Very busy. Manager didn't handle being under pressure well. She was very rude to the persons ordering. She told people that came in to do their own order over on the wall where you can do your order. When she was asked questions she answered very short and inconsiderate. I checked the order and food was missing. 2 meals. She was angry because I told her about it. She was yelling at her assistant manager. Really bad people skills. However everyone else was pleasant

I come every morning to get an Iced coffee, But the manager Maria has no ethic , obviously she doesn’t have no customers service. Not sure how you become a manager if you dont know how to treat a customer. Bad bad bad

When I was handed the wrong order I let the lady at the window know and I was snapped at saying “you should have realized that when I handed it to you” but I did, and that was why I was letting her know- I never drove away I was still at the window about 3 seconds after being handed the order. Then she raised her voice at me “well where’s your receipt you’re holding up the whole line now” as If being handed the wrong order was my fault. I pulled up to wait for the correct order, and when I got home the order was still incorrect. I’m not mad about the wrong order, but to have employees raise their voice me at and be blamed for the long line (that I waited in myself for 15 minutes to get the wrong order twice btw) is just Ridiculous. You don’t have to be rude to people.

Worst McDonald's ever, just like that. These people must realize what their work is about, "customer service" all around, But thank you for making me wait for my order like you were given for free, thank you for lying to me saying that the ketchup and napkins were in the bag and later far from there found that not but must thank you for remembering me why I did stop going to nasty places like this one.

I live in the area and I have been to the restaurant on two separate occasion ordered the same meal and my food was served cold. I went last night and the night crew was sitting around eating food next to where the food is passed from the kitchen to the people up front. One employee was eating at the register and they were playing unsavory music at the drive-up window. The order taker and one of the people dressed in a blue shirt or just giggling wow they messed up my order. I don't believe that's a type of decorum in any business should have serving the public nor did there seem to be any competency in sanitation that's just handling the register while eating such as passing an order they has just been eating over without any cleaning of hands and the kicker serving wet paper towel to a customer. Whereas the location of this particular McDonald's seems to be prime the service has been horrible on more than one occasion.

My filet-O-Fish was a little crisp but the service was decent & fairly fast. It's McDonald's that's all that needs to be said.

Employee Raymond is one the rudest and most unprofessional employees I ever came across. This morning, my order was missing two hash browns. Raymond lacked customer service skills for sure, by being nasty to me saying I didn’t order hash browns with my order, especially after not receiving a receipt and refused to help. He implied I couldn’t afford two hash browns, which was hilarious. I just took the one hash brown after someone else helped and left. This guy was disrespectful and needs to be dealt with.

Today was a good day. I usually try to avoid this location because they are not consistent with hot food. If you asked for "fresh" they make you wait for a long time. I was cold, tired and hungry. The burger and fries were hot and delicious today.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the way my friend got treated earlier today through the drive through was unacceptable and extremely rude by the staff at this location. She had gone around 1:00pm to get our lunch and your staff member was rushing through her order & she ( staff member) said her reason for acting this way towards my friend was because they were busy. totally unacceptable.

Went there 1/09/23 ,and the order taker got into a argument with a customer because the customer came back inside to ask for more barbecue sauce, the order taker cussed out the customer because they would not wait until the cashier was ready to give him the sauce ,and when the cashier did give it to the customer he actually threw them across the counter in which they fell off and slid across the floor.

I don't understand vhow hard it is to read an order and put it in a bag... yet again my order is messed up here. Missing items. Special request not made correctly. Plain cheeseburger means only meat and cheese. Why is that so hard???? It seems all the McDonald's are hiring anyone that comes in for a job. Service has been getting worse and worse, not only at this location, but every location. Train your employees correctly, and don't hire slackers!!!! But I'm sure they don't care, because they're so getting business because everyone goes to McDonald's all the time. They don't care about 1 person's complaint.

fast food does not mean fast food anymore. the wait time at this location is baffling. You’d think they were in there patting out beef pattie’s and cutting potatoes by hand.. understaffed or poor management. The Nelson family step in and check on your franchise it’s lacking in many ways. Corporate would not be happy.

It's the only fast food place in the area so they make business. Have to give them credit because drive thru lines get long but they move fairly quickly. Food is good and order usually correct. Only bad thing is ocasional guy begging for money right after you pick up your order. Then should not allow that.

Basic McDonalds, went thru drive thru. Not the most friendly person who took my order. I feel like if you don't want to work with people everyday, and be friendly to them, then find another job that doesnt require you to work with the public so much.

I loveeee they french fries so much because they have salt and fresh like it just came out of the fresh thing....

I celebrated my nomination today in this fine place. Well we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the restaurant was surely the reason for that happy event. The stuff helped in a sweet way, the cuisine was extremely good and my buddies were very overjoyed. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I call this unique restaurant from time to time because I enjoy the special air that is characterizes this place. The staff is extremely friendly and well trained. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Most important, the food you eat is excellent. I frequent many times and I was always pleased. The expense is fair. I highly suggest this place to my friends and family.

I used to love it but the last two times have been horrible!!! I order a double QP meal and only one burger was cooked 🍔 my dog 🐕 wouldn’t eat it!! And today I order a steak and beagle and they gave me a baby 👶🏾 steak 🥩 after I spend 20$ on breakfast 🥞 smh 🤦🏽‍♂️!!! 🤯

The manager Dominque was rude as hell to me. I asked for her name and the worker wouldn’t give it to me then I asked to speak to her and he said her name that’s how I know it dominque. So I asked her what was the store manager name and she said she couldn’t give me that info because I wanted to report her. Overall experience bad her attitude was a mess she was super ghetto!

I went through the drive tru on 7/28/2020 at 5:15pm. I got two happy meals which they got wrong after I repeated myself four times. But that’s not the issues my son had a white milk and it was spoiled. I didn’t know until after he drank half of it and spit it out. I looked inside and it was Chunky. Once we got home threw up everywhere. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MCDONALD Again😡🤬

Today 8:49pm I order thru drive-thru. We order 3 M fries.I received 2 right away we told the young guy he went and ask. They send him back for us to go around. We did I told the cashier I’M missing 1 French fried he just look at me and said tell the guy to give them to you.I was not asking for FREE FRENCH FRIES.I went back they call the manager so call “Manager “.putting his hands in his chest and started sayingI’m the Manager not him.He call the cashier,The cashier said she said she is missing 1 French fried. The Manager was upset he said go around or come in.I decided not to argue anymore there was a big line and people waiting for their food.I was surprised with the Manager attitude.I don’t live around here I stop by every Friday,Because my kids play soccer.This is my first complaint!
