    This McDonald's on Willis Rd, Richmond, VA is going downhill. I just left there, Friday, March 10 at 8:45 pm. The staff was disorganized, my order was incomplete, and they asked me for my receipt when I said my order was incomplete. No apologies were offered when I was correct. I got home to eat my quarter pounder and it was not completely cooked. Disgusting! I have uploaded a picture! Check your food before you leave!

    The only reason I'm sad to say I have to put it 3 down for the majority of it is due to the fact that this poor amazing McDonald's which is quite busy and a good source of cash flow for the company itself has A shorthand problem with employees being there when needed or at all and the 122 managers shift managers or whoever is there throughout these terrible shortages of help do their best and sometimes can't even open on time due to the fact that they're trying to do everything themselves and that's why I appreciate this McDonald's I personally frequent and I must give it to those who have not given up and who 1 to 2 managers shift managers or whoever is there throughout these terrible shortages of help do their best and sometimes can't even open on time due to the fact that they're trying to do everything themselves and that's why I appreciate this McDonald's I personally frequent and I must give it to those who have not given up and who Does what's needed to get it done no matter what and for that I give these workers who are there My respect so please if you're there and you find yourself being agitated or rushing just remember to take your time and be nice to those who are there serving you and at times for the most part our short handed while doing so but it has picked app the past 2 weeks and it looks like they have some good employees and they're now hopefully we can keep it going

    Was traveling, so I went to grab so quick food and keep driving. Coffee was great! The food not so much. Simple basic order, they've done so long it should be perfected! Cheese burger meal. Fries were undercooked and cold. Sandwich was barely warm. Waste of $10 bucks. I did not return as I was traveling through this area. It's important to say I intentionally stop at a place I thought was tried and true. And I could count on receiving exactly what I ordered. Moral of this story, always check your food before leaving. Even when your tired and in a hurry.

    At the payment window, the young lady barely spoke and when I asked for my receipt, said to get it at the next window. The young lady at the next window didn5 seem to know what was going on with my order, I told her my order, I asked for rhe receipt and she had to call the manager and he couldn't retrieve it either?! Its those little things, that make you go, "not going back there!"

    When l first arrived last Friday at lunch time, there was a pretty long line in the drive thru and l mentally prepared myself for a long wait. But after sitting in the same spot for five minutes, the drive thru lane started moving super quick! Also, Lisa who works here is great.

    I can't even believe this place is still open. It clearly states they're open until 2am. I've been there at least 5 times in the last week & a half when I'm getting off work and have pulled up at 1am 3 times & 1:30am twice to have them say each time that they're closed. Lights on & sign still on. Service is absolutely the WORST, employees are extremely rude, I've NEVER ordered from here and my order has been correct, I mean not once have they gotten my order right. Inside is clean & that's really only because hardly NO ONE goes inside. I'm not even going to go into how they're ice cream maker is magically ALWAYS "OUT OF ORDER" no mater when you go. I ask for fresh fries every time I go there and still get cold fries that have been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. I see why everyone has flocked to the Chic- Fila down the street. Service is 1,000 times better, food is 1,000,000 times better and my order is ALWAYS RIGHT! This place is freaking horrible. Never EVER GOING BACK AGAIN🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

    If you know who Christian is then tell him that he's amazing. He's customer service voice/tone and attentive nature while taking my order was impecable. Please let him know that he made my day and i hope he continues to be amazing. Also whoever was in the frying station is great. Finally well seasoned fries!

    Was going to stop to grab a snack, after attempting to use the restroom and seeing the mess in each stall- decided to leave. Clearly the management is either absent or really doesn’t care.

    I recently visited your establishment during lunchtime and experienced a stark contrast in customer service that compelled me to leave this review. I would like to start by commending an exceptional employee named Frances, who displayed a level of professionalism and kindness that left a lasting impression. Upon entering your facility, I was greeted by Frances, a very polite and warm young man whose smile could truly light up the room. He provided me with excellent assistance, making my visit enjoyable. However, my positive experience took an unfortunate turn when I witnessed Frances being chastised and disrespected in front of customers by what appeared to be his superiors. Frances remained remarkably composed and maintained his professionalism, even in the face of verbal abuse. His ability to stay calm and collected while enduring such treatment is truly commendable, and I can only express my admiration for his resilience. Not many individuals could handle such a situation with the grace that he displayed. While I was able to get his name before leaving your facility, I couldn't help but feel disheartened by the treatment he endured. It is disheartening to see an employee who clearly values their job and provides excellent service subjected to such behavior. In the future, I hope that your company takes steps to ensure that all employees are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, especially when they represent your business to customers. Frances deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service and his ability to maintain professionalism in challenging circumstances.     Went to this location today for lunch and had one of the worst experiences from this location. The man taking the order, learned it's a manager, was extremely rude and "pushy". Then we leave with our food, the bread and fries were burned as you can see from the pictures.
