    Terrible service, for the second time! The first time I had problems and decided to give it a second chance and it was even worse... Terrible food, old, all cold and poorly made. Totally disorganized, unprepared employees and don't know how to deal with customers. Horrible, I don't recommend it to anyone! Money thrown away.

    I ordered a Billy Chedar, it was burnt and tasteless. Horrible. My daughter ordered a dish with meat, and it came with a very bad-looking miscellaneous dish. Money thrown away.

    I went for lunch and decided to choose Billy The Grill. I ordered the Picanha dish. Served with rice, beans, farofa, fries and vinaigrette sauce. It took a long time and another dish was served, Acebolada picanha, chicken and sliced ​​pepperoni. Served with rice, beans, farofa, fries and vinaigrette sauce. I didn't request the change because it was at the last minute, in this dish the potatoes and farofa were bitter, the chicken and beans were unsalted and the picanha wasn't picanha. I talked to the supervisor and she suggested another dish to change. Unfortunately, how can you suggest another dish if you have a schedule to keep? I do not recommend.

    We bought an ancho plate to take away. According to the menu there should have been 200g of ancho, however it was only 135g. We only noticed when we got home and opened it. Despite this, the meat was delicious. It came with rice, potatoes, farofa and vinaigrette.

    I went to Billy the grill restaurant today and got there at 11:20, I was the first customer of the day. Well, I waited about 40 minutes, I had to go and ask if something was going on, and it probably was, several orders passed in front of me. The attendant was very friendly, but she was unable to resolve the delay in the order. I waited another five minutes, totaling 45 minutes to eat shopping food with nothing special. I do not recommend! It needs to improve a lot.

    I went to the boulevard shopping establishment. When I arrived I ordered a sandwich combo and asked for a juice instead of a soda. The attendant, very attentive, said she was going to exchange it, asked which one I wanted and said she would exchange it. When the order was ready, and we went to pick it up, I believe it was the owner because she wasn't wearing a uniform, she said she couldn't make the exchange and gave me a small lemonade. My complaint is that if the attendant was going to make the change, the owner should have kept it so it wouldn't look ugly. Another thing was the misery of ketchup that she (I believe to be the owner) gave, she only gave 2 for 2 sandwiches. I asked for more, she only gave me 2. I had a bad experience. Even though the sandwich was tasty, the bread came apart and I was discouraged from going back, it's funny that the owner should captivate people and not drive them away...

    I ordered the Churraspão, not worth it! The bread is not good and it came with a cold part (almost freezing). It's not that bad either, I think there are several better options in the mall!

    I went last Saturday, for the first time, and I say it was a bad experience. The cashier waited on us lazily and said that lunch would be ready in 15 minutes at most. After more than 30 minutes I went to question the delay, and a lady, without a uniform, who appeared to be the manager, told me that they lost my command in the kitchen and that it would take another 15 minutes. When the food arrived, it looked terrible, tasted old, had greasy chicken and, amazingly, they served a completely cold puree. I looked for that lady, who wouldn't leave her cell phone, and she simply took the plate from my hand and said she was going to heat it up. He didn't even apologize! And the worst part, the food was reheated in the microwave and I practically threw everything away, as well as my money. I don't recommend it to anyone. Terrible attendance! Horrible food!

    I went at lunch time and the service was good, but the food was terrible, the seasoning was bad, I ordered some meat and another one was of inferior quality. I expected more, went to try it and had a terrible experience with the food.
