Overall
a
pleasant,
but
uneventful
stay.
Rooms
are
quite
spacious,
adequate
storage
space
is
provided.
The
bathroom
is
too
small,
however.
The
shower
is
fine,
quite
large
actually,
but
an
extra
foot
or
2
of
lateral
space
where
the
toilet
is
would
make
a
huge
difference.
There
is
an
outdoor
swimming
pool
&
hot
tubs
which
I
did
not
use
as
they
closed
too
early
for
my
schedule.
The
king-size
bed
was
clean
and
the
sheets
were
soft.
However,
the
mattress
was
comically
hard!
It
felt
like
sleeping
on
a
wooden
floor-
and
I'm
some
positions
you
could
feel
the
springs.
Not
ideal.
There
are
plenty
of
pillows
provided
to
help
you
get
comfortable,
but
unfortunately,
they
are
all
too
soft
and
thin
offering
little
to
no
support.
I
expected
much
better
from
an
upmarket
hotel
like
this.
Sadly,
another
negative
point
of
this
hotel
for
me
was
the
very
loud
air
conditioning
in
the
room.
When
it
was
on,
it
worked
perfectly,
but
once
the
room
got
to
the
set
temperature
and
it
switched
off
it
would
make
a
large
"BANG!"
loud
enough
to
jolt
me
every
time
it
happened.
I
thought
it
might
be
an
issue
unique
to
my
room,
but...
The
walls
and
soundproofing
from
the
hallway
are
very
poor!
I
was
able
to
hear
a
guest
in
the
room
next
door
puking
loudly
one
night,
other
night
I
heard
people
talking
loudly
in
the
hallways
or
their
rooms
late
at
night,
and
one
night
it
sounded
like
some
guests
had
a
party
in
their
room.
Thankfully
it
ended
by
midnight,
but
I
was
a
little
surprised
that
the
walls
were
so
thin.
Especially
in
a
higher-end
property
like
this
one.
The
location
is
convenient,
it's
2
minutes
away
from
a
large
mall,
across
the
street
from
a
We
Work
and
just
down
the
road
is
Starbucks
and
the
main
road.
The
metro
station
is
walkable,
and
so
is
Poblado
Park.
There
are
plenty
of
bars
and
restaurants
in
the
vicinity
of
the
hotel
as
well.
The
hotel
grounds
are
very
well-kept.
One
thing
nobody
can't
complain
about
here
is
the
cleanliness
of
both
the
building's
interior
and
exterior
as
well
as
the
landscaping.
Spotless
and
impeccably
maintained.
The
staff
truly
are
kind
and
do
their
best
to
help
make
you
feel
welcome.
If
anybody
complains
about
the
staff,
they
are
lying.
The
restaurant
is
consistent,
with
good
quality
food.
I
ate
1
meal
at
the
restaurant,
it
was
fine.
I
had
a
Tuna
Tataki
&
an
ox
tail
lasagna.
The
items
tasted
fine,
but
sadly
the
lasagna
was
swimming
in
grease.
Likely
because
of
how
it
was
cooked
or
possibly
reheated,
not
sure.
This
seemed
like
a
one-off
because
the
Room
Service
was
much
better.
Minestrone,
grilled
chicken,
club
sandwich
and
the
"city
burger"
were
all
very
well
executed
and
tasted
fresh.
The
food
arrived
hot
and
quite
tasty!
A
nice
thing
about
NH
hotels
is
the
flexibility
of
the
housekeeping.
You
may
choose
to
decline
housekeeping
on
a
given
day,
or
days,
and
in
exchange,
you
will
receive
a
drink
coupon
for
the
lobby
bar.
This
was
a
fun
feature
of
the
hotel
and
I
availed
myself
of
it
a
4
of
the
7
nights
I
stayed.
In
the
room,
there
is
a
mini
fridge
stocked
with
various
drinks
(water,
Redbull,
wine,
beer,
etc)
as
well
as
a
"pantry"
with
other
snacks
(chips,
nuts,
chocolates,
etc).
The
television
is
large
and
offers
a
wide
array
of
channels,
many
of
them
offer
the
possibility
to
change
the
language
to
English
or
Spanish
which
is
awesome
instead
of
needing
to
rely
on
subtitles.
So,
overall
how
would
I
rate
my
experience?
I'd
give
it
a
B+
Positives:
-Clean
room
-Friendly
staff
-Quiet
&
convenient
location
Negatives:
-Uncomfortable
mattress
-Thin
walls
-Very
noisy
air
conditioning
