Good smoke spot

This is an open residential unit that has a nice little park where people from all places reunite. There's a few restaurants, coffee shops, book stores and mini markets. Around Friday and Saturday you will find the place packed with young people. Totally recommended as a cheap plan.

Passed through on my way to the Biblioteca Piloto and wasn't impressed. Just a plain square with homeless men sleeping on benches. Trash strewn all around and more than a few people smoking... nothing to see here.
