Worst service provided my madhushree she never stick to the commitment and gives always fals commitment

Dont ever take house loan here. Their document verification is pathetic, no matter if the documents are invalid also they will give loan. After getting loan you have to suffer paying loan without having proper property in your hand

I'm a customer since 10+ years and I have always dealt with customer care/online transactions which has been very very helpful quick and easy. Past few years I moved my branch to Yelahanka (I don't know why... Old mindset of the branch being closer?) & It has been a nightmare! Nothing is done on time, no response to calls and I have to constantly visit the branch to submit something or another. I have escalated to branch manager and still mistakes. They are so willing to open a new account (manual) for me but with all wrong information, how could you get my gender wrong when you have personally taken my application!!!? My SSY account has not been opened yet... even after visiting the branch 3 times. They did not give me complete information and I had to make another visit to drop off the forms and still the account has not opened! Unfortunately, my 10yrs of relationship has been ruined in a couple of months as their 'relationship manager' is very busy to pay attention to detail.

I got my work done quickly yesterday at this branch .. The CE Ms Pallavi was very helpful in understanding my requirement and did the needful in just 5 minutes . There was good crowd and renovation work going on but no problem for customers. I am happy with good service and my job was done. Happy Banking with ICICI Bank, Yelahanka new town.

Very Chaotic branch. Loaded with customers. It's just fish market with a little gentle people. But the work get done fast. People are helpful.

Pathetic 3rd Class Bank.Moron and u trained staff just a bunch of jokers and most unprofessional staff have ever seen Staff Rashmi is pathetic and not fit to carry out her job.Completete disaster and untrained

Absolutely bureaucratic staff who probably desire being govt. employees, just trying their best to make your life difficult! The road outside is also completely dug up and it takes forever to park your car and reach their (risking your life walking on the dig up road no less!) So i reached by 3:15pm only to be told that the service i wanted would be available till 3pm only - beautiful, efficient service! Then again this morning I reached by 9:25 am only to find the shutter half down and a long meeting going on inside due to which I was made to wait. After all that waiting Im told they cannot hand me my husband’s card despite me having all the ID proof because I don’t have a physical hand written letter giving me permission. Two trips and so much time wasted. Regret having our accounts there!

People working here don’t have experience regarding the banking sector. No proper response

Worst ICICI Branch. Most of the Icici bank branches are customer oriented and usually their service is quick but in this branch work moves like a snail. It took 30 mints to update my address in SBI bank but here in this ICICI branch after 4 working days of application submision, today I got a message stating my request has been received and would take another 3-4 days. If you have any anything urgent then avoid this branch.

Does this bank offer locker services. What are the requirements?

Service was not at all good, I closed my car loan 1 month ago, still I didn't get my NOC, I visited 3 times, they gave server reason etc... They prepare the people who come for new loans.

Fraudulent claims of the same thing?? ICICI bank account was hacked by the same people who tried to scam them too many years?@ Thankful 🥲 Venugopal

It's too hard to post a review about this branch because I am EX-employee of the bank previously it's was a wonderful branch where customer satisfaction was so good Mr Narendra and Mr Sudhakar was handling the branch. But now I don't know what's happening their staff are too rude after the sales They not even bothered about the things simply they didn't respond to calls from past 3 months I am following up to get my work done but no one is their to help WT the branch manager was doing their. A wonderful branch is getting to much of bad comments still theya don't even thinking about it.

There is no token system, no queue system, no method. If you are patient and polite you can keep waiting for ages. Went for the passbook creation of my mother and the customer service lady managed to attend to 3 people in parallel so in effect for a 10 min work spent 40 min. Even then today only the passbook got created, for the entries have to come another day.

Very slow. Made me wait for over 1 hour for PPF passbook.

Bank will be closed 3 clock and Google maps show 4.30 time

Pathetic. I really don't know how half knowledge people are in cash counter. To present cheque of other person, she asks me to write self on cheque.

I had to change my address in ICICI Bank and the process was very simple... But the system couldnt take more characters due to some limitations in the software. I visited the branch personally. The staff helped me to validate my aadhaar biometrics and updated the address. Excellent service. Thanks much

Very good branch. Bank employees all are helpful.

Deposited some money. They didn't verify and debit to the account till I go back to the bank after 3 hours. should have some process to avoid mistakes.

Extremely unprofessional staff. They don't value your time. Just keep on shifting you one employee to another.
