Hello,
I
am
sharing
my
experience
in
the
emergency
department
today
with
my
18
month
old
baby
boy.
Arrived
at
7:30
am
with
my
little
one
with
a
temperature
reaching
40°.
The
answers
that
we
were
able
to
give
me
the
pediatric
service
does
not
open
before
8:30
am
I
was
given
the
choice
either
to
wait
for
the
pediatric
service
or
to
be
seen
in
an
emergency
box.
For
2
hours
my
little
one
didn't
see
any
doctor!
For
2
hours,
an
18-month-old
was
left
in
a
box
without
hearing
from
him!
I
find
it
shameful
to
leave
a
child
in
such
a
situation.
Emergencies
are
no
longer
like
the
one
we
experienced
a
few
years
ago.
I
myself
have
been
followed
at
the
Cham
since
my
youngest
age
I
have
never
seen
that!
Ah
if
you
saw
this
service
laughing,
doing
gossip
etc
but
regarding
the
patients
we
can
wait...
So
I
took
my
child
and
I
went
to
see
a
competent
doctor
who
was
able
to
tell
me
in
10
minutes
the
pain
my
son
had.

Bonjour,
je
fais
part
de
mon
expérience
au
service
des
urgences
ce
jour
avec
mon
petit
garçon
de
18
mois.
Arrivé
Ă
7h30
avec
mon
petit
avec
une
température
atteignant
les
40°.
Les
réponses
que
l'on
a
su
me
donner
le
service
de
pédiatrie
n
ouvre
pas
avant
8h30
on
m'a
donnée
le
choix
soit
d
attendre
le
service
de
pédiatrie
ou
d
ĂȘtre
vu
dans
un
box
aux
urgences.
Pendant
2h
mon
petit
n'a
vu
aucun
médecin
!
Pendant
2h
un
petit
de
18
mois
on
l'a
laissé
dans
un
box
sans
prendre
de
ses
nouvelle
!
Je
trouve
çĂ
honteux
de
laissé
un
enfant
dans
une
telle
situation.
Les
urgences
ne
sont
plus
comme
celle
que
l'on
a
pu
connaĂźtre
il
y
a
quelques
années.
J'ai
moi
mĂȘme
été
suivie
au
cham
depuis
mon
plus
jeune
Ăąge
je
n'ai
jamais
vu
ça
!
Ah
si
vous
voyais
se
service
entrain
de
ricaner,
de
ce
faire
des
potins
etc
mais
concernant
les
patients
ont
peut
attendre
...
De
ce
fait
j'ai
pris
mon
enfant
et
j'ai
été
voir
un
médecin
compétant
qui
a
su
en
10
min
me
dire
le
mal
que
mon
fils
avait.
