We really enjoyed the evening in the stylish and modern gourmet restaurant PUR. Fantastic and creative cuisine - every course is a visual and culinary delight! We have already been to various gourmet and star restaurants. This stands out in a special way due to its very warm and attentive service. We were called half a day in advance by the restaurant boss Nico Steffens about special requests and intolerances. Every menu can also be booked vegetarian. We each chose a 5-course menu. Two “kitchen greetings” are served in advance and later a pre-dessert. Even when greeting me from the kitchen, the vegetarian adaptation for my companion was immediately thought of. All dishes were cleverly prepared and very delicate. The ambience is also great. The chef Ulrich Heimann personally served the main course and also said goodbye to us. A really successful evening with culinary highlights.

We visited several 2-3 michelin stars restaurant in our Germany- Austria journey this year. I could say that, Le Ciel is among the best of them.

Dinner at PUR is the perfect culmination of a stay in beautiful Kempinski on Obersalzberg. We were completely thrilled by the food, the wine accompaniment and also the service.

The service was equally exceptional, with attentive staff providing a seamless and enjoyable dining atmosphere. It's a definite must-visit for those seeking a top-tier gastronomic adventure. Please remember to book prior to your stay. I fell in love with their Brotzeit platter. It was decant in a plate.

We spent a fantastic evening here. PUR is the name and pure is the concept: Simply get the best out of the main ingredient. The 5-course menu presented to us was aromatic, high quality and top-class craftsmanship. What Mr. Heimann and his team have created is the perfect harmony of purism and fine cuisine. We had a perfect evening in a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service. My special request for a vegetarian menu was implemented excellently and we didn't miss anything. Plates prepared with great attention to detail. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything was at the highest level. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Wir haben anlässlich unseres 4.Hochzeitstages einen wundervollen Abend gestern genießen dürfen. Der Service war definitiv perfekt in allen hinsichten. Die Weinempfehlungen zu einzelnen von uns ausgewählten Gerichten war hervorragend. Unser Highlight hat mit dem gedeck "Brotzeit" angefangen und mit der Überraschung einer kleinen hochzeitstorte aufgehört.
