We tried the grilled chicken biryani, which is enough for two people, but the taste was not very good. It tasted bland. It seems they are using low-quality rice in the biryani—this is just my assumption because the biryani did not resemble biryani at all. We also ordered the Empire special chicken kebab, which was very average in taste but better than the biryani. We had also ordered Korean chicken wings, which were really spicy and tasted good. We had also ordered pineapple juice, blue mojito, pomegranate juice, and fruit salad, which were all very good. The fruit salad was the highlight of the day for us. Their ambiance is comfortable, and they also have arrangements for toddler chairs. In my opinion, this restaurant is suitable for casual occasions, but if you are looking to celebrate special occasions in your life, I am sure this is not the place. We did not feel privileged or special here.

I have been to many Empire outlets and this one is decent but not the best. I had been here with my family for lunch. Food was not good especially the Grill Chicken and Kababs. Rice items were fine too. Mocktails were really nice. Service experience was okay could be improved.

I went here with my family and the ambience suited that. I really liked the chicken fried rice. I also tried the grilled chicken, chicken biriyani and shawarma. The chilli chicken was a letdown since it didn't taste like Chinese and was rather filled with curry leaves. The service was good but they try to upsell with a few products like soup/pudding/salad which one won't expect from a brand like Empire.

Their butter chicken and ghee rice are simply to die for. I've tried countless other places, but none can compare. The grill chicken was also cooked to perfection. What sets them apart is their late-night hours. It's the perfect spot for a satisfying meal after a long day or a night out. Highly recommended!"

During the recent visit to Empire restaurant located at 8, 1, Hennur Main Rd, Kothanur, Bengaluru, where the operating hours extend from 11 am to 3 am, various aspects of the experience were noted. The service encountered was unfortunately notably slow, resulting in multiple occurrences where many items listed on the menu were unavailable for ordering. This, in turn, led to frustration as the staff, including the suppliers and waiters, seemed inattentive and dismissive towards customer requests. Despite making numerous attempts, the process of placing an order required persistent calls for attention, further aggravated by instances where instructions were not adhered to by the restaurant personnel. Additionally, the lack of attention to clearing plates and the limited space available at the tables posed challenges for gatherings of friends or families. Specifically, the dining experience included ordering dishes such as the paneer Tikka dry half, which, although deemed acceptable, was served with green chutney and priced at 250 INR for 8 pieces. The ghee rice, priced at 105 INR, was served with the usual local plain dal, while the parota and plain chapati dry were individually priced at 49 INR and 30 INR, respectively. The cold coffee at 121 INR was overly sweet and had a watered-down consistency, not living up to its promise of being a thick shake. The Kadai paneer half, costing 240 INR, fell short of expectations flavor-wise, bordering below average taste. Concluding the meal with Gudbud at 143 INR provided only an average experience, failing to impress overall. In light of these observations, it became evident that improvements in the staff's behavior and service delivery are imperative to retain clientele and uphold the reputation of the establishment. Notably, addressing concerns such as the inadequacies in customer service and responsiveness can make a significant difference in customer retention. Additionally, the issue of parking, which was noted as slightly challenging with a need to resort to roadside parking, should be considered to enhance the overall customer experience.

This is what was served as Briyani at empire Restaurant It was just an yellow rice with 1egg 1pc of old chicken Kebab was 3pcs instead 4 The service was very bad ! Server just splashed spoons 🥄 Plates it was severed by Order taking person Dhall was filled with water 💧 Empire has a good brand and it the only restaurant open at late night, but if quality and service is bad it doesn’t have any value

For years, I've always hated Empire's service. But I've noticed the changes as of late. This time, I went to Empire with my friends and was shocked with the service. Ajay and Prashant are very good and hospitable waiters! Apart from that, the food is great too! The daal could be less watery though.

They are there in the industry for more than a few decades. So probably they wouldn’t need ratings etc. They used to really good and tasty but I personally feel that they run only with the brand value that they had created long back. Trust me, their deep fried kebabs are only made of chicken bones (called as janta in Bengaluru) with bettered masala that they had been making these kebabs since twenty years since I knew them. You can increase the price and give us some chicken pieces instead of giving us just the bones to squeeze out only the batter age masala. I know how this difficult industry runs but there are thousands of customers who trust your products are worth it, you can try making products according to their faith and loyalty at least 🥰🥰🥰… Also please increase the quality of the Butter Chicken that you guys used to give earlier!!!

