Food was fine, our waitress was nice. We were greeted at the door by a nice young man with dyed hair and makeup. He was very friendly. My daughters then informed me that he was in the women’s bathroom while they and someone else was in there and didn’t leave. I don’t care if he was identifying as a girl, this is completely unacceptable as an employee and we will never go back to Red Robin again. I wish I would have known all the details prior to us leaving because I would have loved to have a conversation with this young man while I was there!

Satisfied with service and food. They did forget to ask and bring drinks for the kids meals and then when I asked they only brought for one kid bit otherwise enjoyable.

First and last time here. The service was very poor, to say the least. Appetizers came out at a decent time and it was downhill from there. Main meals took over 20 minutes to come out and my burger was cold. Broccoli was barely cooked. Our server didn't check on us, so we ordered dessert on the little machine at the table. Waited another 15 minutes and flagged down our server. He didn't know anything about our desserts. Waited another 15 minutes for the desserts to come out.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our server from yesterday, Aug 29 2022, Dan. He was incredible, and what he didn't know is that my wife's birthday plans that didn't originally involve RR pretty much got ruined due to circumstances beyond our control. Yet, he made us feel right at home and was super nice. Just goes to show how someone could be having a bad day but with the right person being kind and rocking at their job, you can have a big positive impact on an otherwise rough day. That's exactly what Dan did and he didn't even realize it. Kudos to him for being an awesome server!

Walked in to have a pint while the wife shopped. Was greeted by a gentlemen who let me try a sample of a new beer that had just been tapped. Awesome service and a super nice bartender. Nice job Red Robins, you are making my Saturday afternoon. And yes, I chose the beer I sampled

Ordered the boneless chicken bites and fries. My personal preference is that the fries are served separately so that the sauce wouldn't drench the fries and make it soggy. Price is decent and service was average. My server kept forgetting our requests because he keeps chit chatting with other customers.

RED ROBIN YUMMM 🔥🔥 I love Red Robin and always will. this location is very clean and I have been here several times and it is always great. The food always comes out nice as well.

First: Stop blaming the supply chain that you don't have anything. At this point if you haven't figured out the supply chain maybe it's time to hire someone who knows what they are doing or sell. Ordering efficiently in RR is having three dishes selected so the first two can be sold out. They didn't have crayons or colouring books the last time we were there either which is small but indicative of the larger issue. Last time it was grapes, their seasonal cocktail, and their seasonal burger; before that it was any kids food but fries, tomatoes, and some other things I forget now. Second: Stop tying your employees hours to people filling out reviews of their service. Having the server basically beg for me to scan the QR code is awkward. Third: Hire staff, hire good staff, perhaps pay them well so they don't just no show for something better. The store gives off chaos energy whenever I'm in. The staff are apologizing for show service and lack of staff. I put this at three because it's slightly harder to fix than the supply chain but figure it out. Finally: hamburgers are always good, but it's a miracle getting anything above luke warm fries.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years, and they are always very good and consistent with their food. I love the fact that they started carrying MrBeast hamburgers. They are always quite busy, but worth the wait.

This place is always great in person, but my work group ordered through Uber Eats, and the quality and quantity was appalling. A side of fries was maybe 15 of them, sauces were missing from items, and the full size $9 salad was a tiny side salad! I’m NEVER ordering from this place online again.

We tried to eat here today. They sat us in the bar and we ordered drinks and food. After 45 minutes we asked for the server to check on our food as we hadn’t received it and at fifty minutes we finally got our food but it was cold. Like room temperature hamburgers and cold fries. ROOM temperature! The poor sweet boy who helped us because that just grossed out my brother and he walked out. We tried to wait for the manager but the manager never came to our table nor did another server so we left.

Love this place. Always have. I'm here right now with my sister and the southern burger was Amazing and she got the Avo Cobb O salad it was great and big. Filled the whole bowl. If you've never been here, Come.

Updated experience... Great time tonight. The wait staff was especially helpful with some techno-gliches on the Ziosk pay thing. The burgers were back to pre-COVID quality, which is good. Thankful they're still around.

Brings back memories of going to the original Red Robin on Eastlake in Seattle. But it’s lost a lot of its muster since. The lunch service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the “clucks and fries,” which was pretty much deep fried breading. Once I peeled away the breading, what was left was about the size of my index finger in actual “chicken.” The unlimited steak fries never disappoint. Good spot to bring a family, and a step above McDonalds. If you’re looking for cheap and quick, this could be your place?

