallon fresh water aquarium, has been running for 6 months. I take very good care of my fish, and didn’t expect to be literally interrogated by this person working at Pet Smart. He wouldn’t let me choose my fish (pleco, and guppies) until I answered his questions. He asked me if I was over 18 and I’m it’s quite obvious that I am. He asked me how long I’ve had my tank, what fish I have, asked me what food I feed them, how many I have. He stared at me and stood there until I answered him which I did. He then proceed to tell me how I should be taking care of them, and I’d have to fill out paper work to buy fish. He was snarky and rude, was very intimidating, and lacking kindness. I’ve found a few of Pet Smart employees very rude and ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to be interrogated to by fish.. come on..

Our puppy picked her own toy, cash was a little slow I believe both were not normal checkouts so just bad timing. Staff were all friendly. Entrance outside was heavily salted, not great for dogs coming in or out I sure that is the contractor responsible for snow removal. Maybe store could sweep away excess or maybe reach out to property management or contractor about using paw friendly salt.

Bought 20 gallon starter tank kit. They had two left in stock. Fortunately one of the staff put the tank away for me as i was unable to get there till just before closing. Thank you Dave and the rest of the staff there. Very accommodating

My westie loves coming here for her groom. Always professional and clean. My dog is never apprehensive to come into the shop and is excited to get all the attention from the staff there. She comes home looking and smelling amazing! Highly recommend the Belleville Petsmart for grooming!

Lady helped me out from picking up my online order, helping get a item in a fish tank and checking me out. She was personable and gave me plenty of hints to a new aquarium I was setting up. I wish I caught her name but a thumbs up to her 👍 Thanks
