An honest and nice lunch with reasonable service. If you are not eating a bowl of mules and chips you will be in the minority here. I tried the steak which was good and cafe gormond was pretty good as well. There was 4 of us and a bill of €120 which included a couple of drinks each.

Nice little hotel, right in the beach. Friendly staff, quality restaurant with local products and confortable bedrooms. Bedrooms aren't new, but charming, with view on the beach and all the essentials. There might be a bit of noise throuhout the building but the sound of seagulls and waves compensates fairly in my opinion. Plus, with the seaside air you'll sleep nicely.

The oysters where the only good point. The mussels we ordered were overcooked and there was no juice. The cocktail i ordered afterwards was absolutely vile. It was more like cheap vodka and cooling liquid. Unfortunately tourism and greed have taken over what used to be an amazing place!
