We love Rosario beach. There are 5 to 6 picnic tables here to rest and eat. Restroom is clean and we'll lit. From picnic tables, you get a choice to go down to the tide/beach area (300 ft away) or a short hike to a lookout point (1/2 mile).

06/24/23: this place was beautiful and awesome to visit. It has beach access with tide pools adventure, some small trails, picnic areas, and restrooms, of course. The views here are outstanding and stunning. I love coming here and hope I can come back again in the future

The place is great for relaxing, bbq and just catching some sun outside. A big park with lots of great viewpoints and sights to see. Parking is tough here so make sure to be prepared. I have never seen this area full but there's a limited number of parking spaces that's close to the actual park.

Lived in Western Washington most of my life and this place is one of my favorites for the sunsets and quieter beaches. Lots of parking, restrooms, good sized green field for fun, bench tables and some trails.

I found this place on atlas obscura. It's a little out of the way but worth the stop. The ledgend is interesting and the details in the carving are great. There are tide pools and a nice little park there to relax in.

This is a beach I had not been on in thirty years. It's a little smaller than my childhood memories. We've had some wonderful sun filled days this weekend. March sun feels like such a rare gift that it really needs to be celebrated. We had a fine time sitting on the beach looking at the tide pools. I'm glad they think they are recovering but they still are not prime. A hard path going closer to the water and no logs to crawl over would make it so much easier for the mobility impaired.

Rosario Beach area with a slight coolness learning about the geology on field trip from Padilla Bay. Bring your own picnic here as there is no food available. The views are stunning. You can hike over the hill south to Bowman Bay.
