As a beer Cicerone and traveler for beer. Was excited to visit here again. Selections were diverse enough to visit many styles at once. It was fun to try a Kölsch and Altbier side by side. I enjoyed the fact there was table service. We didn't need to go to bar, order, serve and clear ourselves. It leaves us more time to spend with our friends and drink...as should be intended. This is a reason enough to come back as opposed to breweries that we need to serve ourselves. Weather was gorgeous too... Well done to team. We will be back.

Came here for lunch and what a delight it was! They have a mind boggling selection of beers on tap, and the food is very delicious too. I had the steamed clams and brat which were both superb and went so well with the beer. Friendly service too! Highly recommend a meal here.

Great beer and equally great kitchen. Tap list looked very International......Mexican Lager, German Kolsch, British IPA with biggest ABV being 5.5%. I had the British IPA with Holly St. pulled pork mac and cheese and the pair was unworldly. I spent 4 weeks out of the last 44 in England and Europe and the Brit IPA is spot on to the best Fuller's or Greene King you can get at Fountains Abbey Pub in London or a Deuchars IPA or Flying Scotsman at the Kenilworth Pub in Edinburgh. All it needs is a true English style fish and chips!

Nice place offering classic German style beers. Friendly employees and a nice selection of brews make this a nice stop when trying breweries in Bellingham. Some pub fares are available for eating and are pleasant to eat and reasonably priced. The beer is good but is dealing with classic styles. Therefore, do not expect hazy or pastry stout beers. Overall, a fun place to share a pint and spend a few hours.

Pit stop on my road trip to Richmond, Canada! Thankfully they were still open on Saturday night. We noshed on some grub before rolling out. The smoked salmon mac and cheese was divine. Then I washed it down with a taster tray of various beers. The space was quaint, the service was great. It was a sleepy night though toward the end of business hours. Regardless, you should stop in for a quick beer and snack!

Cool, hip, and clean. I can't believe I have to say clean, but I've been to a lot that aren't. Parking is really nice and right in front of the taproom too. The beer is good, not great in my opinion. I was expecting more flavor from such a highly rated brewery. I tried a flight. The IPA was delicious, you guys should experiment more with those. I found the lager to be a little on the lighter side, and less bold than you typically find in a lager. All in all, we had a great experience here. Our server was awesome, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.

I could not love this place more! I come here every time I come to Bellingham. Chuckanut is the gold standard of USA craft lager bier! The food is always on point, and the service is friendly, and helpful. I love to get the pizza here. It if fired in a woodstone brick oven to perfection. I typically wash it down with their tasty pilsner bier!

This town is so lucky to have many brewery options. What Chuckanut brings is tradition, quality, and stewardship over styles that are often not given enough respect nowadays. Consistently award-winning classics (check out their medals collection) paired with wholesome, inspired, and delicious food. Can’t go wrong with dunkel, pilsner, Vienna lager, and more. Tonight we enjoyed their rauchbier-braised brisket and chicken schnitzel—you can taste that higher level of quality and care in every bite. Cozy and inviting atmosphere lets you just relax and enjoy all the goodness in front of you.