I had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked. What made the evening even better was the excellent service provided by Shiva. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that our dinner was enjoyable from start to finish. His warm hospitality truly made the experience special. A big thank you to Shiva for making our visit memorable. I highly recommend Empire Kothanur for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

Good place to have non-veg foods.. nice place to hangout with friends and family.. I went with my wife.. Had dinner and the menus are - Regular chicken biriyani, Ghee rice, Mutton varuval, Fiery chicken wings, Mojito mint, Chocolate Sizzler Brownie & took a parcel of Spicy Lemon Basa Fish.. Except Fiery chicken wings rest are all good taste as it is not cooked properly / semi cooked 😔 Suggestion : Ghee rice with mutton varuval gravy... Chocolate Sizzler Brownie is epic.. Children will love it.

Food was good just like always,especially their Kebabs tastes really amazing. Tried their boba tea for the first time- it was not like milk tea at all. I believe they will do it better gradually.

I visited the restaurant around 2 a.m. The service was not satisfactory, and the chicken fried rice lacked flavour. The litchi and faluda were excessively sweet and also expensive.

Visited on Sunday Lunch with my younger sister, we just don't need to wait, the service was quick and polite staff, special thanks to Karan and Ajay who was well knowledgeable and suggestive... We just have so much fun... price - so affordable for two pax - approx. Rs.500. Ambience - just neat and not crowded. Parking two wheeler and car available. We thank you all for the service and surely coming back.

Food is good, i ordered boneless chicken & pepper chicken masala but the butter chicken pcs is too small not happy with that dish, servor was forcing to buy more foods his attitude was not good

Worst chicken popcorn I’ve ever had 😟. I had ordered a large chicken popcorn and regular fries from swiggy and this is what I got , a regular fries and some pieces of chicken popcorn for name sake. If this is what we get in the name of “large popcorn” what would be the state of a regular size . And it tastes awful 😟 . It neither had any taste nor flavor. But the French fries were fine . Worst experience ever 😟.

About Cleanliness I rate them 2/10, Reason the files were there in your food table and the mirror over there, Abt Service it's 3/10, After taking the order and making a note they forgot what more have to serve and what you ordered, you have to keep them reminded of this. Abt Food, 8/10, the Food was good You can have full appetite. Better to order Online.

Giving 2 stars only becos of few old decent staffs. My family, friends and i have been customers of empire fraser town for 2 decades now. I am very sad to see NKP empire going drastically down in its food Quality and quantity. 1. Maybe becouse they have earned a name which was a brand built by their grandfather and but Shahid haq is busy in his own venture of automobile industry and is not taking keen intrst towards the food venture. 2. Few branches has gone low in their service and now now food quality is decreasing ,but they are meeting the standards with restaurants and keeping up their pricing at par. 3. To list branches like kammanahalli, fraser rown and hennur are going low in service and understanding by new staff and quality and tastes of food is going for a toss. 4. Ghee rice the price in increased and the Quantity is reduced paying 110 for bowl of rice with 5 TBsp of one single gravy which is now turned watery as it goes with free with ghee rice. 5. Biryani ia not upto mark and there are Quality restaurant serving much better biryani . 6. Grill chicken : i used to love taste of grill chicken early and now drastically from years or i should post lockdown the taste ,Quality of chicken and Quantity has literally gone worst. 7. Kebabs . Not sure how people like kebabs as they have standard thick coating which cant be eaten and cover the bone piecea. If you take boneless kebabs they are leas marinated and no taste or should i say bland . And the Restaurant management and staff has no courtesy for customer coming during ramadan to offer thwm basic dates to open fasts. I had given this evwn last year where i experiences pathetic experience, where they were so ignorant to the customers at nick time of opening of fasts being from the same community they were happily serving themselves and not bothered to ask customer until we placed ordee which came in post iftar. Evwn this year i could see rhw same and got to hear from other collegues and friends. Lastly i am sure they dont take feedbqck seriously and not just care about the revwnue they earn, i hope the board of directors and join MD see whats happing with their brand in bangalore , and improve customer satisfaction and food Quality .After all what they are now is all because of customers. And its competitive world we have lot better restaurants around and my and my friends qnd collegues online orders and visit to empire has reduced. Unless we hear something amazing from management on improvising and satisfaction.

Food is so delicious here, the quality of the chicken was superb,love this place, staff was so co-operative. We regularly dine in here with family. Thanks to Sarog and team for serving delicious dinner. We spent a great time having fun with children and their favourite burger, rolls and pop corn Chicken etc.,

I recently visited Empire Restaurant and was really impressed with the service. The food was fresh, delicious, and served on time. A special thanks to our waiter Shiva, who made the experience even better with his polite behavior and quick service. He was attentive, friendly, and always had a smile on his face which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a great dining experience tasty food + excellent service. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend asking for Shiva if you want top-notch hospitality.👍🙂

The restaurant is very clean and hygienic They welcome a guest with gesture small outlet but lot of customer they face but still they maintain the cleanliness freshness and ambiance is superb al though there was a waiting but they know how to handle the waiting guest and how to serve the delicious food
