Looks like this branch is making enough money. Customers are turning away as yet again the drive through is not open in the morning and neither can you walk in as the entrance is lock and cordoned off. Terrible terrible experiences lately. Even the rewards app has taken a turn for the worst as you can accumulate points but have no use for them.

Honestly disappointed in this order, went through the drive through and when I came home. I found that the burger was just thrown into the box, so badly that parts of it was outside the box. The burger patty and chips were undercooked. Honestly disappointed

I never had a problem with this McDonald’s service really but this food I received yesterday is really pathetic. Since chicken tenders have been added to your menu, I have been buying it. This is the worse batch I ever received. This is supposed to be 4 tenders. How could you even serve me this. I nearly thought this is wings.

Just another great McDonald’s. Good service. Clean. Good food standards.

We waited more than 15mins inside the store for our food. It was not month end,it was not the 15th,there weren't long lines at the drive through, but when we enquired we were told to just wait.(we just ordered 2 meals) The food was good,warm and tasty but the service wasn't on standard.

I am a frequent visitor and though for the most part, the staff service is okay, they are constantly out of food products which makes it frustrating. I'd much rather go to another branch than come be disappointed.

Poor service, they need to be trained.

This is the worst McDonald branch ever! They always sell "we don't have or we are out of stock". What annoys me the most is the fact that you have to wait on the drive-thru for some time to be told what you need is out of stock:( Been experiencing the same issue for some time. But last night was just too much...they didn't have chicken foldover. My friends had to buy big Mac while they wanted chicken foldover. Could this McDonald be checked out please, as all McDonalds franchise should operate the same but this one operates as a small spaza shops that is always out of stock. Thanks
