We did the tour with Niranjan today. It took 2 hours and we paid 3000 rupees for the boat. He was a really great guide and had answers to all our questions. He took lots of photos for us (maybe he should become a professional photographer?! ;)) And we saw 3 crocodiles, a few warans, bats and birds (e.g. a kingfisher). If you want do see monkeys you should do the tour in the morning. We drove through the mangroves and to the ocean. We visited a herbal garden which was nice, but you should be aware that they ask for a donation and they have a shop where you can buy all the stuff they show you. Also Niranjan asked us, if we wanted to hold a baby crocodile, but we declined (I think there is a small fee for that). All in all, it was a great experience!
