Had a very good experience here. Rojesh was very helpful in suggesting us the best sushi. Service was quick. Prawn maki roll sushi was the best. They serve alcohol too. Calm and peaceful place to visit with family and friends. Ample parking available but paid parking as its in umiya velociti.

What a therapeutic place this is for all the dimsum n sushi lovers!! The varieties are huge & taste is fabulous!! They serve sushi via conveyor belt !! And it’s a treat for the eyes to watch. Their bottled cocktails are very unique and named on different cartoon characters!! Very cute packaging and they taste amazing!! My full 10 pts to this place

It was a deserted Tuesday afternoon when I walked into this branch. I was the only one so cannot comment on the service as it could be biased. No brainer in ordering the sushi platter. Comes with 24 pieces. All the sushi tasted brilliant except for the 5 pieces of salmon. I was expecting a richer flavour. It felt like it was not the best piece of produce. They have a lot of non sushi items as well which I will be back for. PS the sushi conveyor belt is operational only on weekends.

This is my second visit to Lucky chan and with a good gap of 10 months setting both the visits apart. They have been consistent with both the amazing taste, quality of food and more importantly, the hospitality. Hospitality stood out for me. In both of our visits, the staff were very observant of our needs and immediately attended to it, even without our asking. Yesterday, their coolers wasn’t working and when we inquired about the same, they told the same. After sometime, they brought a battery operated fan to our table (again, we didn’t ask for it, but they understood that we were feeling hot and got it). They are very helpful with their food and beverage recommendations. I loved their lotus biscoff bubble tea, the avocado sushi, and the udon noodles. Loved their cream corn soup and jasmine rice too. We were very hesitant to try out any deserts but their staff recommended the darsan with honey sesame noodles, and it was yummy too. Ambience is soothing and appealing too. Loved the music that was being played too. Would love to visit again, and will definitely recommend this place to all those who love Asian food.

Let me start from the beginning. We were welcomed and showed our tables. That’s the only best part. Then the chaos begins. The waiters had no idea about their own menu so we stopped asking for their recommendations. The food for a fine dining place was nothing to write home about. They forgot to bring in at least two of the mains that we ordered. They forgot to mention that there were only 4 prawns in a plate and we were 6 of us.It was too late to order for more. I am not bagging the staff. But they definitely need training. And they need to be better prepared to serve customers before the reputation goes down. Really great food. Enjoyed Sushi after such a long time in Bengaluru. Bindiya was an amazing host. Will highly recommend to Sushi lovers.

Very nice place, and it is family friendly. Sushi and Asian food is really good. A little on the expensive side. Expect to spend about 1500-2000 per person.

Enjoyed the service & ambience. Food was not bad, but wasn’t great either.

Price, food and service was amazing, ambience was good but it’s usually crowded as well. So try to ask if they take reservations, if yes than better take reservations.
