We fell in love with this place during the pandemic closures via skip the dishes and this was the first time we dined in the restaurant. It was even more amazing in-person! Our waiter was exceptionally polite and attentive with a sense of humor. Their menu has something for everyone from tot to senior and vegetarian to carnivore. Highly recommend!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at piper arms and I must say, it was an absolute disappointment. I visited during a non-busy time, thinking it would be a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the service I received was nothing short of appalling. After taking a seat, I patiently waited for a server to come and take my order. However, 25 minutes passed, and still, no one bothered to acknowledge my presence or attend to my table. It's baffling to me that in a nearly empty restaurant, the staff failed so miserably in providing even basic customer service. The lack of attention and disregard for patrons was truly disheartening. I tried to catch the eye of several staff members, but it seemed as though I was invisible to them. It's not unreasonable to expect prompt service, especially when the establishment is not busy. I finally reached my limit and decided to leave without placing an order. It's a shame that I had to resort to such measures due to the sheer neglect from the restaurant's staff. The overall experience was so bad that I've decided I will never return to dine in

The food was good, my husband ordered soup, didn't get it, no apologies. It was a long wait for our food, a long wait for our bill, weren't asked if we needed condiments. The waiter could have been much better, left a lot to be desired. We still left a decent tip because maybe he was having a bad day. Won't be in a hurry to go back

Staff was friendly and the beer was cold… but the Red White & Blue burger was disgusting. I asked the waitress if it was beef and she assured me it was… maybe it was some sort of meatloaf patty but it was definitely not a hamburger patty. I couldn’t eat it. Fries were editable.

Decent food and fast food service. Welcoming staff and must try their Asian Chicken rice bowl and crispy cauliflower.

Yesterday there were 18 people at our table for lunch.... One waitress to serve us ( Erika ) and she did a wonderful job. Even though the place was busy, the service was great, the food arrived in good time, everyone enjoyed themselves. The $ 12.99 lunch specials are a very good deal. The Cajun Chicken Caesar Wrapand the Piper Arms Chicken Curry tasted great. Thanks.

Great atmosphere, exceptional customer service! Clean tables, clean bathrooms. My step mom did find a hair in her food but was compensated without having to ask.

My wife and I had dinner at Piper Arms last Saturday. It was our first time. Service was a tad slow but the quality of the food was great and the price point was extremely competitive. Will visit again.

Went in on a Saturday night and there was a line up. Gentleman in front of me said he was told it was a long wait. We were tired and hungry and decided to go elsewhere. Hostess literally chased us to the parking lot to let us know we had been misinformed and that there WERE tables so we went back in. It was a bit of a wait, but quite worth it! Food was delicious! Hubby had his usual fish and chips and I had liver with bacon and onions. We each had a beer and the bill came to just under $60. Highly recommend!

Such an extraordinary experience. It was on Thursday June 17 when the storm hit all over Quinte west, Belleville, etc... The place was short staffed but still amazing and friendly service. The owner was exceptional, everyone made us feel welcomed, made sure we were satisfied with the food, drinks, and service. It was my birthday, and the owner got us drinks, and made my night even more special. I could see as I'm very observant, they were making sure everyone at every table were enjoying themselves. The food was amazing, the drinks were strong and great, made to perfection, and even with being short staffed the service was amazing. Honestly, best place I've been to, I suggest anyone and everyone go there. My go to place from now on

First time here for me. Some of my friends have been in the past, didn't complain about their service. My visit was good. Place was extremely busy and seemed understaffed, but the servers and all other wait staff made it work. Our food was on POINT!!! I highly recommend the lobster Mac n cheese. The mushroom and beef pie were also delish. Jalapeno fish tacos and shepherd's pie also a slam dunk. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will return. There are several chefs who work at this location from what we were told, so not sure if anyone had a worse experience. But we went on Sunday afternoon and loved it!

Best service I've received in a long time. Multiple touch points from various employees to check in on the meals/beverage situation. The servings were ample and the price was fantastic. Would recommend and would go again!

