exceptions.

of
the
things
that
caused
me
the
most
revolt
in

32
days
of
hospitalization
was
the
infrastructure,
especially
the
bathroom
on
the
10th
floor,
which
had
steps
in
the
bathroom
(I
was
in
a
wheelchair)
which
flooded
the
room
and
even
the
hallway
with
less
than
5
minutes
of
shower.
Broken
doorbell,
poor
cleaning
but
also
1
cleaning
lady
for
the
whole
floor.
I
won't

comment
on
the
PA
because
I
honestly
found
it
inhumane,
worse
than
SUS,
total
disregard
for
the
companion
and
especially
the
patient.

was
no
stretcher,
no
blanket,
no
technicians,
filthy
bathrooms,
nothing
accessible
for
wheelchair
users,
delays
in
attending
to
patients,
anyway...

to

hospital
because
as
for
the
employees
(most)
I

nothing
to
complain
about,
my
assessment

to
them
from
the
doctor
to
the
cleaning

hospital
tem
médicos
maravilhosos,
eu
fui
abençoada
com
técnicos
incríveis
no
CTI
do
18°
andar:
Rose
nota

lá
tem
funcionários
nota
10
mas
é
claro
que
como
em
todo
lugar
infelizmente
tem
suas
exceções
né.
Uma
das
coisas
que
mais
me
causou
revolta
lá
nesses
32
dias
de
internação
foi
a
infraestrutura
principalmente
do
banheiro
do
10°
andar,
o
qual
tinha
degraus
no
banheiro
(eu
estava
de
cadeira
de
rodas)
o
mesmo
alagava
o
quarto
e
até
mesmo
o
corredor
com
menos
de
5
minutos
de
banho.
Campanhia
do
quarto
estragada,
limpeza
precária
mas
também
1
faxineira
para
o
andar
todo.
Sobre
o
PA
eu
não
vou
nem
comentar
porque
sinceramente
achei
desumano,
pior
do
que
SUS,
descaso
total
com
o
acompanhante
e
principalmente
com
o
paciente.
Faltava
maca,
faltava
cobertor,
faltava
técnicos,
banheiros
imundos,
nada
acessíveis
para
cadeirantes,
demora
para
atender
os
pacientes,
enfim...
Tudo
relacionado
ao
hospital
porque
quanto
os
funcionários
(a
maioria)
não
tive
nada
a
reclamar,
a
minha
avaliação
vai
para
eles
do
médico
á
faxineira,
o
meu
muito
obrigada.
