Good Place. Spacious - The place is quite big but not huge. I have visited other Decathlons which are bigger than this with wider variety. Variety - They have wide range of products but for every product they don't have a lot of options. When it comes to apparels they have good options. I was looking for a Barbell Lock which I found here. They have camping gear, bats, footballs, golf kit, archery kit, wide variety of cycles and other equipments. Quality - Their products in general are of great quality. Even a 99 ₹ Bottle is of great quality and very durable. Prices - They are expensive in apparels and other sports products compared to other sources but at the same time their quality matches their prices. Some of the items were also very cheap like the iconic small Quechua bag is at 350 on Amazon and here it was 199. The Barbell Lock I bought is at 750 in Amazon and 500 here. They have all sort of camping gear at good prices. The peanut ball here is at 1399 and on Amazon at 849 Overall a very good place if you are looking for sports and fitness related products.

The place is spacious with ample parking space and a good place for kids to play around. In the beginning they had some good shoes, t shirts and tracks for a very affordable price but now the collections are not that great and the price is high. They should bring back some trendy options at an affordable price. Customer service could be better, I don't blame them the place is crawling with screaming kids and ppl taking out everything but the attenders hardly answer your question. Overall a good place that has all the sports wear but has become average these days

Definitely a Fascinating Place to visit If you want any sports related stuff you can get it here except for basketball. I bought rain coat. it is leaking water in the zip line. I asked them for replacement it is leaking.they gave irresponsible answer. They told me zip is in front portion. When you ride bike. Wind is pushing air inside the zip line. My question is what is the purpose of rain coat then?. If it is not protecting from rain. then Why you are selling that rain coat!? Worst behaviour....

Being in the turf space, we frequent Decathlon Hennur for our footballs, training equipment, bibs etc. Various options to choose from, friendly on the pocket and quality products. The staff are fantastic too and are always ready to help. Despite the app check out option, the queues are ridiculously long and you can end up waiting for a while if you have a larger order that you don’t want to scan and pay for yourself on the app.

It is definitely a huge Decathlon outlet and it's most not crowded since it's located so far outside the main city at Hennur Road. Nothing much to say here, there's a lot of parking space, the store offers a variety of sports wear and equipment. I went there looking for a backpack and tried a few of them. I was confused at the time so I didn't make a purchase. Then I came back home and researched a little bit more and finally ordered the same bag via the Decathlon website.

Not all the products in decathlon inventory is available here . I asked for specific arm sleeves they told me to book it online as it is not available in the stores . Store is divided into departments like Football , tennis , cycling, mountain sports for men /women and fitness women/men which makes it easy for customers as it is very well organised .

Huge shop with good collection of sports items and sports wear. Staff is helpful. Good offers every now and then. Only pain point is the billing counter, it really is a long wait to do billing. This experience makes the whole shopping experience unpleasant.

As always the shopping experience was pure bliss. The ease with which you can select and buy products is highly valued. I had to return a product and select another one all of which happened in an extreme smooth manner due to the billing employee Prince. He made sure we got the right product and explained everything that was necessary. Commendable service and shopping experience.

Good collection compared to the main ones. They have an ample sitout place and have a decent amount of car parking on the ground floor.

This store is the worst store ever i have seen ! I have visited many decalthon nd i am regurar at yelanka nd pple r sooo very polite - here securities behaved soo very badly and unprofessional! We entered the store nd one f us had no mask two f the securities behaved sooo very cruel and rude - worst experience! More over mask insnt compulsory now according to the government rule - nd this pple r soo stupidly behaved !

Huge store with all sports related equipments, spares, tools, etc., Usually little crowded on weekends, otherwise it is always less crowded and billing takes just 5 mins. Some of the products have good discounts and few of them are priced on the higher side. Easily visible from traffic and has adequate parking area for two wheeler and four wheelers.

Have visited here to buy Rain jackets. As a buyer there is a feel that prices have been tagged very decently on all available items. This outlet is located in the highway between Hennur and Airport which is also called New Airport road. Even when it comes to shoes, jackets, winter wears, Rain jackets, over coats, sports t shirts, water bottles+sippers and other sports wearables, sports items+kits skate boards are priced in a very attractive range. Even bicycles for kids are available but prices seems bit premium. Rating : 8/10 One can do self check-in once shopping is completed which was impressive. So don't need to wait for the billing person to complete the transaction. Parking space for both 2 wheelers and cars are available inside their premises.

I gave my cycle for repair and i experience was pathetic. Even after charging a whopping 1800rs for cycle servicing, i started seeing the same issues as they didn't fix my gear shifting issues, the seat started bending front and back and loud noises at the time of applying the brakes. Apart from charging outrageously, they also have serious competency issues when it comes to cycle service. Better to buy some Indian brand for which the parts are less expensive and can be serviced in local repair stores.  As a loyal decathlon customer didn't expect this.

I went to buy a cycle.Mahesh walked me through all the different models, varieties city vs cross country vs hybrid. Frames,weight,gears,brakes etc Then a test ride to chose the size. Then we put all the accessories in a cart,based on a choice of recommended /optional/low & high end ones. He then got on with assembly,brake testing,fitting accessories. Wow ! It couldn't be better. John did the tech ✅,while I stood back & watched in awe. I strongly recommend Decathlon for a seamless purchase.A joy in every way.I asked Mahesh a zillion questions & he replied patiently, accurately & effortlessly.He knew his BTW-s like the palm of his hand. It is one of the best store in Bangalore to purchase a wide varieties of sports products and accessories including bicycle, football, basketball, cricket bat, balls, sunglass, etc.

