Terrible. Average wait three hours. I've never seen so much delay in getting medical care. There are two waiting rooms. In other companies in the same sector Like Saviti, the waiting time is 15 minutes and medical care is quick. One star for reception only. Terrible

Bad experience! I waited almost 3 hours, people who arrived later were attended to. When I went to find out why, it was due to one of the exams that they didn't have the material to take. I had to be proactive, understand the reason for the delay and resolve the issue with the company. If I didn't ask, I would be waiting until today!

Péssimo atendimento !!!!! Cheguei as 09:00 e já são 11:33 e ainda não fui atendida. Quando questionei o atraso na recepção, informaram que o médico é “novo”.

Cheguei e fiquei HORAS aguardando sem nenhuma previsão é nenhum retorno. Demorado demais! Somente um médico para atender. Quase 3 horas de demora para ser atendido

An extreme delay, the exam had a scheduled appointment and even so I waited for more than an hour to be seen, disrupting my work day. Full clinic, impatient reception, and doctors without any questions during the exam. The worst I've ever been to take an admission exam TERRIBLE 😞

The clinic is great, but the employee who performs exams, what kind of healthcare professional is this, is he really trained? without patience, without education, hits the doors in our faces, shouting at the reception at the girls, very rude! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me it was him! This way, the clinic closes quickly, which is very inconvenient, because I would be accompanying my son if it were me and I wouldn't even take the exam there. The girls at reception, on the other hand, were super attentive and patient, they even went out of their way.