We were craving RR famous burgers and fries. The hubs and I went to the bar and sat down. We had 20 minutes left for happy hour, we quickly decided what we wanted. We sat there for 25 minutes. It was not full. We made eye contact with several servers but still got nothing. No verbal hello, we will be right with you or anything. We got up and left. We won't be going back since they have enough business.

Food was consistent with the Red Robin experience. Floor was sticky and overall the place felt overdue for renovations. Some of the seat cushions had tears/holes in the leather, and need to be either repaired or replaced. Staff were friendly and efficient!

Our server, Henry was very accommodating. My Mom arrived before I did and he took the time to chat and welcome her. Food (burgers & fries) was hot & delicious, delivered by another friendly young man. The Manager also graciously checked in on us a couple of times. The whole experience was friendly and we were never rushed.

Good burgers but they keep shrinking! Used to be my no.1 spot now it's a three after Filling Station and Fiamma burgers.

We went here tonight to celebrate a very special milestone for our family. I called ahead to let the staff know as we were going to a be larger than usual group and I explained the occasion. When we arrived the table was ready and decorated with balloons. The service was quick, friendly and the food was delicious as always. They even comped our guest of honor's meal. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience and making this special occasion even more amazing.

Red Robin is the ex you keep going back to because sometimes they’re good & you try to relive that moment. I’ve been here a few times- would NOT recommend the fish and chips- I was terribly sick after a few bites and the fish was just off like it had been left out (they gave me my money back but it was terrible experience) As of now the only good thing they do well sometimes (last time was not one of them) is the Sautéed Shroom burger. It’s pretty excellent when they decide to season it. Went on 9/13 and unfortunately, it wasn’t good. High hopes for next time i decide to give in

Came in for lunch today because I had my birthday burger coupon and haven't been to Red Robin in awhile. Right away the hostess was excellent and friendly, then our server came and he was superb. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and the service was fast. Both our burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. Love that there's more than just fries now on the bottomless menu. I also always love the dipping sauces for the fries. So yummy. Everything was hot and fresh and satisfying. I'll be back soon! Thanks for a lovely experience and delicious meal!

They may have been short stages. We waited for a bit to have anyone greet and seat us. Waited 40 minutes for burgers. Both were lukewarm (and that's being generous). My "crispy" onion straws were definitely not. They nicely made me a new one which arrived hot, but very pink. Onions were still limp. I didn't eat it. They took it off the bill. The staff was very pleasant, and the fries and strawberry lemonade were good

Mostly good to great experiences with a few here and there exceptions. The staff is always nice and is willing to work with you on your orders. I always appreciate when a waiter or waitress follows up with you on the food, and they do a great job at that as well. I usually always buy the Royal burger, which I can't seem to find anywhere else and my kid loves going here as well so it's a win-win. Keep up the good work!

What stood out was the pleasant proportions of food and it was very tasty. Otherwise took one star off for atmosphere as the restrooms were kinda dirty and the service was fine but took a bit to get extra silverware and such. I am sure they are short handed as most places. Recommend trying

My partner and I are without kids and wanted to get some burgers and beer close by. The staff were phenomenal and the food was alright, though the restaurant smelled like a kids playplace. Like cheap plastic and diapers. The restaurant was packed with tables full of children (which explains the plastic plates and cups). If you've got kids and want to eat out apparently this is the spot. If you're without and don't mind the smell/noise of dozens of children and average food, this is the place for you!

I have been to Red Robin three times in the last year. The first time, I ordered a veggie burger and they brought me a real burger. While they put it down they said “veggie burger” so of course I took my first bite and realized it was a real burger. They were so kind and took it off of our bill. The second time I came, they forgot my sons food. To the point that they came over and asked “anything you guys need right now?” And we had to remind them that we were missing his food. We ordered his food before ours because he was hungry. The third time, just now, I ordered a veggie burger and there was *foil* on my burger. Like charred into it. Probably from cleaning the grill. Anyways, 3/3 times something was pretty majorly wrong so we won’t be going back any time soon. They’re always really nice but we’ll have to find another place my kid is obsessed with because 0 for 3 is a pretty bad record.

I love their tavern burgers. If you do a curbside pick up or to go order, make sure to ask them to leave your condiments outside of the container until you pick them up. They get hot inside the plastic. It makes for some gross ranch.