We arrived just before the closing hours. We had no clue about binoculars but wanted to have one as we are going trekking tomorrow early morning. Luckily the staff Vivek and Prince listened keenly to our requirement and found the best binocular for us, that too at a at the best price. We are really thankful to them and we had an exciting shopping experience!

It's good store to buy sports equipment and clothes. Rats are higher than normal price. Everything is almost covered 2 years warranty. You can rent basketball ground (multi purpose ground) on hourly basis here.

Large store, has a variety of articles from swimwear to weights to bicycles. Very comprehensive collection. Can be crowded with people slipping on wearing masks and not following social distancing. Overall a good afternoon family experience :) Number of billing counters can be increased as it takes 20 minutes on average to check out. Good parking spot.

Cheaters. These guys are knows to sell gum sticked clothes without the customer even realising that. I purchased expensive trousers only to realise that they started falling apart because they were sticked with gum. I complained to them and they said that they weill replace the same. I went to this one to get it replaced. They said we will only replace if it is not older than 1.5 years. They checked the date of purchase date and denied my request stating that it is older than 1.5 years. These expensive trousers went rogue only after few months. I could not come to the shop because of COVID. For several months it was lockdown only. I purchased more than 1.5 lacs of stuff from groupon in last few years but this is how these guys treated me. They cheated me and I felt like a fool trusting them with a solution. The guy did not even offer to fix those pants with same glue.

I felt it better than the one on Hosur road and Bannerghatta road. Cooperative staff and good collection. Best part is not much dust on items.

Go if you want to made to be felt like a thief by a security guy who needs some life skill coaching. We spent 2 hrs here , spent a good amount of hard earned money, and got screamed at to "open your bag immediately " barely 20 ft from where we paid. At this price tag, there are better options when it comes to customer service or even range of product..

Ive been a member of the store for so many years now. This is the first time ever I’ve felt like never ever coming back again. The staff and the person who answers customers calls are the most unruly group ever. On the 5th of November 7:30 pm whoever handled the phones mocked my Partner. If i meet the person who answered the phones in person i will dare him to speak to her like that again. Decathlon hennur branch please remember the customer is who you serve we respect you and you respect us. Also make sure you do an evaluation on who you hire. The Education of these clowns is not needed here its common decency and courtesy that wins the day. You lost 4 customers today and will lose another 6 because we are all pet lovers and the treatment we received was nothing short of disgusting. How can a single store say that they have a policy change ? When all the others follow a proper policy.

I had taken my dog to the centre after having read and asked that it was pet friendly. I have taken my dog to the other centres which I must say are so well behaved and professional unlike this centre. When entering, they stopped us at the entrance itself and did not allow us to take our dog claiming a story that "a dog had bitten a little child due to which there was a police case in which the store manager was involved and interrogated". Disappointedly I came out and still made a call to the same store to confirm the validity of the information. When I called and asked for the information they spoke in the most harsh, unprofessional way. When I told them I was going to write a review for the misinformation and the terrible experience, the store manager accused me of "manipulating him". The whole time they were trying to mock my inconvenience instead of solving the issue. They were so terribly rude. They even asked me my name but I refused to give them and I hung up. After which they called me back asking my name and when I refused to give my details he mocked me there as well. I am shaken by this entire experience. I don't think I will ever step foot in that place ever again

The urban crowd in India needs no introduction to Decathlon & like any other outlet this one is probably the biggest in Bengaluru. Had been here numerous times & I would say the major difference seen is with the billing counter. Currently there's a pretty big queue in the billing counter and this eventually is very exhausting.

Exceptional customer service! I recently visited Decathlon Hennur road for some shopping and unfortunately lost my gold chain. When I got back home and realized, I immediately contacted Decathlon. The staff (Pushparaj) was incredibly helpful and informed me that their housekeeping staff had found my chain and kept it safely in the lost and found section. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty and prompt assistance. Thank you, Decathlon, for going above and beyond to help a customer in need. Nice and Decathlon has maintained its standard across this outlet. Few things were out of stock, but over all the experience of shopping was really good. It lit up the mood by its ambiance, ample parking spaces, well qualified salespersons.

Has a nice covered parking. Approach to store is by lift or from stairs. Has all sporting items and is a decent shop. Not very crowded in the afternoon when I visited. Staff was help full and I purchased what I needed in less than 10 min.

The complete sports shop I can say. My first ever decathlon visit is this store. You can try, experience and then if you want to buy, you can or no need. That's the Decathlon. Children will enjoy coming here.

An all-rounder for all sport clothing, accessories and more products. It's also affordable and the quality of products are very good, durable and reliable. I don't think they are overpriced. It is the price for what you get. The staff here are also knowledgeable about the products and sports and hence can guide you to select the one. I hope they bring in motorcycle gear to their list. I personally don't like the smell of the store, hence it is kind of warehouse the new items smell make me sick and allergies due to them. If you have dust allergies don't go without mask.
