I stopped at Aslan on my way down south from Vancouver, Canada. I had never been to any breweries in Bellingham but have heard they have a bunch of good ones. We chose Aslan because of the ratings, the fact that it was open late, and because they also served food. We were able to get a spot at the bar. My boyfriend and I split a BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato) sandwich with waffle fries, and a couple of beers. We enjoyed the food, beer, and atmosphere. The establishment is spacious and clean, and the bartender was friendly and helpful. It seems that they have a couple of outdoor patios as well, which are great for nice days. We will definitely visit again, as well as hopefully checking out some other local breweries in the area!

Woah, this is an absolute gem of a place. Amazing ambience, wonderful staff, excellent food, & brilliant beer selection. Loved the Katsu chicken sandwich & waffle fries. The beer here stands out. Hazy IPA is one of the best in the Seattle region. Highly recommended and a must visit if you are here. They do lot of events too, year around.

This brewery has some of the best beer in town, and they brew it right on location. All their beer is organic. They have a few siders as well. Their food is very very good, and all very health-conscious. I love the poutine and sweet potato fries. I have tried all their bowls as well. They also have a happy hour with one dollar off all beers, and some specials on their food. You don’t save a ton on happy hour, but every little bit helps. The service is very good as well. They also have a good selection of their beer in cans that you can take home, as well as growlers.

Such a fun place to grab a beer and bite in-between meetings or after work! They have great dishes and locally brewed beers right out of the back of the building! They have a great staff and are always helpful with food and drink selections! A great local spot in Bellingham to meet, greet and hangout!

We stopped by for lunch and beer. The food was such a pleasant surprise! Everything on the menu looks so good. I ended up getting the Hawaiian bowl, which turned out to be the perfect combination of flavors, texture, and nutrients. If you are in the area, give this place a try! Service was also fantastic.

Some seriously tasty bowls at Aslan. I had the Southwest with shredded chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich was also great but the salad that came with it was even better. All that and a couple of organic beers will leave you very satisfied.

Nice selection of beer that is good. The menu looks great. The classic Smash Burger was very good. The Yambanzo Burger was good except the odd concept of the hard cheese crisp on it. Regular melted cheese would have improved this. Overall tasted fine but would not order it again because of the trying to be fancy cheese thing. The waffle fries and yam fries were both very good. We had the ice-cream sandwich. Overall ok also. The Elliot brown butter chocole chop cookie was hard and very difficult to cut with a knife or bite into. Tasting the cookie on its own it was OK. It doesn't add anything to the good taste of the vanilla ice cream. We will return to try some other items next time.

Emily took great care of us. We enjoyed an early afternoon, mid-week nibble and glass of wine before perusing other “establishments” in the area. Aslan did not disappoint. If we were into beers it would have received 5 stars, but we love our Chardonnay and unfortunately they took it off the menu. The facility and outdoor seating options are 5 stars all the way! The food (deep fried pickles + Slow Roasted Pork Belly) were tasty but they need to reconsider the type of pickle being used (in my humble opinion). The “current” pickle has too much liquid content so by the time you take your first bite, that lovely crunchy crust becomes limp and falls apart for the remainder of the “pickle enjoyment”. Love the fact they offer this in spears and not chips, THANK YOU FOR THAT!!

Delicious beers & food with great service! The chicken katsu & tofu katsu sandwiches were spicy & great! We love that the poutine is made with mushroom gravy & vegetarian friendly!

Phenomenal! Smooth, tasty brews and fantastic food. I got the double bacon smash burger and it was everything you want it to be. Killer fries, kickin vibes, great music, young folks, old folks, even happy babies. Get yourself there if you looking for a brewery. 10/10.

This is the best place for a drink and delicious food! The servers, food, and drink selection is amazing! My boyfriend and I came here three years ago for our first date and continue returning. It’s a comfortable and personable place to go to. I highly recommend! Nick has been our server the last two times we have gone and he is great! That man deserves a raise for his amazing customer service

We wanted to.try this for some time. Went for lunch and it was great. One page menu and all the food looked great! We both opted for the bacon smash burger- bison and pork with bacon jam and ample arugula. Great place for a sunny day - the space is open, with huge windows. Our server was attentive and friendly, willing to discuss menu items and beers as needed (overheard). We also had the barbecue tofu for an appetizer - so good! The BBQ sauce is spicy, but we loved that. There is outside seating and several families were there, a few with dogs. Very friendly, fun place!

My girlfriend and myself love coming to Aslan for dates and are ABSOLUTELY in love with there mac &cheese balls 🔥 They are a hidden gem on Bellingham and anyone who stops there HAS TO TRY THEM🔥 I also got the Fish and Chips and it was very good cooked fish and the breading was crunchy and good. I always recommend this place.

Popped in for a bite and some beer on our way from Vancouver back to Seattle. Beer choices certainly favored IPA's which wasn't in our favor, but we were able to pick 5 for a flight. Liked the imperial milk stout the best. The rest were OK IMO. The burger was great though and so were the fries. Liked the ambiance of the place.

Lovely environment with good indoor and outdoor seating. The beers were not good. My beer was a color I didn’t know a beer could be (maybe the tap was dirty). It tasted terrible- a hazy IPA. The service was subpar…we waited at our table about 10 minutes then we were intercepted by a waitress when we went to order from the bar. The menu looked like the best thing they had going. The Mac n cheese bites were tasty…a bit overdone. Would return before exploring the many other options around Bellingham. Cheers 🍻

Aslan Brewing is a true gemstone of the Bellingham Brewery scene and has been a favorite since its opening in 2012 was it? Wow! Over the time many things have changed though the huge windows, natural light, plants, great beer (Batch 15!!), and friendly vibe have all been throughout. Extra points for the very cool laser engraved menus too.

Aslan is a VERY popular, very busy place, and for good reason! They have a unique menu full of delicious foods, paired with yummy drinks! I've only ever experienced excellent customer service here, all their servers are awesome. Try visiting mid-day on a weekday if you'd like to avoid the crowd!
