The price is right The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonable in size and cleanliness. It's neither old nor new. There are no amenities other than wifi. Breakfast is minimal, nothing I wanted to eat. Staff is unintrusive but welcoming. Parking is ample. Area is quiet and safe. Circle K across the street. The only reason I ever go to Benbrook is to visit family and I'm not spending any time at the hotel other than to sleep, and for that purpose, this hotel is completely adequate.

Check in staff was very friendly and informative. They let us know up front there is no elevator, but it's only 2 levels. First room had tiny bugs almost like ants in the bathroom. We got switched no issues. Second room was dated, they are in the process of remodeling. Overall its quiet, comfortable, and good for the price. We didn't eat breakfast there, but they have a full spread available.

I absolutely loved this place. Upon greeting staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The property was quite. Upon leaving, It was no hassle with deposit. Also, if you miss breakfast no worries they have to go bags according to number of guest.

Elevator got stuck with me in it. No full breakfast as stated online and in room. Overall it was clean and felt safe. Convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. You will need a car or call uber.

This location shares a parking lot with the Comfort Suites, so there is plenty of parking. Nothing too fancy, but inexpensive and convenient. We had an issue with our TV the first night, but they fixed it the next day. Rooms are pretty big and they do provide a small breakfast daily.

The people who work at the Best Western Sure Stay Hotel are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was in a unique situation where I had to stay a lot longer than originally planned. I was waiting for my new place to be ready and it ran a week late. Everyone here at the hotel were super helpful in getting me set up for the additional time since I had to work remotely and I was so happy with the way they went way above and beyond anything I expected. The hotel was super clean, quiet… Very quiet and this was with at least 75% of the rooms taken. Great noise isolation I guess. I was pleasantly surprised. The housekeeping staff were also extremely polite and helpful and were always making sure that I had fresh towels, coffee, etc. They were always on point. The owners/managers and staff really care about and take pride in their job. You don’t see this very often anymore, unfortunately, so other hotels would greatly benefit taking a few notes on how it’s done and done right from these cool folks at the Best Western SureStay Hotel in Benbrook Texas. Thanks Mickey/everyone! DJ

Traveling across the country can be daunting when its your first time along a new route. Especially when you can't seem to find your old favorites. This is our first time Traveling I-20 and our second night in a SureStay by Best Western. The manager moved his car to make a parking space for us! How amazing is that? The beds are comfy. The chairs are just right. I will be looking for more SureStay hotels.

Hotel has a very family oriented style. They have a breakfast available but it won’t be set out. They have direct TV with a variety of Channels and an electric car charging station… but there is no bedding available for the pull out bed. There was a mysterious mark on the floor that looked like someone either burned something or melted it. Walls are extremely thin so if you have a child requesting a first floor room would be your best bet. When we arrived we got put into a room that the bedding had been used and not replaced. Also be advised that people come and go at all hours of the night. Not the BEST Western but they are trying.

First and foremost, the husband and wife running the place are great (forgive me, I forget your names after traveling hiccups at airline.) Both were willing to go above and beyond, and that level of customer service is great. THEY are the reason for 4 stars. You can tell lobby (and bathroom in room) was remodeled in last year or so, that's nice. I knock off 1 star for "Musty" smell/feel in the room (as mentioned by another guest a few reviews down. Both my wife & son mentioned it feeling "damp" in the room. I would knock off another star for no hot breakfast, as I am accustomed to from all my other hotel stays. However, I understand they have some City restriction currently until next week maybe and they WERE offering a substitute bag breakfast and Hot Coffee was good. (I suggest, perhaps, arrange a $10 credit/gift card to local breakfast place down the street in the meantime?) *Again, husband and wife running it are GREAT.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff, cold AC in the room. I would stay there again. We came down to ride the mountain bike trails at Parks of Aledo. We ate at the Cracker Barrel which is within walking distance (a quarter mile at the farthest).

The SureStay hotel in Texas is worthy highlights of my traveling adventures for the year. I have stayed in six hotels so far this year, and this one is far away the best experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and the manager went out of his way to make sure that my visit was not only a pleasant one. I was there for a week and Whenever I needed anything, they took care of it in the flash. Above and beyond and that’s where these days

😐 It was ok. But a seriously major issue was no internet. At all. Phone couldn't get on their wifi, laptop couldn't either. They did nothing to solve the issue and blamed it on the weather. Um, no. Not the weather. More like they haven't paid their bill so they were cut off would be my guess. I unders...
