Staff
are
lease
bother
to
attained
the
customer
you
have
to
help
yourself

Sales
executive
including
manager
don't
have
customer
service
knowledge
the
manager
wants
customer
to
be
educated
themselves
.
Most
of
the
accessories
product
will
be
near
cashier
the
cashier
only
give
the
product
and
sell
and
does
job
as
a
cashier.
Had
issue
had
purchased
cable
for
my
Mi
phone
from
there
store
as
there
was
no
sales
executive
approaching
who
where
just
acting
busy
without
handling
any
customer
at
the
time
when
visited
shop
I
myself
had
to
search
and
saw
some
cable
near
cashier
I
asked
the
rate
of
charger
which
he
said
around
1100
or
1200
then
I
told
him
to
give
only
cable
without
asking
what
type
of
cable
required
which
I
also
came
to
aware
that
there
are
different
type
of
cable
now
for
mi
phones
only
after
opening
one
of
the
box
of
two
cable
which
took
the
next
day
when
I
went
to
exchange
the
same
unqualified
sales
executive
who
think
they
are
goverment
offical
denied
they
can't
exchange
then
I
approached
cashier
from
whom
I
took
he
claimed
that
he
cross
verified
which
mobile
I
use
and
then
gaved
the
cable.
Then
store
manager
who
was
standing
next
to
him
who
is
not
fit
to
be
a
manager
also
said
it
can't
be
exchanged
as
they
give
cable
only
after
cross
verification
then
I
asked
him
if
that's
the
case
I
could
have
told
them
which
mobile
I
am
using
that
is
note

&
note
5
and
the
1
for
that
is
normal
usb
charger
then
why
did
he
gaved
me
c
type
cable
after
long
heated
argument
they
changed
only
one
cable
which
box
was
not
opened
.
The
other
charger
cable
they
dint
accepted
it
.
If
they
had
well
trained
staff
and
cashier
this
issue
I
could
not
have
faced
they
could
have
asked
atleast
what
type
of
phone
I
am
using
and
my
valuable
time
and
money.
