We stayed two nights in a classic room. Room is spacious and clean. Bed was quite small (140 cm wide) but confortable. Blanket was too hot even if we opened the window during the night (in February ...). Bathroom is not really cozy, however water pressure is very good and you don’t have to wait to get hot water. Staff was friendly and professional expect for one lady during the evening shift who was rude. Every night we ordered in room service diner because of covid-19. Also, be aware that the hotel is located in a secluded area and there is no other choice than to order food in the hotel (curfew at 6 pm). The food was really good and tasty ! Even if the choice was very limited (only 2 choice between salad and tajine the first night). No starters on the list. For dessert they had cake or ice cream only. We took ice cream but every time they bring the ice cream at the same time than you main dishes. Of course 15 minutes later you dessert is already melted. They should offer a second service for ice cream or not offer ice cream at all, as I can understand it’s quite a logistic to serve every room. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast as there is no salty food available. Apparently the demand is very low so they decided to take it off the menu. Even only ham and eggs wasn’t available. Keep that in mind if you book a room with breakfast included - there is only sugar choices like croisant, pain au chocolat, fruits and cereals. I would recommend this hotel for a stopover or for visiting the baie de Somme but you absolutely need a car for that.

Stopped off for a night after a traumatic journey on the M25 and M20 out of London. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful spacious and airy room with a countryside view - just what we needed. Food was superb in the restaurants - try one of the G&T’s in the bar with added botanicals - you won’t be disappointed!

Hotel, room, staff and food all excellent, but, the aircon wasn't working and apparently hasn't been for a while. If the listing had said no aircon I wouldn't have booked.

The hotel is definitively great, new and as a French guy I can say that the room was clean and large enough. My rating is only addressed to the manager. I spent 12 days in France and had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with my "American certificate of vaccination". This is the only place I was denied access with my family just before a weeding because my pass was not the French one and not considering that I was staying at the hotel. Please replace this manager and we will love to come back.

Very pleasant stay en route to Le Tunnel. Super convenient location just off the auto route to Calais. Clean and bright, the room we had was excellent. Plus it had been adapted for wheelchair access which is a nice touch. Staff were lovely and friendly and spoke a good amount of english ( which is nice even if we try to speak french as much as possible). We had a lovely meal that evening on the terrace which an amazing view of the sun going down. The food was nice and well presented. My only criticism was that the waiting staff vanished once we had our mains... I think the inside dining was busy. Highly recommended for people en route to the UK... particularly if driving back from he south of France and having a long drive on UK side. Would definitely stay again, especially as the price is very reasonable.

Our preferred place to stay when we arrive/ leave France. Hotel is top notch in every way. Staff are brilliant. Food first class. Only complaint is prices! Sure they are ok for France, but for UK guests, they are High!! However, still doesn't stop us from returning again and again. Compared to other places within many many miles it is by far and away the best.

Nice hotel with clean new rooms. Restaurant is very good and has tasty food. The staff is friendly and professional, but only a few speak a little English. And even fewer sleak it well. It has a parking lot for guests incl. electric car loading points. The parking lot gets locked in the evening, but can be opened with a code.

Excellent location when arriving from Eurotunnel as just off A16 and dog friendly. Will stay there again 😊

Stayed Saturday night after a delayed Eurotunnel crossing. Excellent facilities and great customer service. The staff are very friendly and the accommodation is fantastic, such good value for money. Can not fault this hotel will use every time we are crossing late or early

First stay here in over 3 years, and it’s just as good as when it opened. Everything looks like new! Beds comfortable, showers superb - great pressure. Can’t fault anything. Breakfast excellent too, including amazing scrambled eggs 👋 Will choose again when on the area. A short drive to Le Touquet so perfect for seaside holiday. Thanks to all the staff!

Stayed here after breaking down on the motorway where we found the staff to be super polite and courteous and very patient in dealing with us as we spoke very little French ( thank you so much) The room was spacious and clean. WIFI was easy to connect to and the railway station was only a short walk away. Thank you once again !!

Rooms are modern, staff is very reserved. Wifi is very good, beds comfy and pillows good too. We had a good night sleep. The night was tranquil. Shower has very good pressure. Breakfast is great. Air-conditioning did not work properly, but we could open the window. Liked it. 👍

Whilst the rooms are exactly like the pictures, which in this day and age deserves 5 stars. There’s more to hospitality than bricks and mortar. Unfortunately the staff are not so good. Not to the point of rude, but certainly leave you feeling very unwelcome. Which considering I’ve paid good money to stay here, I find quite offensive.