This place is great! The menu is huge! Cocktails are $6 or double it for an extra $2.00!?! You really can't beat that. I had the pulled pork natchos, ma had the steak sandwich. The pulled pork was amazing although they are not tri-coloured chips (like the menu states). Huge portion, perfect for two hungry people. Moms steak was juicy and topped with mushrooms, onions, steak sauce and an onion ring! The best part, was the service! Jesse was our server and has worked there since this place opened 3 years ago. They are lucky to have him as he's so professional at what he does. You could go back 100 times and not eat the same thing, their menu is that huge. Prices are great and the service is superb. Highly recommend!

4.5 stars -Perfect place for a casual & efficient dining experience. -Server was quick & efficient service. Server checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day we went it was quiet. -Great food & lots of variety -Pleasant decor (although a paint job here and there or some remodelling in the near future wouldn’t hurt). -Didn’t have booths for more than 4 ppl -It’s great they had a Kids menu for 10 yrs & under. Great options for young children. -Lots of gluten free & vegetarian options too (I was pleasantly surprised) -menu labels vegetarian and gluten free options. This made ordering very easy.

Was about what I expected. Not anything spectacular but good and priced very fairly. The menu is huge. The food is good enough. It is a lively atmosphere. We had a good time and will be back. 👍

Amazing service & great food. We were in town for a hockey tournament and called in last minute for dinner. The staff were incredible at accommodating a large group last minute and did so with a cheerful and friendly attitude. They worked hard to make sure the food came out quickly and we were out in time to get to the Senators hockey game. I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with all the staff. Family’s food looked good and seemed good. Classic burger was not good. To thick. Very watery (not grease) minimum ingredients like one small leaf of lettuce one tomato and two thin dill pickle slices. I asked for no onions but it does come with it normally. bun was not very good, burger was completely bland with no flavour and tasted and looked like it was cooked in water. Couldn’t even eat it. Poutine was good that we had with it though. People were nice but I wouldn’t go back again, at least not for the burgers. Cost us 100$

We went there today and my partners meal was wrong twice and the staff seemed put out by having to fix it. My hubby had to eat alone because it took so long to get it. We didn’t see anyone for long periods and again seemed annoyed by having to get drink refills. Our friends fish and chips didn’t come with tartar sauce and when he asked he got huffed at. I used to love this restaurant but won’t be back again. We felt so disrespected and after all that they didn’t even discount his meal for having to eat alone for messing up twice.

Good but not really fair to vegetarians. Great food and great service but the pricing isn't fair. Most dishes come with seafood or meat and they will cheerfully make a veggie version but you are still paying for the meat. Really bad practice. Love the Indian and Thai but pleease fix this!!!

Great service and terrific liver, onions, and bacon, and the fish and chips were great. Our waitress was fantastic, but when you're standing at the front door for more than 5 minutes it would be nice to be at least acknowledged.

Tasty and just what I was looking for. I was starving and ordered lots of food. A grilled veggie wrap, upgraded my side to cheese curd poutine, and got an apple crisp for dessert. The dessert was cold, but that was fine by me since I didn't want it until later. I microwaved it for 30 seconds which was just right. The poutine was tasty comfort food. The wrap was flavorful and gave me the veggies I was craving. Very good!

First time visit tonight. We had a party with a handful of kids. Our server Dustin was really accommodating and efficient. He was patient and refilled our drinks without having to ask. Great service! Wings were great! Everyone left happy saying they'd definitely go back. No complaints!

First time! Ordered take out and the customer service on the phone and in person was great. We got lamb shank and ribs. Both items were hot and delicious. The sauce with the lamb is amazing. The place looked great inside, will definitely go back to eat in another time.

Good food and tasty. Multiple cuisines in one plate which gives a interesting flavors and taste. Like 'Taste of Sri Lanka'. All the waiters and waitresses are very sweet and courteous. Thanks for the enjoyable dinner after a long day.
