This beautiful tourist attraction clearly needs some renovation. Still it is an ideal place if you are interested in learning why Belo Horizonte got this name. The view from Praça do Papa is breathtaking.

Excellent view of Belo Horizonte! Very calm, good for meditation if you practice that. And how do I forgot to mention the marvelous view of Serra do Curral? If you walk toward the Serra's directions and turn to your right you will reach the Park of Serra do Curral where you can have an impressive and exciting view of Belo Horizonte and Nova Lima

Great place! Realy have a lot of people having fun, drinking and smoke marijuana all the time. U can make a lot of friends there. try it. You will enjoy.

I usually run up here 1-2 times or week when I stay in Belo. Great view and nice park to relax.

Nice mirador! A couple of streets nearby has a an interesting street on a downward slope that goes backwards on neutral. A good experience with gravity! See video

Nice place to visit with friends and family. Just look out for parking. It would be difficult to find parking sometimes. But worth the visit
