2 stars only bc the meat that we actually got was very good. As a family of 6 we put in MANY orders not even half of what we ordered came and each order took a long time to get us. We spent 21,340¥ and we had to go get food after eating there bc we were all still very hungry.

Worst Pudding in my life, I enjoyed eating from the start but in the end!!! I ordered pudding and everything that I have eaten burn down to Ash. This store pudding will make you sad and cry.

This BBQ restaurant was so awesome! The staff struggled a bit with English and explaining how it worked but we got there in the end. That's not their fault - we also don't speak Japanese very well! We got "all you can eat" and then you simply order the dishes and drinks you want from the tablet (which can be switched to English) before the time runs out. It was more expensive than many of our meals have been but boy did we get our money's worth! The menu includes meat, vegetables, dessert and drinks. We were delighted to see the robot waiter doing the rounds, and had heaps of fun BBQing our own food. While we had a short wait to get in, there is a playground for the kids so it was no hassle to wait.

Food was okay but after awhile they slowed down our orders and chicken tempura was undercooked

The seafood pancake cost 900 yen, but it looks not good. I was very disappointed. Hope this doesn't happen again.

I went for a lunchtime meal once and then dinner recently. The service is a bit slow. I recommend the bungo beef plate. It was about 2,000yen. I tried their new menu item of kalbi ribs but I was underwhelmed. Now that the December campaign is over, you're better off investing in the beef dish! I like Sagagyu, but Bungogyu is nice too. My friend enjoyed the bibimbap and oxtail soup. The oxtail was really tender but the broth was too simple for my tastes.

My kids would have killed me without a five-star-review. They have loved this restaurant since they were able to talk . Seriously, awesome!

High quality meat and great supplementary dishes for the all-you-can-eat menu! Quite pricey with the 食べ放題 set being around 4000yen and 食べ飲み放題 being a little more but if you're looking to treat yourself to some good yakiniku, this is a great place! They also have great ice cream on the dessert menu from Okinawa called Blue Seal!

Actually not bad especially if you're in the onsen area and you don't know what to eat and you don’t want to take a chance with a small family restaurant. The restaurant is large with booths. There's all you can eat bbq which we skipped. We ordered ramen and other small dishes which was pretty good. There's also a large kids play area.

Delicious food, staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place for dinner and have great time 😊

The negative reviews almost convinced me not to go but don't worry, the place was clean, staff was relatively friendly, and food was good. You have to pay for the excellent cuts of meat though. I tried a variety of meats and the excellent waygu ribcut is the way to go. Korean pizza was also pretty good. I saw they used to have fruit sorbets and was sad to find out that they didn't have it anymore.

We had to put our name on a wait list, but totally worth it! Excellent food and service, English menu available.
