Excellent store and staffs are very supportive. It's located right on the Kammanahalli main road and very much easily accessible for people who come through bikes and walk in. But still car drivers need to hustle for their parking spots. I bought a phone today the sales man( adnan) didn't tell me the correct price before buying the phone when I came to know the correct price he is telling I got the offer for extra amount which I gave.. Over all pathetic experience and I will never go this store again.

Nice and big showroom a verity’s of electronics like MI Camera, MI Mobile phone, MI Television, all electronics stuffs, The employees are very soft to the customers and friendly, you have good parking space you need to look around for the parking and overall a good place to purchase MI gadgets.

Customer service is pathetic, Manager has to put extra efforts and participate in dealing customers , tried to my MI Phone but the system shows lesser than what they offer me. It took forever to fix that ,when i went the next day to buy it ,they told me the offer was offer yesterday itself. The very first day i went and asked about how long this offer gonna last.NO One knows !!! The Store not awared about the offer or the Managaemnet doesnt give them any information?!Managament Team pull up your socks .As u gonna lose your customers everyday frm this shop.!

Horrible experience! Bought a phone Mi 11i . Within 8 hours the screen has an issue - it turned pale yellow . Took it to these ppl and asked them to check . They say since now it is working fine, u can take back ur phone and come back once the problem is struck again. In this way, I might loose the chance of a free replacement. They guy at the billing counter today( not sure what his name is ) is audacious enough to speak this kind of nonsense. When I asked him, about loosing the replacement, he smiles at me. I really regret buying this phone!! Would never recommend buying something from this store !! People beware !!

This store Mi Team won't even bother to ask and even talk about their products we proactively need to ask the product and specifications and won't bother whether you buy or not. This is the second time I visited and going back unsatisfied. Hope their learn how to handle customers. Thank God I didnt buy any product from them.

Worst customer service . Staff are lease bother to attained the customer you have to help yourself . Sales executive including manager don't have customer service knowledge the manager wants customer to be educated themselves . Most of the accessories product will be near cashier the cashier only give the product and sell and does job as a cashier. Had issue had purchased cable for my Mi phone from there store as there was no sales executive approaching who where just acting busy without handling any customer at the time when visited shop I myself had to search and saw some cable near cashier I asked the rate of charger which he said around 1100 or 1200 then I told him to give only cable without asking what type of cable required which I also came to aware that there are different type of cable now for mi phones only after opening one of the box of two cable which took the next day when I went to exchange the same unqualified sales executive who think they are goverment offical denied they can't exchange then I approached cashier from whom I took he claimed that he cross verified which mobile I use and then gaved the cable. Then store manager who was standing next to him who is not fit to be a manager also said it can't be exchanged as they give cable only after cross verification then I asked him if that's the case I could have told them which mobile I am using that is note 4 & note 5 and the 1 for that is normal usb charger then why did he gaved me c type cable after long heated argument they changed only one cable which box was not opened . The other charger cable they dint accepted it . If they had well trained staff and cashier this issue I could not have faced they could have asked atleast what type of phone I am using and my valuable time and money.

Xiaomi 12 pro comes with a defect on the rear Camera, the lens gets Foggy after few mins of Camera use, many customers are facing the same issue & service center also Mi is giving no update or Recall, what is the use of spending 65k & cant take pictures because camera becomes foggy. My phone is in service center since 2 days. Please record videos for 5 min & check the rear lens for any fog or condensation before buying this phone.

Extremely dissatisfied by wrong commitment given by sales man I never suggest anyone to walk in to purchase any product from kammanahalli Branch as the salesman don't stick to there commitments when selling out the products.I had purchased MI TV and the officer had committed to deliver the products as it should b it was not.

Has limited number of models. Staff are quick and agile. Good part they do not push aggressively leaving time for customers to take decision calmly.

Initially i got a very very helpless assistant. I asked for MI dual driver earphone, he said ₹1,000. I need to come back the next day to get it with the correct price.

Very bad experience and will never go as well as never refer to anyone, Also will recommend not to go in the store rather than go to the department store for quick and good services. The reason for this is for them the company process and policies are important & not the customer. Finally, my purpose for buying the TV was not met and now it is almost a waste for me. Most importantly I took the product at the office no delivery was given. MI store doesn't even deserve one star but for updating the review i have to give them one or else zero is that they are.

Pathetic customer satisfaction & service received so far that too from Mi Home which is their official Mi outlet. I purchased a Redmi Note 12 Pro in January just after the few days of its launch. Sales Executive Ms Shruti assisted me in showing the model and helped in exchanging the phone with a new one. All was ok till the purchase point but after some time I wanted another phone for my father, when enquired on the same the executive Shruti just ignored the purchase as if she was not interested and not given any proper reply to the quarries asked, on top of that gave misleading answers and started behaving rudely as I was asking for any favor. I think Mi/Xiaomi has not trained these sales executives properly!!

Worst experience visiting this outlet for an enquiry for purchase of TV. The sales girl was not at all interested in sharing any info.The way the sales girl attended to the enquiry was so pathetic,she was not at all interested in furnishing details of the TV.Just walked out of the outlet.

This is the worst worst worst showroom ever... I would strongly recommend no one to visit this place. The first thing anyone needs while buying a new phone is to have a proper knowledge about the product which the staff of this showroom clearly lacks. They have the worst service and have no clue how to sell a phone. I bought a new redmi note 12 phone from here and I'm already running to the service center because it has so much issues. Please buy your remdi products from some other showroom and not this one.
